Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of personal selling promotions via social media Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions among MSMEs in Badung Regency (Case Study at Studio Umah Trisna). Ninety clients who use Umah Trisna studio services are the subjects of this research. The sampling method uses the census method. This research uses a quantitative approach, and the data sources are primary and secondary. Data was collected through questionnaires. SPSS version 27.0 was used to process the collected data. Analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.  The results of data analysis show that the social media variables Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and research have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Studio Umah Trisna Jimbaran MSMEs partially and simultaneously. The implication of this research is that this research found an analysis of the influence of personal selling media promotion on purchasing decisions among MSMEs in Badung Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of decreasing customer interest in saving at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative. This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and promotion on customers' interest in saving at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative in Badung Regency. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 903 people and the sample size in this study was 90 customers at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative. Data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews and questionnaires, with a Likert scale. The results of this research show that the results of the t test calculation show that service quality and promotion show a significance level of 0.021 and 0.022 <0.05, meaning that, partially, service quality and promotion have a significant influence on interest in saving. The results of the F test show that the quality of service and promotion shows a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that simultaneously the quality of service and promotion has a significant influence on interest in saving at the Sari Giri Sedana Cooperative in Badung Regency. The Durbin-Watson determination test results of 1.907 indicate that the model does not experience significant autocorrelation problems.    Suggestions for cooperatives in this research are to provide immediate, accurate and satisfactory services to customers because they have the lowest scores on the results of the questionnaire that has been distributed.

Abstract

This study focuses on LPD in Badung Regency. The objective is to test whether Organizational Culture and Motivation influence Employee Job Satisfaction by applying the Grand Theory of Stewardship (Davis et al., 1997). The research method used is Multiple Regression Quantitative with 93 samples, analyzed using SPSS Version 24. Research Results the Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at LPD in Badung Regency, The Motivation variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at LPD in Badung Regency, Job Satisfaction (Y) has a significant positive simultaneous effect on organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction, which can therefore be simultaneous at the Village Credit Institutions in Badung Regency. Implications this research can provide answers regarding the influence of organizational culture and motivation variables on employee job satisfaction within the behavior of Village Credit Institutions in Badung Regency. The impact is substantial.

Abstract

This study uses the Badung Regency Village Credit Institution as its focal point. The purpose of the study is to find out how consumer trust in the Village Credit Institution in Badung Regency is impacted by service quality and mobile transactions. quantitative multiple regression research method with SPSS Version 24 for data interpretation and an example of 93. Research Results: (1) Mobile transactions (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer trust; (2) customer trust (Y) has a simultaneous positive and significant effect on quality of service and mobile transactions, so that they become one unit in the LPD in Badung Regency; and (3) customer trust (X1) has a favorable and noteworthy increasing impact on customer trust. Implications for Research According to this study, mobile transactions and factors pertaining to service quality have a significant impact on Badung Regency's Village Credit Institutions.

Abstract

This research took as its object a villa/hotel in Pecatu Village, Badung Regency, with the aim of examining the influence of price, service quality and influencer marketing on the decision to stay at a villa in Badung Regency. Quantitative Multiple Regression Research Method with a sample of 84 and data analysis using SPSS Version 24. Findings from the Research: (1) Price (X1) influences decisions to stay in a positive and significant way; (2) Service Quality (X2) influences decisions to stay in a positive and significant way; (3) Influencer Marketing (X3) influences decisions to stay in a positive and significant way; and (4) Overnight Stay (Y) influences decisions to stay in a villa or hotel in Badung Regency in a positive and significant way all at once, making them into a single unit. Research Implications This research found that the influence of price variables, service quality and influencer marketing on the decision to stay at a villa/hotel in Badung Regency is very large.

Abstract

Humans have an important role in today's globalized world. Human resources are an important resource in the company. It cannot be denied that an organization develops and progresses if the HR management element contributes a significant influence to the future. The phenomenon that occurs in this research is that employee development experiences change every year, namely the number of employees rises and falls very rapidly, thus affecting the performance of these employees. This research aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and career development on PT employee loyalty. True Food Warriors. The population in this study used all employees, namely 150 employees with a sample of 60 people. This type of quantitative research was used in this research and the data processing tool was assisted by SPSS.  The research results show that individual characteristics contribute a negative and insignificant influence on employee loyalty, then career development also has a significant positive influence on employee loyalty, and individual characteristics and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. The company holds an activity to improve employee attitudes and behavior in this case by holding training, evaluations, and also providing motivation to employees so they can improve their performance better.

Abstract

This research took as its object the South Kuta Subdistrict Office, Badung Regency, which aims to examine the Pentagonal Impact on the Economic Resilience of the South Kuta Community using the main theory, namely the grand theory (Van Holk, 2008) which suggests that what forms resilience and these factors interact with each other throughout life. This research uses quantitative methods using a questionnaire and a sample of 92 people from the South Kuta community, as well as five hypotheses using SPSS V 2024 with multiple regression. The results of this research found: 1. Human Resources showed a negative and insignificant influence on the economic resilience of the people of South Kuta, 2. Natural Resources showed a significant and positive influence on the economic resilience of the people of South Kuta, 3. Social Capital showed a positive influence but no significantly to the economic resilience of the South Kuta community, 4. Financial Capital shows a negative and significant influence on the economic resilience of the South Kuta community, 5. Economic Resilience has a simultaneous influence on Human Resources, Natural Resources, Social Capital, Financial Capital so that they become one unit in the South Kuta Community.  Implications of this research found: 1. Policies in developing Human Resources, 2. Sustainable Management of Natural Resources, 3. Strengthening Social Capital, 4. Access to Financial Capital, 5. Increasing economic readiness and adaptation, 6. Development of local initiatives.

Abstract

Every company is inseparable from the procurement of goods or services. With the procurement of goods or services being one of the factors that support the operational activities of a company and to maintain the survival of the company, especially companies engaged in the manufacturing industry. One of them PT Bakrie Auto parts also procure goods run by the procurement department, in the process of procuring goods PT Bakrie Auto parts is utilizing technological advances by conducting electronic procurement which aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process at PT Bakrie Auto parts. The data collection method in this study is the interview method and direct observation, with the analysis method in the form of quantitative non statistical analysis, namely the method of analyzing data without using statistical analysis. The implementation of the procurement of goods carried out by PT Bakrie Auto parts has been running effectively with an assessment of four indicators, namely: indicators of increasing transparency and accountability, indicators of supporting the monitoring process, indicators of meeting the needs of real team information access, and indicators of achieving goals. In addition, the implementation of procurement carried out by PT Bakrie Auto parts has also been running efficiently based on the results of the assessment of the use of the expenditure budget.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the main factors that can influence a company's progress. The higher the employee's performance, the easier it will be to achieve the company's goals. The level of work discipline, organizational commitment and motivation will greatly influence performance employees at a company. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment and motivation on employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan, Bogor City. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification. The sampling technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination as well as the F-test and t-test.  test results concluded that was simultaneous and partial variables discipline work, commitment organization, motivation influence positive and are significant to employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan Bogor City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Product Quality and Price Perception on Customer Loyalty. The research is quantitative and employs a survey methodology. The sample consists of 100 respondents. Primary data was analysed using SPSS version 26 for evaluation. The analysis results indicate that both Product Quality and Price Perception have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty, with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and F-count of 146.348 greater that F-table 3.09. The coefficient value shows that 75.1% of Customer Loyalty is explained by Product Quality and Price Perception. These findings confirm the initial hypothesis, demonstrating a positive and significant effect of Product Quality and Price Perception on Customer Loyalty at 75.1%.
