Abstract

After the birth of Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning Job Creation which has added one article to Law Number 32 of 2002 concerning Broadcasting, it requires broadcasters to switch from analog technology to digital technology or Analogue switch-off (ASO) no later than two years from the law was passed. Considering that the deadline for the Broadcasting Institution's Analogue Switch Off (ASO) is November 2, 2022, this is a serious problem for the TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution, especially the Riau station, which is the leading sector for the national analog switch-off (ASO) program for all TV stations. This research aims to look at the implementation of regulations and obstacles in the process of implementing the LPP TVRI Riau Analogue Switch-Off (ASO) migration in welcoming the digitalization of Indonesian broadcasting. The research method was carried out qualitatively, namely in-depth interviews, observation and document review for the Implementation of LPP TVRI Riau Analog Switch Off (ASO) Migration in Facing the Digitalization of Indonesian Broadcasting. TVRI Riau prepares new human resources and regular training policies, regularly socializes government policies regarding the digitalization of broadcasting in the internal broadcast media line, and provides education to the public that ASO requires the public to have additional Set Top Box (STB) equipment. TVRI Riau has now implemented full digital broadcasts, only the broadcast duration is still the same as analog. As the organizer of Mux TVRI Riau which has 4 channel slots, namely national TVRI, TVRI Sport, TVRI Word and local TVRI.

Abstract

Many students of Ivet University's mathematics education study program think that mathematics courses are very difficult and boring. This happens because students are positioned as listeners in the learning process so that what happens is that the learning process is too monotonous. So far, teaching and learning activities have only used books as a learning resource, an interactive approach will be able to make students more interested in the learning process. One interactive approach in the learning process is using geogebra-based interactive e-modules. The existence of geogebra-based interactive e-modules will further attract students in the learning process and improve students' digital literacy skills. The aim of this research is to produce a geogebra-based interactive e-module to improve students' valid digital literacy skills. The urgency of this research in learning is very important due to the low level of learning resources used in the learning process and the low level of digital literacy for students. The research that will be carried out will have a big impact on student understanding. It is hoped that the development of this interactive e-module will be able to overcome problems that arise in teaching students. It is hoped that limited learning resources can be overcome by having e-modules as a learning medium to prevent misunderstandings arising when teaching integral material. The result of this research is to produce a geogebra-based interactive e-module to improve students' valid digital literacy skills.

Abstract

This research aims to identify government involvement in community activities using legal instruments in the form of permits. However, the permit does not end at the approval stage. Once permission is given, supervision is required, so clear rules are needed regarding who must be supervised. The research method used is normative legal research with a conceptual approach, namely the study of legal concepts such as legal sources, legal functions and legal systems. This research method is used to find conflicting supervisory regulations in the forestry sector. Others, namely Law Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry, Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, and Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Government Areas which may have different legal interpretations. In order for legal products to be a means of achieving sustainable forest development, these products must be designed in accordance with the nature of the forest itself. In other words, sustainable forest development must be based on will, awareness and political decisions. Then this will have no effect. This does not only apply to the current generation, but also to future generations.

Abstract

The high level of industrial development in Indonesia is parallel to population growth which has an impact on changes in land use. Green Open Space or RTH is the smallest part of an area in a city or district which is used not only as an aesthetic area but also as a green area as a place for community activities with a health connotation. Green open areas in Karanganyar Regency have not yet reached the applicable standards by Karanganayar Regency Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2022 concerning the Management of Green Open Spaces. The research method uses qualitative descriptive and data collection techniques by interviewing various data sources, conducting direct observations in the field, library research, documentation. Government websites and Instagram, transparency, and accountability, access to information through local government websites, and reporting in the annual LKPJ, decentralization is not yet strong enough but decision-makers are still the authorities and institutions and agencies, do not have their own RTH institutions, but each section carries out duties according to its main duties, access to law enforcement, complaints are submitted on the online public application and complaint service website, and the open spaces of Karanganyar Regency can be accessed by the public. The overall analysis is quite good, but several aspects are less than optimal, namely decentralization. So there needs to be innovation from the Karanganyar Regency government.

Abstract

This review examines the impact of assessing 21st-century skills, such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, in higher education institutions. Through a narrative analysis of recent literature, the study identifies diverse assessment methodologies and their effectiveness in fostering skill development. Findings suggest that while innovative assessment practices can enhance skill acquisition, challenges remain in aligning these practices with traditional educational frameworks. The review highlights the necessity for institutions to adopt a holistic approach that integrates 21st-century skill assessment into curriculum design and pedagogy. It concludes with recommendations for educators to embrace flexible, competency-based assessments and for policymakers to support the development of frameworks that recognize and reward the acquisition of 21st-century skills. This study underscores the importance of evolving assessment practices to prepare students for the demands of the modern workforce, suggesting directions for future research in optimizing assessment strategies for 21st-century skills in higher education.

Abstract

The Simpang Kelayang – Lubuk Sitarak road section plays a crucial role in facilitating the distribution of goods and services within the regency. Assessing the road's functional adequacy from a technical standpoint is essential to identify its fitness and determine the reasons for any functional deficiencies. The analysis of road functional tests involves measuring deviations from field conditions against technical standards, including geometric road technicalities, pavement structure, complementary building structures, spatial utilization, traffic management, and road equipment. The method utilized divides road segments according to the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 11/PRT/M/2010. Results indicate that the Simpang Kelayang – Lubuk Sitarak road section (STA 0+000 – STA 2+010) falls into the category of conditional functional fitness (LS), indicating suitability for operation but requiring recommended technical improvements. Generally, the lack of road functional adequacy in this section stems from failure to meet technical standards in road technical aspects.
