Abstract

Gapuro Sukolilo Village Kindergarten is one of the schools owned by the village that has the potential for development in the field of education. In improving the quality in the field of education, TK GapuroSukolilo makes an English extracurricular activity for its students. However, based on the results of observations and interviews, it was found that this school had difficulties in assisting in learning English where there were no English teachers for their students and how to teach English to students aged 3-5 years. To deal with this problem, the Community Service Team (KKN) team -05 GapuroSukolilo Village has developed a program called E-Funtastic, namely English Fun and Fantastic. This program is a mentoring program to learn English for students in groups A, B and play groups (KB) using the Active Joyful Based Learning (AJBL) method. To carry out this program, a preparation stage is carried out including the preparation of teaching materials and learning media. Second, the implementation stage of the work program where this program was carried out for three days at the GapuroSukolilo Kindergarten. The last is the evaluation of the results. The results obtained from this activity are an English learning mentoring program in the form of a service that provides solutions and real contributions to GapuroSukolilo Kindergarten where teachers experience difficulties in teaching English to their students and in the kindergarten there are no teaching staff to assist learning. English. So the E-Funtastic program is very useful for teachers and students in assisting student learning, especially in terms of learning English.

Abstract

Java Island is an island in Indonesia which is the 13th largest island in the world. With a population of approximately 160 million. Java's economy is highly dependent on the agricultural and plantation sectors, especially from farming in rice fields. Especially in the area of ​​East Java which is dominant in producing food products. The impact of the current outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic is felt in many countries as well as in Indonesia, almost all provinces experienced significant changes due to this outbreak. One of the affected aspects is economic activity, therefore there is a need for understanding related to entrepreneurship. By running entrepreneurship, people will see opportunities and are always open to any positive input and changes so as to be able to bring the business to continue to grow rapidly. Socialization activities from KKN which were carried out online during the Covid-19 Pandemic which were carried out without meeting in person were provided by students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik together with the community in Cerme District and several villages in the District including Cerme Village, Banjarsari, Gedang Kulut, Morowudi in addition to that in the District Bungah and Purworejo District. This activity aims to improve and create a new product or new encouragement and motivation from welfare activities through entrepreneurship programs. The hope is that through their potential they are able to produce something useful for themselves and others. The community also actively participates in entrepreneurship socialization and online activities

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to strengthen Small Micro Enterprises (SME) in Dukuhkembar Village, Gresik Regency. Strengthening is carried out through training and mentoring so that the performance of the assisted SMEs is getting better and contributing to income, family welfare and all villagers. The initial data obtained regarding the problems of business actors in the village are; First, business actors still do not understand business financial records, there is no separation between business and personal finances. As a result, the determination of production costs, selling prices and profit calculations cannot be carried out; secondly understanding of tax obligations such as tax reporting for micro and small business actors is very minimal; the third is limited access to capital for business development. The solution in efforts to strengthen businesses is by: (1) conducting accounting training for micro and small businesses, (2) Training on financial administration & tax administration (3) Training on access to capital. After the training, monitoring, evaluation and assistance will be continued. The results obtained from this service program are strengthening businesses in 14 micro-small businesses in Dukuhkembar Village with skills in financial management, taxation, and access to capital so that businesses can grow and develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and adherence to cooperative principles and cooperative business development at Muhammadiyah 8 Morowudi Gresik High School. This activity program is funded by Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The implementation of these activities is carried out by holding training and mentoring on cooperative principles, basic training on the resources available in the cooperative. Bookkeeping and accounting training activities were held on Wednesday, August 12, 2022. The Basic Accounting and finance training was carried out by involving the chairman, treasurer, and secretary of the cooperative as well as the cooperative operational division and cooperative finance staff at SMA Muhammadiyah 8 Morowudi Gresik.

