JASE is a national and multi-disciplinary journal in Sustainable Agricultural research, managed by the Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara. Abstract

Cocoa is one of the major indonesian agricultural export product.cocoa international market has great potential regarding world’s conseption growth therefore indonesian is expected to the take adventage on exsisting opportunities . The aims of this study were to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa beans and processed cocoa trade in the international market as well as the level of competition between cocoa exporting countries. By using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and Spearman Rank Correlation, it showed that Indonesia had a comparative advantage as an cocoa exporter on the international market, the highest for cocoa beans and the lowest for cocoa paste; Indonesia also had a significant correlation to exporting countries in cocoa beans’ market (Ghana) and cocoa paste’s market (Netherlands and Malaysia), the correlation suggests that there were high correlation between Indonesia and the exporting country in competing for market share. Abstract

Lele merupakan salah satu komoditas ikan yang dibudidayakan di Kabupaten Demak. Analisis kelayakan usaha sangatlah penting untuk keberlanjutan usaha budidaya pembesaran ikan lele. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan usaha, BEP, R/C usaha pembesaran ikan lele di Desa Mangunrejo Kecamatan Kebonagung Kabupaten Demak. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Metode pemilihan lokasi ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode penentuan sampel responden menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, analisis BEP unit, analisis BEP harga, R/C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usaha pembesaran ikan lele dalam satu periode (3 bulan) mengeluarkan biaya total sebesar Rp. 6.840.197 penerimaan sebesar Rp. 11.912.500 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 5.432.321. Nilai rata-rata BEP unit sebesar 324,001 Kg dan nilai rata-rata BEP harga sebesar Rp. 10.879/kg. Nilai R/C sebesar 1,84

Abstract

Bungo Village is one of the villages that produces the most rice in Wedung District. This research aims to determine total costs, revenues, income, BEP and the feasibility of farming based on the RC ratio value. In determining the sample of respondents using the probability random sampling method involving a sample of 30 respondents. Based on lan ownership status, namely own lan (proprietary rights), leased land and sharecropped land, so the research shows that the total costs incurred for rice farming per planting season per hectare consecutively are Rp 14,043,000,-, Rp. 22,793,000,- and Rp. 13,969,000,-. Revenue from rice farming is Rp. 37,092,600,-, Rp. 34,489,800,- and Rp. 16,402,300,-. Rice farming income is Rp. 23,703,600,-, Rp.13,783,800,- and Rp. 8,427,300,-. BEP units are 2,600.5 kg, 4,220.9 kg and 2,586.9 kg. BEP price Rp. 2,044.4, Rp. 3,568.7 and Rp. 2,104.1. The RC ratio values are 2.64, 1.51 and 1.5 respectively, which means that Inpari 32 variety rice farming is worth the effort.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi komoditas padi terhadap produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data produksi padi selama 5 tahun terakhir dan data time series PDRB Kabupaten Sukabumi di waktu yang sama. Data hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa komoditas padi memiliki kontribusi cukup tinggi terhadap PDRB Kabupaten Sukabumi, dimana nilai proporsi yang diberikan komoditas padi di atas rata-rata kontribusi penyusun PDRB Kabupaten Sukabumi. Kontribusi tertinggi terdapat pada tahun 2020.

Abstract

Keripik tempe kedelai adalah camilan ringan yang terbuat dari tempe kedelai yang diiris tipis dan digoreng hingga kering dan renyah. Keripik tempe yang diproduksi oleh IRT Mbak Endang Di Dusun Kedung Areng, RT. 1, RW. 1, Desa Sendang, Kecamatan Wonogiri, Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, keuntungan, dan kelayakan usaha yang meliputi R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, serta menentukan BEP produksi maupun penerimaan dan titik impas harga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja, dan responden melibatkan pemilik usaha dan tiga tenaga kerja dari dalam keluarga. Analisis dilakukan melalui perhitungan biaya total, penerimaan, keuntungan, dan kelayakan usaha yang meliputi R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, serta menentukan BEP produksi maupun penerimaan dan titik impas harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi bulanan mencakup biaya tetap sebesar Rp 130.638,89 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 9.891.402,73, dengan total biaya mencapai Rp 10.022.041,61. Total penerimaan mencapai Rp 13.992.000, menghasilkan keuntungan sebesar Rp 3.969.958,39. Analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukkan bahwa R/C rasio sebesar 1,40, menandakan usaha ini menguntungkan untuk diusahakan, sementara B/C rasio sebesar 0,40, menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini tidak layak karena biaya produksi yang tinggi dan harga jual yang masih terbilang rendah atau jumlah produksi yang masih rendah sehingga keuntungan yang didapat lebih kecil. Sedangkan BEP produksi berada titik impas sebesar 40,52 pcs, BEP penerimaannya sebesar Rp. 445,764,17 dan titik impas harganya sebesar Rp. 7.878,96

