Abstract

Quality management is a phenomenon. Advanced culture that supports arts and crafts allows shoppers to choose goods with higher quality standards compared to the normal stuff. In a society that appreciates the arts and crafts, one of the tasks of the management company or owner of the company is the head of the workshop, as well as train and supervise employees and interns. The company sets the standard, assesses the work of the employees and orders rework or repair is necessary. Jobs in crafts have a limitation that is only capable of producing little other products, but has the advantage that each product can be made independently in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Craft work approach towards quality score is the primary input when the initial establishment of quality management as a part of management science.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between profitability projected by ROE and liquidity by CR to predict its effect on projected dividend policy with dividend payout ratio (DPR) in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange market. Design and method of analysis, estimation of pandel data regression models with CEM, FEM and REM approaches using the EViews v.12 program. Approach model selection with Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The classical assumption test refers to the results of the best panel data regression model selected. The feasibility evaluation of the model was carried out by regression analysis of panel data, and analysis of the coefficient of determination, as well as the t test and F test, at a = 0.05. The results of the study, FEM as a regression model of selected panel data. Evaluation of the feasibility of the model, ROE and CR can predict changes in DPR behavior, although there is an inverse relationship of CR with DPR. The joint contribution of ROE and CR has a high ability to predict and influence the DPR. ROE has a significant negative effect on the DPR. CR has no influence on the DPR. Together, ROE and CR have proven to have a significant positive effect on the DPR.

Abstract

The purpose of this is to examine those variables that determine investors demand for equity stock in the Nigeria stock market special attention was given factors such as earnings, dividends and net asset value. This study is a descriptive survey research aimed at investigating and to provide information on what influence the Nigerian equity stock investors in the Nigerian’s stock exchange of the Nigerian capital market. Data have been collected from the Nigerian stock exchange market, the annual reports and statement of accounts of sample and several issues of business times. The hypothesis formulated has been tested at both 1% and 5% significance levels using the F-statistics of regression model. This may have jointly and severally the independent variables have a significant relationship with investment demand. From the conclusion, recommendation such as tune element indicates the rate of change of these variables overtime and encouraging companies to participate in the stock market which will enhance future activities of the Nigeria capital market.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to establish the manner in which experiential marketing has affected digital innovation and pay-later choices on Shoppe customers e-commerce customer loyalty.  using quantitative methods and a method of non-probability sampling like simple random sampling with 100 samples. SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling) examination of data. The research results shown that paylater's feature and characteristics related to digital innovation have a significant impact in affecting loyalty among customers, as well as how experiential marketing can be affected by paylater. However, experiential marketing fails to significantly impact consumer loyalty, and neither does digital innovation, which aims to establish customer relationships. It also has a minimal part in experiential marketing that intervenes.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to find out how much impact the reward system of TOTAL Plc Asaba has on its employees.  The theories assumes expectancy theory according to Victor Vroom and Remuneration method with a sample size  drawn from a population of 200 obtained from 2006 National census figures.  The sample size was determined using Yaro Yameni’s random sampling technique.  The questionnaire was the major instrument used to obtain data.  All the hypothesis tested received statistical significance findings for His research indicated that a significant relationship exist between fair reward system and improved employee performance in Nigeria Asaba Plc.  The study recommends a develop reward policies and practices that support the achievement of business goals.

Abstract

Across different cultures in Nigeria, there exist harmful traditional widowhood practices which have attracted the attention of the global struggle in general on violence against women. This study employed the survey research method. Questionnaires were administered to 400 respondents. The findings among others includes: there is existence of social exclusion in Nigeria and this grossly affects the Nigerian democracy and the fundamental human rights;  Widows in Nigeria face lot of challenges and ill treatment; The National Human Right Commission plays active role in addressing widow’s right;  In as much as the NHRC tries in their fight against widows’ right violation, they faces several challenges. Base on the findings, the work recommends among others that; The federal government should look into all level of social exclusion in Nigeria and develop policies and programmes that will help in addressing these social irregularities in the country;  The government should accommodate the widows through policies and programmes that will help to empower the widows in Nigeria.The federal government should ensure independence of the NHRCN so that the commission can perform actively without fear and favour, etc.

The aim of this research is to determine the picture of work readiness of students who practice in industry. The method in this research is a literature study with descriptive methods. The journals used in this research consisted of  7 journals with similar research themes, namely student work readiness and industrial practice. The results obtained in this research are that students are more ready to work after carrying out industrial practice because students gain experience to develop skills according to their field of expertise, and students are better able to adapt to new environments. The implication of this research is to provide knowledge regarding the description of work readiness for students who practice in industry.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the factors that influence students' entrepreneurial interest. The method in this research is a literature study with descriptive methods. The journals used in this research consisted of 9 journals with similar research themes, namely factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. The results obtained in this research are that students' interest in entrepreneurship can develop due to two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include personal (internal), university, external and information, self-efficacy, freedom to work, visionary, expertise. Considering that universities have quite a large influence, entrepreneurship courses and programs in universities should be made as good as possible to foster entrepreneurial interest among students. Besides, the values ​​and encouragement that individuals have regarding the social conditions around them will trigger them to think and do something. The implication of this research is to provide knowledge of factors that can support the formation of interest in entrepreneurship in students.

Today's digital wallets provide benefits, convenience and efficiency in payment transactions, making it easier for generation Z to spend their money, thereby influencing their consumer behavior as well. Research shows that digital wallets have a significant impact on generation Z consumer behavior. Abstract

This research intends to investigate and assess how compensation affects the performance of human resources in the Environmental Department of South Halmahera Regency. The method in writing this article is a quantitative research technique, namely building theory by testing the relationship between variables. These variables can be measured and explained as instruments with relevant statistical analysis that can be interpreted. The benefit the purpose of this essay is to ascertain how compensation affects the performance of human resources in the Environmental Department of South Halmahera Regency. The research results reveal that this can be achieved well if the human resources within the company/organization are handled by appropriate management of human resources. It was determined that whenever there was a rise in compensation, employee morale increased. Suggestions require adjustments to compensation to increase employee morale at the South Halmahera Regency Environmental Service, both now and in the future and it is hoped that in the future it will be further improved to achieve organizational goals.
