Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MANAPI) with ISSN 2964-6863 is a forum for educators, academics, researchers and practitioners to share ideas regarding practical approaches in improving the quality of problems related to education management, education administration and Islamic education management. and published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MANAPI) is published twice a year; in May and November. The manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers prior to publishing. It is a double-blind review process. The first edition of Manapi will publish in 2022.

Abstract

Educational institutions are grown and developed through initiatives, and for the demands of the community, so that the existence of public relations management in the development of educational institutions is important. More and more quality schools have created intense competition in the management of educational institutions. In order to compete, many strategies are carried out by educational institutions. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in the study were visual analysis, literature study and interviews. The results of this study reveal that: 1) public relations management strategy planning is designed and compiled together with the principal, division and public relations by considering all aspects so that the school brand can reach the community, 2) The implementation of the PR management strategy is carried out by public relations according to the schedule that has been set. Compiled by conducting promotions and publications to print media, electronic media, and social media, as well as communicating and outreach to the public directly, 3) The results of the public relations management strategy can be seen from the indicators of the success of the school becoming famous in the community, creating a positive image for the community. At school, students are increasing every new school year, becoming a favorite and superior school.Keywords: Strategy, Public Relations, Education, School Image

Abstract

The main problem in this thesis is about the role of the Head of Office in Implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone (ZI-RB) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the head of the office in implementing the integrity zone of bureaucratic reform and how the division of duties of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency.The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research or field research, to obtain data from the problems studied. The data collection technique of this research was obtained from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data that the author uses is persistence of observation, triangulation and using reference materials, then describes and classifies certain aspects of the problem and describes it through effective sentences.Based on research conducted in the field on the role of the head of the office in implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Integrity Zone at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Datar Regency, the head of the office has shown his role well and has done according to his ability in carrying out activities to make the office an integrity zone of bureaucratic reform. Abstract

This study aims to describe the curriculum management process in improving the quality of education at MTsN 6 Tanah Datar. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data in this study were principals, representatives of the curriculum and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by means of interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are that curriculum planning is carried out through workshop activities held at the beginning of the new school year as an effort to implement the curriculum that will be applied in the next academic year, then the implementation of the curriculum is seen from the distribution of local content and subjects as well as the ongoing education process in one year. of the teaching, curriculum evaluation is carried out in workshop activities along with the curriculum planning process and learning process for the next academic year. Abstract

The main problem in this thesis is that SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum in managing educational facilities and infrastructure has made plans but in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure it is not in accordance with the plans that have been made, there are some teachers who do not utilize the existing facilities and infrastructure optimally due to lack of ability. in operating teaching aids and learning media. The purpose of this study is to explain the management of facilities and infrastructure in learning. This research uses qualitative methods and takes place in SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The technique of checking the validity of the author's data uses several techniques, namely: triangulation and using reference materials. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning in SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum includes aspects of planning, procurement, use and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure. The management of facilities and infrastructure at SLB Negeri 1 Lima Kaum has several obstacles in its implementation, such as the lack of school land, insufficient school funds, lack of learning tools, and students who do not maintain school facilities and infrastructure. This has resulted in the management of facilities and infrastructure in SLBN 1 Lima Kaum not running optimally

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze academic supervision which consists of (1) planning the principal's academic supervision on the pedagogic competence of teachers (2) the implementation of the principal's academic supervision on the teacher's pedagogic competence (3) evaluating the results of the principal's academic supervision on pedagogic competence. teachers (4) follow-up of the principal's academic supervision on the teacher's pedagogic competence. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews, and documentation. Sources of data, namely primary data and secondary data obtained from three objects, namely the head of SMPIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar and teachers, places held at SMPIT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar, and papers containing documents about the results of academic supervision. The results showed, (1) planning for academic supervision of teacher pedagogical competence has been carried out well (2) Implementation of academic supervision on teacher pedagogic competence, namely (a) individual supervision techniques (b) group supervision techniques. (3) Evaluation of the results of academic supervision in the form of measuring and assessing the realization of the planned program and its impact. (4) Following up on academic supervision to improve the pedagogic competence of classroom teachers in the form of giving awards and training to teacher competencies.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pengaruh pelayanan administrasi online terhadap mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakninya kuantitatif  deskriptif, yang melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai sampel sebanyak 87 orang dari Fakultas Tarbiyah dan ilmu Keguruan IAIN Batusangkar. Peneliti membuat angket/kuisioner berdasarkan kajian teori, yang akan digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Untuk analisis data peneliti memakai uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis descripsi, dan regsesi linier sederhana. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pelayanan administrasi online dengan kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil temuan ini memberikan arti bahwa untuk mencapai kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pelayanan administrasi online harus memperhatikan aspek bukti fisik (Tangibles), keandalan (Reliability), daya tanggap (Responsibility), Pengetahuan, kemampuan, kesopanan dan sifat percaya (Assurance), dan komunikasi (Empathy).

Abstract

Secara umum peran kepala sekolah dalam sebuah sekolah sebagai pemimpin pendidikan adalah menciptakan situasi belajar mengajar yang kondusif dan mendukung, serta malakukan dan melaksanakan prinsip kerja manajemen diantaranya perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, dan pengawasan dengan prisip kerja manajemen di harapkan segala kebutuhan baik berupa supervise manajerial, supervise klinisa dan supervise akademik dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancer,sehingga guru-guru dapat mengajar dan memberikan ilmu pengetahuan transfer knowledge dengan maksmimal dan murid-murid dapat belajar dengan baik.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi setiap bangsa dan  negara, karena pendidikan menyangkut masa depan seseorang, masa depan bangsa dan negara. Keberhasilan pendidikan tidak terlepas dari kualitas pendidikan yang dihasilkan. Salah satu faktor penentu kualitas pendidikan ini dapat dilihat dari kualitas kinerja guru dalam lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Kualitas kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana seorang kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor mampu untuk meningkatkan kualitas profesionalisme kinerja guru dan kesejahteraannya. Kepala sekolah dalam pendidikan perlu mengubah pandangan yang bersifat otoriter dan pengawasan menjadi tindakan konstruktif dan kreatif serta membimbing dan mengevaluasi kinerja guru-guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien. Kualitas pendidikan ini dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan pendekatan klinis dalam supervisi pendidikan. Pendekatan klinis merupakan bentuk pengawasan untuk menganalisis kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan proses pembelajan dan pembinaan guru secara preventif dan kuratif. Dengan pendekatan klinis maka dapat membuat guru menyadari akan fungsinya sebagai pendidikan profesional.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan pada umumnya mengacu pada usaha perbaikan situasi pada proses belajar mengajar disuatu sekolah. Karena aspek utama dalam supervisi ini adalah guru, maka layanan dan aktivitas kesupervisian harus lebih diarahkan kepada upaya meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kegiatan mengajar di sekolah. Supervisi merupakan usaha kepala sekolah dalam memimpin tenaga kependidikan untuk memperbaiki pengajaran termasuk menstimulasikan, menyeleksi dan perkembangan guru, menyeleksi dan merevisi tujuan-tujuan pendidikan disekolah, bahan pengajaran, dan metode-metode mengajar serta evaluasi cara belajar menjagarnya. Dalam supervisi pendidikan guru salah satu subyek yang mampu menciptakan perbaikan terhadap pendidikan yang ada disuatu lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is based on a phenomenon that often occurs in the field that the management of students in the application of the zoning system policy at the State High School 1 Padang Panjang has been implemented since 2017 until now. Through the implementation of the school zoning system policy, the school also makes adjustments to the policy. This study aims to describe how the management of students in implementing the zoning system policy at the State Senior High School 1 Padang Panjang.
