Abstract

This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of promotions and prices, both simultaneously and partially, on purchasing decisions for Kagumi Kopi Nusantara. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria; consumers have purchased Kagumi Kopi Nusantara products at least 2 times and consumers are seen as mature enough to fill out the questionnaire, at least 17 years old. The questionnaire was tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The test results are valid, reliable, and can be used for regression data. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The research results show that the promotion and price variables, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Kagumi Kopi Nusantara. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R Square) were 52.8% while the remaining 47.2%. The relationship between promotion and price is very strong with a correlation coefficient of 0.727.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work environment on the performance of Regional Public Service Agency nurses in the inpatient department at the Ciawi Regional General Hospital. The sample in this study was 65 people using a nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, the research method used multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all points of the statement are declared valid and reliable. The F test (simultaneous) states that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between training and the work environment on nurse performance. The results of the t test (partial) stated that training had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance at the Ciawi Bogor Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

This research is about service quality, brand image and price on consumer satisfaction at the Taman Bukit Palem Resort Bogor Hotel. The method used is descriptive quantitative verification. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. The tests used are validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests which are processed to produce multiple linear regression equations. The results of this research are that all indicators are simultaneously valid and reliable, the independent variables are proven to significantly influence the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Then, partially, it can be seen that the independent variables service quality (X1) and price (X3) have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y), while brand image (X2) does not have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Industrial machine repair services is one of the service industries where new company actors have emerged and innovated as a result of the growth of the service sector. One strategy to outperform the competition is to prioritize customer satisfaction. A few important factors that affect customer satisfaction are price and the quality of the services rendered. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how pricing and service quality at PT. Karya Utama Wijaya Sakti relate to each other in terms of customer satisfaction. The sample size is one hundred clients, and multiple linear regression analysis is the method employed. The study's findings show that, albeit slightly concurrently, both the pricing and the quality of services at PT. Karya Utama Wijaya Sakti have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of online customer reviews, sales promotions, and suitability on impulse buying through customer trust as mediating variables. The sample taken in this study were 108 Gen Z e-commerce users in Purwokerto using a purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative and uses smart PLS 3.0. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The research results show that sales promotions and conformity can affect impulse buying. Online customer reviews do not affect impulse buying. Customer trust can mediate conformity to impulsive buying but cannot mediate online customer reviews and sales promotion.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction through service quality at PDAM Tirta Jaya Mandiri, Bogor Regency. The sample in the study amounted to 100. The technique used was purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Through testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions and linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS. The results obtained show that service quality has a positive and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The test results for the coefficient of determination R (square) were 40%, while the remainder was 34%. The relationship between service quality and consumer satisfaction results in a correlation coefficient of 0.584.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at R-Hotel Rancamaya Bogor is impacted by workload, training, and motivation. Primary and secondary data make up the study's data 104 employees completed questionnaires that yielded primary data. On the other hand, secondary data came from pertinent company and other sources. This study used a survey approach along with a type of verification and descriptive research methodology. The questionnaire makes use of traditional assumption testing, reliability tests, and validity tests. Prior to doing multiple regression testing, the Likert scale is employed. This is done in order to ascertain how one dependent variable is affected by the four independent variables that were employed. Based on the findings of validity and reliability tests, which demonstrate that all indicators are deemed valid and reliable, the study's conclusions are drawn. Workload (X1), training (X2), and motivation (X3) all have an impact on employee performance (Y) at R-Hotel Rancamaya Bogor at the same time. Employee performance is impacted by all independent variables, however somewhat.