Abstract

Bondowoso Regency is one of the areas in the Besuki area. What makes it different from other regions is that Bondowoso Regency does not have a sea area, while other areas have sea areas such as Situbondo, Banyuwangi. From this condition, Bondowoso is different from other regions which do not have coastal and marine areas. Bondowoso district and local government, especially DISPARBUDPORA, focus their tourism development programs on land. The Bondowoso region has a cool area with its beauty that is still maintained so that many tourists are interested in visiting Bondowoso tourism both from domestic and foreign countries. So the Bondowoso government carried out a potential and attractiveness development program through the Bondowoso Regent's decision by giving the task to DISPARBUDPORA to make the Bondowoso region a leading tourist destination and also to improve the community's economy through the tourism sector.

Abstract

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many residents have been affected both economically, in terms of education and health. The need for counseling or education to the surrounding community on the importance of taking care of yourself, especially protecting yourself from the Covid-19 virus. With several work programs carried out by the group 1 KKN team in their respective villages, it is hoped that they can help the government in suppressing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Besides protecting ourselves is the first step to take care of the people around us. When people ignore the importance of taking care of themselves, especially ignoring health protocols, it also affects those around us. After the work program is carried out by members of group 1 KKN, it is hoped that the community will be able to protect themselves and always comply with the health protocols that have been set to maintain mutual safety

Abstract

University Muhammadiyah Gresik through the entrepreneurship study program and the accounting study program collaborated with the Muhammadiyah Sidayu Student Association. This collaboration resulted in program synergy in the form of financial smart seminars and strengthening the “Youngpreneurship Mindset”. The result of this service activity is o build financial intelligence in IPM Sidayu cadres so they are able to manage finances effectively and efficiently. Financial intelligence is expected to encourage changes in the consumer mindset to become an entrepreneur mindset.

Abstract

The purpose of this service agenda is to assist partners in implementing transparency in the use of business operational funds. The partner's problem is the inability to manage business operational funds which become one with the partner's personal funds. The solution provided is computerized cash flow training so that partners are more transparent in the use of operational funds. Our partners are residents of Banjaragung Village, Jombang Regency who have micro-businesses selling food and drinks at the Bale Tani Tourism location, Jombang Regency. The service method is to carry out a simulation of excel-based cash flow reports to partners along with discussions so that partners are able to implement the technology provided. The result of this dedication is that partners implement continuous cash flow reports as a media for transparency in the use of their operational funds.

Abstract

In the world of banking business, customer satisfaction is one of the priorities, because it determines the success or failure of a banking business. Customers who are dissatisfied will certainly not choose the same banking services again, let alone supported by the many choices of other banking services (competitors), thus making customers have many comparisons to choose which bank is more suitable to their tastes and desires. In Banyuwangi there are many Islamic banking which provides a wide range of products. All of this is done so that customers become interested and ultimately choose the services they offer. In this study, we used a qualitative approach method. Where qualitative research produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. With the steps that we do, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. and has the main goal of explaining the research object clearly and accurately by conducting ontological, epistemological, and axiological studies. Ontological analysis is an effort to find out service and product superiority, while epistemological analysis is to find ways or strategies to try to improve ontological analysis, and axiological analysis is to find out the benefits if sharia principles are applied to sharia banking.

Abstract

Peganden Village is one of the villages in Manyar District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province. The large number of people who live there makes a lot of household waste generated by the community. The Waste Bank is an alternative to manage and organize the collected waste. In its management, the Waste Bank also makes Financial Reports. Therefore, the undergraduate students of the Accounting Study Program of the Regular Blended KKN Group 11 Muhammadiyah University of Gresik in Peganden Village made the HPP system and the Inventory of the Cheerful Main Garbage Bank which aims to make it easier to manage Financial Reports systematically. The socialization was carried out using an understanding method to the participating partners, namely the Treasurer of the Ceria Induk Waste Bank. The success of the implementation of the socialization can be seen from the application of the HPP Calculation System and the Inventory of the Ceria Main Waste Bank by the participating partners.
