Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MANAPI) with ISSN 2964-6863 is a forum for educators, academics, researchers and practitioners to share ideas regarding practical approaches in improving the quality of problems related to education management, education administration and Islamic education management. and published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MANAPI) is published twice a year; in May and November. The manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers prior to publishing. It is a double-blind review process. The first edition of Manapi will publish in 2022.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role in creating students who have good quality. The problem that occurs is that there are still some teachers who have low work enthusiasm. This can be seen from the way teachers teach which is less innovative, less attention to students and less disciplined so that it affects their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic on teacher performance at the Al Mumtaaz Karawang. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach using a correlation survey. The sampling technique used random sampling. Data analysis techniques were carried out through simple linear analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work ethic (X) on teacher performance (Y). This can be proven through the t-test with a t-count value of 9.131> from t-table of 2.001. The results of the determination coefficient test (R Square) of 0.586 means that the influence of the independent variable, namely work ethic (X) on the dependent variable, namely teacher performance (Y), is 58.6% and the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors. This means that there is a positive and significant influence of work ethic on teacher performance at the Al Mumtaaz Karawang Islamic Charity Foundation.

Abstract

Islamic education planning is a strategic effort to create education that is not only oriented towards intellectual knowledge, but also towards the formation of moral and spiritual character in accordance with Islamic teachings. This article aims to examine models of Islamic education planning approaches, namely normative, pragmatic and adaptive models, as well as their main characteristics. The normative model focuses on implementing religious values consistently, the pragmatic model prioritizes relevance to current needs, and the adaptive model adapts education to the local socio-cultural context. Each model has its own advantages and challenges in creating a balance between intellectual needs and spiritual values. The main characteristics of this approach include spiritual and moral orientation, a holistic approach, and flexibility in implementation that remains based on Islamic principles. Through structured planning, Islamic education is expected to be able to form a generation that has faith, noble character, and is able to adapt to the times.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which Islamic education management principles are implemented in schools. This research uses a descriptive method which aims to describe or describe the phenomena that exist in schools. The results of this research can be concluded that the application of Islamic education management principles at SD IT Al-Akhyar Muara Bungo is quite good. Good in covering the principles of honesty, fairness, responsibility, sincerity and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar applied in carrying out activities at SD IT Al-Akhyar Muara Bungo.

Abstract

This study explores effective conflict management strategies to transform tension into learning opportunities and educational success. The research employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method to analyze various strategies such as negotiation, mediation, and collaboration. The findings indicate that well-managed conflicts can enhance learning quality, build interpersonal skills, and foster innovation within educational settings. This study provides new insights into the importance of leveraging conflicts as catalysts for learning and organizational development in education.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is a new policy from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, which was conveyed by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture, the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. According to Nadiem, the essence of independent thinking must be instilled in teachers first before being applied to students. Without the translation of basic competencies and curriculum, no learning will occur at the existing teacher competency level. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection methods used in the research were observation and interview techniques. The results of this research reveal that: implementing the independent learning curriculum at madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency, of course there are opportunities, challenges, threats and obstacles that occur. Among the forms of opportunity obtained is the support from the head of the madrasah, the curriculum development team at the madrasah in Tanah Datar Regency, teachers and parties involved in implementing the independent learning curriculum, in its implementation there are also several challenges that must be faced, these challenges lie in madrsahs and the readiness of educators as learning leaders. Madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency must be ready in terms of facilities and infrastructure, renewal/innovation, and teachers who do not master technology are required to be able and master technology in order to support the learning process.

Higher education has an important role in the development of human resources and the development of a country. Higher education assistance is one of the policy instruments used by the government to improve the accessibility and quality of higher education. The research method used in this study is policy analysis. The data used comes from various sources, including policy documents, research reports, and statistical data related to the provision of higher education assistance in public and private educational institutions. The analysis was conducted by comparing the policies of higher education assistance in both types of educational institutions. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the policy of providing higher education assistance in public and private educational institutions. The analysis will involve aspects such as the criteria for receiving aid, the amount of aid provided, the requirements to be met by recipients, and the impact of policies on accessibility and quality of higher education
