JASE is a national and multi-disciplinary journal in Sustainable Agricultural research, managed by the Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara. Abstract

Crispy oyster mushrooms are snacks made from oyster mushrooms and produced by IKM Anhan Mekarsari, Ngarum Village, Ngrampal District, Sragen Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the costs, revenues, efficiency and added value of the Crispy Oyster Mushroom “DuCrija Mush Chi”. The research method used is descriptive. IKM Anhan Mekarsari was choosen because it already has a P-IRT permit and halal certificate. Respondents in this study were the owner and 2 production employees. Analysis methods were used cost, revenue, income, efficiency and value added analysis. The results of this study are the total cost for produce crispy oyster mushroom is about Rp. 12.506.059 includes fixed costs (Rp. 176,648) and variable cost (Rp. 12.329.411). Revenue in a month is Rp.25.500.000. The income aerned is Rp. 12.993.941. The revenue and cost ratio of IKM Anhan Mekarsari is 2,5 which means if the R/C Ratio >1 then the business is feasible, the B/C Ratio 1,45 which means >1 the business is profitable. The added value obtained from processing oyster mushrooms in one production cycle is Rp. 115.385/Kg. The added value ratio shows 60,7%, it can be categorized as high added value for IKM Anhan Mekarsari because it more than 40% and the profit obtained from processing oyster mushrooms become crispy oyster mushrooms is Rp. 61.974?Kg of raw materials or about 88% of the product value per unit raw materials.   Keywords: Hayami, Oyster, Mushroom, Value Added.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cost structure including fixed costs and variable costs, revenues, profits, profitability and business feasibility of the rengginang Eka industry in Sumberejo Village, Mondokan District, Sragen Regency. The basic methods used are qualitative and quantitative. The research area was taken purposively, namely in Sumberejo Village, Mondokan District, Sragen Regency. Respondents were taken using a purposive technique, while the respondents to be selected included the owner and 2 employees in the home industry of Rengginang Eka. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The total fixed costs incurred by the home industry rengginang Eka are Rp. 13,517, the total variable costs are Rp. 612,640, so the total costs incurred are Rp. 626,157. The total income of the Rengginang Eka home industry in February was Rp. 1,440,000 and earned a profit of Rp. 813,843. then for the profitability analysis of 129.97%. The results of the feasibility study show that the BEP breaks even if the product BEP is 41.31 kg and for the BEP the price is Rp. 429,484. then for the R/C ratio of 2.30 and for the B/C ratio of 1.30 it is classified as profitable and feasible to work on. And the results of the ROI of 101% show that the ROI is positive, so the home industry rengginang Eka is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the largest and fastest-growing economic sectors in the world. One of the areas that has the best potential in terms of agro-tourism is the Bali area. Bali is the area that is most in demand, so it is not surprising that many foreign tourists and local tourists make Bali their favorite tourist destination.The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. The total number of respondents in this study was 25. Operational risk of a company to be able to know the right action decisions in minimizing risk needs to process the calculation of the level of impact and the level of possibility through the Godfrey method. These 10 risks are the most intense risks occurring in the Etno Bali Foundation Bee Agrotourism. The risks in the Lebah Etno Bali Foundation Agrotourism occur due to a less than optimal system, both from HR (Human Resources) to the management of the facilities there1.The results showed that the operational risks identified in the Etno Bali Foundation Bee Agrotourism Unit were 11 types of risks and. Efforts to address operational risk are prioritized have high and extreme levels through preventive and mitigating efforts.

Abstract

Semangka adalah salah satu jenis buah favorit masyarakat Indonesia. Kemajuan teknologi yang sedang tumbuh membuat kualitas dan kemampuan beradaptasi semangka terus meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi karakter konsumen dan mengetahui preferensi konsumen buah semangka di Pasar Semangka Jebres. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Semangka Kecamatan Jebres Kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Perumusan pada tahap input data menggunakan analisis konjoin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik dari konsumen buah semangka di Pasar Buah Semangka Kecamatan Jebres Kota Surakarta diketahui bahwa sebagian besar responden yang di wawancarai adalah perempuan sebesar 52%, umur mayoritas berusia 15-60 tahun sebesar 88%, pekerjaan mayoritas responden adalah wiraswasta sebesar 54%. Dilihat dari pendapatan perbulan mayoritas responden memiliki pendapatan Rp. 1.000.000 – Rp. 3.000.000 sebesar 74%, memiliki tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMA sebesar 76% dan memiliki status menikah sebesar 74%. Sedangkan hasil dari preferensi konsumen adalah Atribut yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen buah semangka di Pasar Semangka Kecamatan Jebres Kota Surakarta adalah kombinasi atribut bentuk bulat, motif lorek, jenis tanpa biji, harga <6500 warna kuning. Sedangkan atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam pembelian semangka adalah harga 29,872%, lalu diikuti dengan bentuk 27,666%, motif 17,486%, warna 16,911%, dan jenis 8,065%.. Kata kunci : Buah Semangka, Analisis usaha, Preferensi Konsumen

