Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of procedural justice in building organizational citizenship behavior (PKO) by mediating trust in leaders and work involvement in the Tawangharjo District Office, Grobogan Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 83 village devices selected using the census method (total sampling). The data were analyzed using validity, reliability, linearity, path analysis, and mediation analysis with the Hayes bootstrap process. The results of the study show that procedural fairness has a significant effect on trust in leadership and work involvement. In addition, procedural fairness, trust in leadership, and work involvement each have a significant influence on PKO. Specifically, trust in leadership and work involvement mediate the relationship between procedural justice and PKO significantly. Simultaneously, procedural fairness, trust in leadership, and work involvement contributed significantly to PKO. These findings also show that the direct influence of procedural justice on PKO is more dominant and significant than other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between transformational leadership behavior and employee creativity at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were employees at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research sample was 61 employees at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership behavior had a positive and significant relationship with the creativity of employees at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Southeast Sulawesi Province. Changes in increasing transformational leadership behavior are positive and real towards increasing employee creativity at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This fact shows that good transformational leadership behavior has a contribution in increasing the creativity of employees at the Cooperatives and UMKM Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of emotional competence on customer loyalty mediated by customer experience at Bank Sultra Kantor Fungsional UHO. The population in this study consists of all customers of Bank Sultra Kantor Fungsional UHO. The sample includes 85 customers selected from this population. This study employs Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The results indicate that emotional competence has a positive and significant effect on customer experience at Bank Sultra Kantor Fungsional UHO. Emotional competence also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank Sultra Kantor Fungsional UHO. Furthermore, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Bank Sultra Kantor Fungsional UHO. Finally, customer experience is proven to mediate the effect of emotional competence on customer loyalty at Bank Sultra Kantor Fungsional UHO.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Personal Branding on Brand Image at Store KDI in Kendari City. This research applies a survey method with a quantitative approach and an associative research strategy. The population in this study consists of 184,000 followers of Store KDI’s Instagram account, with a sample of 55 respondents determined using a non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that Personal Branding has a positive and significant influence on Brand Image. These findings support theories and previous studies which state that influencers’ Personal Branding plays an important role in shaping consumers’ perceptions of brand image. Therefore, a strong Personal Branding strategy can be one of the key factors for Store KDI to build and maintain a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers.

Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) has transformed the way Generation Z manages their finances. Despite improved access to financial services, interest in long-term investment remains relatively low among this demographic. This study aims to examine the extent to which financial education and digital financial literacy influence Generation Z's interest in long-term investment. A quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational research design was employed. Data were collected through a survey of 69 university students aged 18–27 in the Yogyakarta region who had prior experience using fintech services. Data analysis was conducted using Microsoft Excel. The findings indicate that financial education has a strong and positive correlation with long-term investment interest, while digital financial literacy also shows a positive correlation. These results suggest that decisions to invest in the long term are significantly influenced by an individual’s understanding and ability to utilize digital financial services effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Equity at PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in quantitative method with associative approach. Data analysis in this study uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis, test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study are multiple linear regression equation of Y=-14.467 + 9.580 X1 + 5.737 X2 + ?. Partially, the Current Ratio variable has a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity with the results of tcount > ttabel or (5,577 > 2,364) with a significant level of 0,001 < 0,05. While the Total Asset Turnover variable has a positive and significant influence on Return On Equity with the results of tcount > ttabel or (4,769 > 2,364) with a significant level of 0,002 < 0,05. Simultaneously Current Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a positive and significant influence on Return On Equity with a value of fcount > ftable, namely (27,688 > 4,74) with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination is 88,8%, the remaining 11,2% influenced by other variables and factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and identifying the career development of employees at LPP TVRI Southeast Sulawesi. The data used in this study were obtained through interviews and analyzed using descriptive analysis. There were four informants involved in this research. The results show that the career development of employees at LPP TVRI Southeast Sulawesi: (1) has good organizational policies for developing employees’ careers, providing equal opportunities for all employees; (2) good work performance is an important aspect considered by LPP TVRI Southeast Sulawesi as the basis for employee guidance and career development; (3) educational background is very important as one of the main references for LPP TVRI Southeast Sulawesi in improving employee careers; (4) employee training at TVRI Southeast Sulawesi is well-facilitated and routinely conducted, (5) work experience reflects the level of knowledge and skills mastered by employees in their work, which can be measured by length of service and the level of knowledge and skills possessed; (6) employees who demonstrate long-term loyalty and dedication to LPP TVRI Southeast Sulawesi are taken into consideration as a requirement for career development; (7) building cooperation among employees as well as between leaders and employees at LPP TVRI Southeast Sulawesi is essential to create an environment with shared understanding, aligned frequency, and a common vision and mission.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a risk prediction model for Diabetes Mellitus by applying the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm using the CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) approach. The dataset used includes data on patients diagnosed and undiagnosed with diabetes, with several important medical attributes such as glucose levels, blood pressure, body mass index, age, and family history [1]. Of these attributes, glucose levels have been shown to be the most dominant factor in distinguishing patients at risk from those without [2]. The data was divided into two parts: 80% for model training and 20% for testing. The evaluation results showed that the model produced an accuracy of 79.3%, a precision of 81.0%, and a recall of 76.5% [3]. This indicates that the model is quite effective in identifying patients at risk of Diabetes Mellitus. However, further optimization, such as attribute enrichment and advanced data processing, is still needed to improve the reliability of the predictive model [4]. The resulting model is expected to be a tool in supporting medical decision making, especially in early diagnosis and preventive measures against diabetes [5]. This approach can also encourage increased public awareness of the importance of regular health monitoring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the school environment and parents' income level on the interest in continuing studies at university. Using SEM-PLS analysis on SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the school environment has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing studies at university; (2) parents' income level has a negative but significant effect on the interest in continuing studies; (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing studies; (4) the school environment has a positive effect on self-efficacy; (5) parents' income level does not have a significant effect on self-efficacy; (6) self-efficacy is able to mediate between the school environment and interest in continuing studies; (7) self-efficacy is not able to mediate between parents' income level and interest in continuing studies.

Abstract

Lip balm is a cosmetic product applied to the lips. It moisturizes the lips to prevent them from drying out and chapping. Lip balm is typically used for lips that require protection, such as in low humidity or excessively cold temperatures, to prevent evaporation of water and the mucosal epithelial cells on the lips. Honey is a readily available, non-plant-based natural ingredient that has beneficial properties for skin health. Using honey in lip balm can provide additional benefits for lip health and beauty. Honey's antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties can help protect lips from infection and inflammation. Furthermore, the moisture produced by honey can improve the condition of dry, chapped lips. One natural ingredient that can be used as an active ingredient in lip balm preparations is the peel of the red dragon fruit (Hylocereus lemairei). The peel of the red dragon fruit contains vitamins C, E, and A, as well as alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, thiamine, niacin, pyridoxine, cobalamin, phenolics, carotenes, and phytoalbumin. Several studies have shown that red dragon fruit contains vitamin C.
