Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat dan Lingkungan (JPML) berisi tentang kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan dan permasalahan yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat. <![CDATA[This community service activity aims to enhance farmers' understanding and skills in adopting green finance and sustainable marketing strategies to support sustainable agricultural practices at BB Integrated Farming, Silo District, Jember Regency. The program involves a series of training sessions, mentoring, and interactive discussions designed to equip farmers with the knowledge and tools necessary for managing green finance, developing sustainable marketing strategies, and understanding market dynamics. The results of this activity show a significant increase in farmers' understanding and skills, evidenced by better post-test results compared to pre-test scores. Farmers are now able to adopt environmentally friendly practices, access sustainable financing, and implement effective marketing strategies. This program not only contributes to improving the environmental and economic performance of farmers but also supports local and global food security by promoting more productive and sustainable agricultural practices.]]>

<![CDATA[This activity aims to provide knowledge and skills about Income Tax and Value Added Tax for Muhammadiyah Charity Businesses in the education sector. The method of implementing activities is training and mentoring. This activity was attended by 103 Muhammadiyah school treasurers in Gresik Regency, Tuban Regency and Bojonegoro Regency. The results obtained are that after the training, the school treasurer has a good understanding of taxes, is able to calculate and report the school's tax obligations according to the provisions. Post-test results: 90% of the training participants were able to answer the questions well. Mentoring is provided to schools to ensure that schools have reported their tax obligations in accordance with applicable regulations]]>

<![CDATA[Requirement Engineering (RE) is the initial stage in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which functions to analyze the needs of the organization. However, the RE stage is often carried out without comprehensive knowledge of the information system that is appropriate to the conditions of the organization. Therefore, the community service aims to assist SMK Semen Gresik in meeting the needs of an information system that suits the school's needs. The mentoring process is carried out through several stages, namely needs analysis, interviews with school officials, and direct observation of operational activities. The result of this community service is identifying the need for a specific information system that is able to support school management effectively. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing an integrated information system, so that it can increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness of SMK Semen Gresik. Apart from that, this mentoring activity also provides insight to schools regarding the importance of information systems in supporting the education and management process. In addition, this assistance succeeded in exploring relevant information system needs and became an important first step in implementing technology in the SMK Semen Gresik educational environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities aim to provide understanding and skills for the Muhammadiyah School Treasurer in Gresik Regency regarding school management and inventory processes. Community Service begins by giving a pre-test to participants so that the presenter can find out to what extent the material or materials to be taught have been mastered by participants regarding asset management. The next stage is counseling about asset management, asset depreciation and asset inventory. The next stage, participants were asked to summarize the asset data in their respective schools to Ms. Excel that has been prepared by the speaker. The next stage is a discussion regarding asset management and calculating the depreciation of assets owned by the school. The final stage is the final evaluation / post-test which is used to determine participants' understanding of the material that has been provided. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of asset management and having asset inventory data in their respective schools. This activity provides positive value in terms of effectiveness and efficiency of asset management and inventory management. This activity can also help schools to minimize the occurrence of human error and maintain the security of asset data contained in the school.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities held at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo Banyuwangi aim to provide creativity, innovation, intelligence and skills that can benefit the environment around them. As a young generation with character, they must be able to have a strong mentality in dealing wih various problems that occur in society. Synergy between youth and society is an important aspect in realizing changes in the environment around them towards a better and more advanced direction. The method used in this service is to provide training and mentoring to get maximum results. Some of the training that will be providedis the Leadership Training Program, Team Building Program, Character Building Program, and Entrepreneurship Training. The results of the training and mentoring show an increase in participants understanding of the importance of strengtjening character for the younger generation through synergy building and entepreneurship programs. The service team also provides several entrepreneurial program / activities that can be carried out by students at SMA PGRI Purwoharjo Banyuwangi.]]>

<![CDATA[This service activity explains assistance with halal certification and the creation of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in increasing the marketing of local superior products in Senduro Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. Seeing that there are many MSMEs in Senduro village that are not yet halal certified, the Uinsa KKN student team assisted in making Halal Certification through the SiHalal system and making NIB through the Online Single Submission System. This mentoring activity aims to assist MSME actors in improving business products through halal certification and making NIB. This assistance was welcomed by MSME actors because this assistance was able to increase product promotion and increase consumer confidence in the products produced. This assistance uses the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. This method focuses on the assets and strengths that society has. The result of this halal MSME assistance activity is that it is able to increase the awareness of business actors in implementing a halal guarantee system for their business products as well as registering business units in the halal certification process through the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Study Institute of the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI). With the assistance of Halal Certification and the making of NIB, the community can find out about business legality. This mentoring activity really educates business people to get halal and tayyib products. The level of satisfaction of MSME actors with this assistance reached 97%.]]>

The result of this service is to provide literacy to Muhammadiyah School Treasurers so they are able to understand and apply the use of the SIAS application so that in the future they can organize and manage finances properly and correctly. This activity provides positive value in terms of effectiveness and efficiency in managing school finances.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence and sustainability of MSMEs cannot be separated from how these MSMEs manage their business. Financial management has now become a crucial problem for MSMEs. A micro business's existence is not only carried out by business actors but also requires support from parties who can contribute to assisting the micro business to be better and develop over time. The aim of this community service activity is as a form of implementing the tridharma of higher education to provide assistance to partners regarding financial management by compiling simple bookkeeping. Mitra's location is located in Kunir Lor Village, Lumajang Regency with the partner's business focus being in the processed food or bakery sector. Bu Edy Bakery's community service partners are limited in understanding financial management and presenting business financial reports. Socialization and assistance activities for financial management with simple bookkeeping are designed and arranged as the most feasible and easy to carry out, adapting to partners' business activities. Apart from that, the use of technology in the form of the Lamikro application is used to make it easier for partners to carry out accounting records. The benefits of this community service activity increase partners' understanding as business actors about the benefits of bookkeeping so that they can record every financial transaction that occurs so that they can separate business finances from personal finances.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this service is to provide online marketing assistance for the owners of Batik Randu 7 Mulia UMKM hand-written batik craftsmen and to provide understanding for owners and practitioners of Batik Randu 7 Mulia UMKM about the importance of online marketing in the era of globalization. The method used is described in several stages, namely identifying and solving problems, preparing a marketing plan, providing assistance in using social media and e-commerce, and evaluating activities. The most basic problem faced by partners is that marketing is still carried out conventionally. The solution offered is digital marketing management. The marketing plan carried out is making neater photos and videos, training in using marketing tools, and setting a promotional budget. Determining the right promotional media in the form of social media TikTok and Instagram. The TikTok social media that was created has a current number of followers of 60 since the last account was created. Meanwhile, Instagram social media followers have 6 followers since the last account creation.]]>

<![CDATA[Strengthening the agropreneur mindset for students at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Gresik; The only agricultural vocational school in Gresik Regency is important, considering that the vocational school only has two majors, namely agriculture and animal husbandry, both of which are related to the agricultural sector. The agricultural sector now and in the future will continue to grow along with population growth. This service program aims to strengthen the agropreneur mindset for SMKM 5 Gresik students so that it will contribute to the orientation of SMK graduates not only as job seekers but as job creators, able to absorb local workers, and help reduce the unemployment rate, especially at the Gresik Regency level. This service activity is carried out in the form of offline training at the Jalan Raya Surowiti School location, Sumurber Village, Panceng District, Gresik Regency. The results of the service show that there is an increase in the understanding of SMKM 5 Gresik students about the importance of strengthening the agropreneur mindset so that many entrepreneurial ideas emerge in the agricultural sector.]]>