Abstract

Agrowisata adalah sebuah opsi yang mungkin dapat dikelola di pedesaan. Setelah itu, pembatasan terhadap agrowisata dinyatakan kalau agrowisata merupakan tipe pariwisata yang spesial menciptakan produk pertanian, peternakan, perkebunan yang menjadi daya tarik para wisatawan. Usaha bisnis agrowisata yang ditekankan yaitu menjual jasa berbentuk kawasan ataupun produk pertanian yang mempunyai daya tarik spesifik kepada konsumen. Diketahui permasalahan yang terjadi pada Agrowisata Bariza adalah fasilitas yang dimiliki sudah tidak terawat dan memerlukan pengembangan agar menjadi Agrowisata yang dapat berdampak positif bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan penelitian untuk 1) Mengetahui faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang berpengaruh dalam pengembangan Agrowisata Bariza di Kecamatan Ngagoyoso. 2) Menganalisis alternatif strategi yang dapat dikembangkan Agrowisata Bariza di Kecamatan Ngagoyoso. 3) Menentukan strategi prioritas dalam mengembangkan Agrowisata Bariza di Kecamatan Ngagoyoso. Metode pengambilan daerah penelitian dilakukan secara Purposive. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif antara lain: IFE dan EFE, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yakni bauran pemasaran, 3K pemasaran, SDM dan Modal terindentifikasi 5 kekuatan, 5 kelemahan dengan total skor matrik IFE 3,19 dan matriks EFE faktor yang akan dianalisis yakni STP Pemasaran, SDA, Kebijakan Pemerintah teridentifkasi 5 peluang, 5 ancaman dengan total skor matriks EFE 3,20. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan 15 alternatif strategi. Prioritas strategi yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan matriks QSPM, dimana alternatif strategi ada 3 pengembangan Agrowisata Bariza di Kecamatan Ngargoyoso, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Berdasarkan dari analisis matriks QSPM didapatkan prioritas strategi yang paling efektif yakni Melakukan pendataan secara terperinci mengenai kekurangan fasilitas sehingga dapat ditambah dan diperbaiki, nilai TAS 6,67. Kata kunci : Agrowisata, Bariza, Ngargoyoso