Abstract

Produk teh bit “Bieten Thee” dibuat untuk membantu menaikkan nilai tambah dari komoditas bit yang kurang diserap pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan riset pasar produk baru yaitu minuman teh dari bit “Bieten Thee” dengan mengetahui karakteristik dan perilaku konsumen terhadap atribut produk yang diberikan apakah dapat diterima serta memuaskan konsumen. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 30 calon konsumen bieten thee dengan syarat sudah mencoba dan tertarik untuk membeli produk kedepannya. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) dan CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Hasil pengukuran karakteristik konsumen dari data menunjukkan minat terbesar berasal dari rentan usia 20-30 yang memiliki keterbukaan besar terhadap inovasi baru dan mulai sadar tentang kesehatan tubuh. Mayoritas calon konsumen berjenis kelamin laki-laki (60%), dimana mayoritas-nya memiliki latar belakang pendidikan layak yang tergolong SMA ke atas. Penghasilan dari calon konsumen bieten thee mayoritas berada pada Rp.1.000.000-Rp.2.500.000 dimana pada tingkat pendapatan ini konsumen akan cenderung lebih selektif terhadap pembelian produk yang dibutuhkan. Perilaku dari konsumen terhadap atribut produk terlihat dari hasil olah data dari metode IPA pada kuadran I (manfaat produk membuat konsumen tertarik dan rasa produk dapat diterima dan dinikmati) dan III (aroma produk mernarik, aroma dapat diterima, rasa produk memuaskan, dan harga produk terjangkau) perlu diperbaiki dan kuadran II (warna produk menarik, warna dapat menjadi ciri khas, manfaat dari produk menjadi kelebihan, model kemasan mendukung keawetan produk, dan tampilan kemasan menarik) dan IV (harga produk sesuai dengan kelebihan yang ditawarkan) perlu dipertahankan.

Abstract

The current development of e-commerce in Indonesia cannot be separated from people's habits that demand practicality and speed. There has been a change in consumer behavior from usually buying food offline to now switching to buying food online using services in the marketplace. This has led to an increase in food delivery transactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in consumer purchasing decisions in purchasing food using online delivery services. The sampling method used by the author is comfortable sampling, namely a sampling technique using free samples according to the author's wishes. The sample size is 100 respondents. The research results show that overall the factors have a significant influence and simultaneous contribution. And partially, the factor that has a significant influence is the personal control factor, while the attitude and subjective norm factors do not have a significant influence on online food purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the increase in the price of horticultural agricultural products on the profit of curry sales in Mamampiet Tegal MSMEs. This research focuses on three main horticultural commodities, namely carrots, potatoes, and chili, which are the main raw materials in making curry. The research method used is a simple linear regression analysis with independent variables in the form of horticultural raw material prices and dependent variables in the form of curry sales profits. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from Mamampiet MSMEs and related agencies. The results of the study show that the increase in the price of carrots, potatoes, and chili has a significant influence on the decrease in curry sales profits. This increase in raw material prices has led to an increase in production costs, which is not offset by the increase in the selling price of curry. The analysis of production costs shows that total costs, revenues, profits, Net B/C ratios, and BEP (Break-Even Point) have changed significantly along with fluctuations in raw material prices. The conclusion of this study is that the increase in the price of horticultural agricultural products has a negative impact on the profit of the sale of curry pap for Mamampiet MSMEs. Therefore, it is recommended that Mamampiet MSMEs look for alternative raw materials that are more stable in price, as well as innovate products and marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and profits.

Abstract

Data collection techniques in this research include field observations, literature reviews, and interviews with respondents. The research population consisted of 16 seaweed farmers, with a sampling method using a census. The data obtained was analyzed using seaweed business analysis. The R/C ratio is a comparison between income and costs, which can be mathematically formulated as follows: R/C = TR/TC. With total revenue of IDR 21,800,000 and total costs of IDR 6,400,000, the R/C ratio is 3.41. This means that every Rp. 1 spent in seaweed farming can generate around Rp. 3.41 in income. Based on the criteria that an R/C ratio of more than 1 indicates that the business is feasible, seaweed farming in Randusanga Village is considered feasible and can provide significant profits from its operations. Benefits of Seaweed Farming: Based on calculations, seaweed farming in Randusanga Village can generate profits of IDR 15,400,000 in one harvest season. This profit is obtained by subtracting total costs (both fixed costs and variable costs) from total income. The calculated R/C ratio of 3.41 shows that every IDR 1 spent on seaweed farming produces around IDR 3.41 in income. This figure indicates that seaweed farming in Randusanga Village is feasible because it can provide profits of more than double the costs incurred.