Abstract

Cassava is the third food ingredient after rice and corn which is one of the leading agricultural products that is widely marketed in the Polokarto District area. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing channels, marketing margins and marketing efficiency of cassava that are most effectively used by cassava farmers in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. The basic method used in this research is descriptive which is aimed at highlighting facts, variables, circumstances and phenomena that are occurring now (when the research is taking place) and uses survey methods as a research technique. The results of this research are that there are 3 cassava marketing channels in Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. In marketing channel I, the marketing institutions involved in cassava marketing are retailers. In channel II the marketing institutions involved are collecting traders, wholesalers and retailers. In channel III the marketing institutions involved are collecting traders and wholesalers. The marketing margin for marketing channel I is IDR 2,000, the margin for channel II is IDR. 13,450 and channel III margin is IDR 13,500. Farmer's share in channel I is 50%, channel II is 10.33% and channel III is 10%. The efficient marketing channel is marketing channel I with an efficiency level of 16.68%. Meanwhile, marketing channel II has an efficient level of 17.37% and marketing channel III has an efficient level of 28.07%. Based on this, it can be said that the most efficient is marketing channel I because it has the shortest channel so that the marketing costs that take place in this marketing channel pattern are the lowest and the farmer's share value is high in marketing channel I.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen cabai dan untuk mengetahui tingkat atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan oleh konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian cabai di kecamatan Bendosari. Metode dasar penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja atau (purposive sampling) yaitu di Kecamatan Bendosari. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 50. Teknik pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Multiatribut Fishbein. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen yang membeli cabai di Kecamatan Bendosari adalah perempuan pada rentang usia 20-64 tahun dengan rata-rata pendidikan terakhir yaitu S1/D4 sebesar 35% dengan pekerjaan sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa dengan penghasilan rata-rata <Rp. 1.000.000 per bulan. Jumlah anggota keluarga dalam satu rumah rata-rata sebanyak 3-4 orang dalam satu rumah. Sikap konsumen terhadap atribut cabai yang dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian di Kecamatan Bendosari dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Atribut rasa cabai menduduki peringkat tertinggi dengan nilai 17,84 dan dikategorikan sebagai atribut yang positif, menunjukkan bahwa rasa menjadi faktor utama dalam pemilihan cabai. Tingkat kematangan (nilai 16,48) dan jenis cabai (nilai 16,31) juga menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi konsumen. Sementara itu, harga cabai (nilai 15,08) dan warna kulit (nilai 14,35) dikategorikan sebagai atribut netral, yang meskipun tidak dominan, tetap mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen dalam pembelian.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant cultivation is increasingly being enjoyed by urban communities. This hydroponic trend emerged in line with the increasingly limited agricultural land in urban areas. The aim of this research is to determine internal and external factors, alternative strategies and determine strategic priorities in marketing. The basic method used is descriptive qualitative. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Determining key persons or respondents using Purposive and Snowball sampling techniques. For data analysis methods use IFE, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM. Based on the results of the IFE matrix, 5 strengths and 5 weaknesses were identified with the results showing marketing distribution and not having a greenhouse as the main weakness, and the results of the EFE matrix identified 5 opportunities and 4 threats with the results showing regular customers as the biggest opportunity and competitors' pricing strategies and distribution strategies as the biggest threat. The SWOT matrix produces 8 alternative strategies, namely increasing the number of planting holes, creating a permanent partnership, embracing hydroponic beginners as partners, adjusting planting schedules to avoid natural risks, creating SOPs, creating social media, creating greenhouses, improving better management. The alternative is then decided through the QSPM matrix which places the W-O strategy, namely Making SOPs (Product Operational Standards) as a strategic priority with a Total Alternative Score of 7.721. The results of this research prioritize the strategy for creating SOPs, starting from standardizing products for production and partners, as well as maintaining existing quality so that it remains in demand by regular customers.

Abstract

Tanaman jambu mete merupakan tanaman yang cocok ditanam di lahan marjinal dan wilayah yang memiliki iklim kering, di mana persyaratan iklim yang diperlukan di wilayah Jawa banyak ditemukan di Kabupaten Wonogiri.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan usahatani mete di Kecamatan Ngadirojo Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Kerjo Lor dan Kerjo Kidul, Kecamatan Ngadirojo Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis usahatani mete di Kecamatan Ngadirojo Kabupaten Wonogiri. Pada analisis kelayakan usahatani mete menggunakan perhitungan total biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani mete. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa biaya total pada usahatani mete sebesar Rp.661.217/musim panen, penerimaan sebesar Rp. 4.354.000/musim panen, pendapatan sebesar Rp. 3.692.783/musim panen, efisiensi 6,5 menunjukkan bahwa usahatani mete tersebut sudah efisien, B/C Ratio 5,5, dan mengalami break event point atau tidak untung dan tidak rugi jika nilai BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp. 104.333, BEP produksi sebesar 6,8 kg, dan BEP harga jual sebesar Rp. 2.277,8 yang artinya usahatani mete tersebut menguntungkan dan layak untuk dikembangkan.

Abstract

Efforts to reinforce the export capacity of carrots derived from Indonesia has complex problems since the top (on Farm) to downstream. The carrot request at the market of China, Malaysia, Singapore, is still high and this becomes a probabiltas market reduced carrot farmer in the territory of Indonesia. This study intends to examine the competitiveness of carrots derived from Indonesia. Methods of analysis using Revealed Compararative Advantage (RCA) to review the competitiveness of carrots in the Chinese market, Malaysia, Singapore. The results of the analysis show the power of carrots, from Indonesia has competitiveness to many low and high countries
