<![CDATA[Writing this article discusses “Development Of Collections and Aplication Of Library Management”. The purpose of this writing is to describe and find out what collections development and the application 0f library management are like. The data sources in this study are primary data sources obtained from one of the librarians at the library and secondary data sources obtained from references, eitheir in the form of journals, articles, and various relevant research results. This research instrument uses interview guidelines and documentation. Methods of data collections using observation, interviews and documentation. That way, researches can conclude that related to development of collections and the application of library management itself has been implemented quite well, and there are also obstacles they face in carrying out the collection development process, one of which is in the procurement of collections, namely on the budget or funds that obtained. With this article,it is hoped that readers can better understand and know about collection development and the application of library management at the FISIP Library of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic libraries play an important role in Islamic development and civilization. The Islamic library also a center for intellectualism and maintenance of Islamic cultural heritage. Through collections of classical books, ancient manuscripts and works of leading scholars, Islamic libraries play a vital role in preserving and disseminating knowledge of Islamic religion, history, science and literature. This research method uses descriptive and qualitative methods, and is based on a literature review. Researching literature involves searching for theoretical references related to the topic being discussed, looking for references from books, academic papers, research reports, magazines, research results, etc. The results of this research show that Islamic libraries are important institutions in Islamic civilization, which contribute significantly to the development of science, the spread of education, and the preservation of intellectual heritage. Their extensive collections, their role as centers of learning and research, and their commitment to the preservation of knowledge make them vital centers of knowledge and culture. Understanding the history and heritage of these libraries is essential to appreciate their invaluable contribution to Islamic civilization & the world as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to review the effectiveness of hypnobirthing techniques in reducing labor anxiety through a systematic literature review. The research methodology used the literature review method by reviewing articles from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The selected articles were published within the time span of 2020 to 2024 and met the inclusion criteria, namely involving pregnant women, publishing relevant results, and using quality research designs. A total of 20 articles were identified and analyzed. The results showed that hypnobirthing significantly reduced anxiety by 35%, shortened the duration of the first stage of labor by 1.5 hours, reduced pain perception by 40%, and decreased the need for medical intervention by 20%. In addition, mothers who used this technique reported higher levels of satisfaction with their labor experience.In conclusion, hypnobirthing is an effective method to improve the birth experience and reduce labor anxiety. Further research with more robust and diverse study designs is needed to strengthen this evidence and understand more about its implementation across different cultural contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the considerations involved in involving parents, families and communities in children's education and development. Involving parents and families in children's education not only supports the learning process at school but also plays an important role in the formation of strong character and moral values. In addition, the role of the community as a wider social environment also has a significant impact on children's development. This article discusses various factors that are taken into consideration in optimizing parental and family involvement, such as time constraints, parents' education level and social support from the surrounding community. In this context, the importance of collaboration between schools, parents and communities will be discussed as an effort to create a supportive environment for holistic education. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for policy makers and educators in designing programs that effectively involve all three elements.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of the Kolaka Regency Government in strengthening the coastal community's economy in the fisheries sector, identify effective policies, and provide strategic recommendations. The research method employs a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data analysis from BPS, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, and policy documents. The results indicate that the fisheries sector in Kolaka significantly contributes to the regional GDP with stable growth, supported by infrastructure such as cold storage and Integrated Fish Processing Centers. However, challenges such as climate change, low fisher productivity, and limited market access hinder sectoral development. Policy recommendations include technological development, human resource capacity building, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to enhance the sustainable welfare of coastal communities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop the business model of Mochi Daifuku in Bekasi Regency using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. MSMEs significantly contribute to Indonesia’s economic growth, particularly in the food sector, which is favored by many new entrepreneurs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires conducted at Pasar Bersih Jababeka. The analysis was carried out using both BMC and SWOT models to identify business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results highlight the importance of maintaining product quality, building customer relationships, and developing marketing and partnership strategies. By applying strategies based on BMC and SWOT analysis, Mochi Daifuku has the potential to grow and compete in the market while contributing to local and national economic development.]]>

<![CDATA[Transformasi digital telah membuka peluang baru bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), terutama perempuan, untuk mengembangkan usahanya secara lebih luas dan mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pelatihan digital marketing dan e-commerce dapat memperkuat kapasitas pelaku UMKM perempuan dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar digital serta meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi mereka. Menggunakan pendeka tan deskriptif kualitatif, studi ini melibatkan sejumlah perempuan pelaku UMKM di wilayah [lokasi] yang telah mengikuti pelatihan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan digital market ing dan e-commerce tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman teknis dan strategi pemasaran digital, tetapi juga berdampak signifikan terhadap rasa percaya diri, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, dan kemandirian finansial pelaku usaha. Dengan demikian, pelatihan berbasis digital terbukti efektif sebagai strategi pemberdayaan perempuan dalam ranah ekonomi lokal. Temuan ini merekomendasikan perlunya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, komunitas, dan sektor swasta untuk memperluas akses dan keberlanjutan pelatihan digital bagi UMKM perempuan.]]>

<![CDATA[Linguistics also examines the relationship between language and the wider social context, including how language shapes and is influenced by structures of power, social status and culture. From the perspective of phonology, it explores the patterns of sounds in language and how they shape meaning and influence understanding and communication. Meanwhile, in morphology, attention is focused on the internal structure of words and the process of word formation in language. Syntax addresses the rules that govern how words are combined to form meaningful sentences. Semantics, on the other hand, focuses on the study of meaning and how meaning is derived in communication. Pragmatics examines language use in social and interactional contexts, revealing how individuals interpret meaning based on the situation and the speaker's intentions. Sociolinguistics extends this scope by analyzing the relationship between language and social factors, while psycholinguistics looks at the mental processes involved in language production and comprehension. Knowledge of linguistics provides greater insight into the dynamics of human communication and the ways in which language plays a role in shaping understanding of the world.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty among Samsung smartphone users who are students of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. A total of 30 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, both simultaneously and partially. These findings support recent theories stating that in the digital era, brand loyalty is shaped by the strength and uniqueness of brand associations and consumer trust, which are reinforced through digital interactions and electronic word-of-mouth communication. This research is expected to provide practical insights for companies in designing effective marketing strategies to maintain young consumers’ loyalty in the increasingly competitive smartphone market.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the sustainability status of coral reef ecosystems based on five dimensions: ecology, economy, society, technology, and institutions. The research location is in Waetuno Village and Kabita Village, Wakatobi Regency, from March to August 2023. Data collection was conducted using survey methods and analyzed using the Rapid Appraisal Index of Coral Reef Management Sustainability (Rap-Insus-COREMAG) approach. The analysis results indicate that, out of the five dimensions examined, only the ecological dimension falls into the “good” category. Meanwhile, the economic, social, technological, and institutional dimensions are categorized as ‘adequate’ to “poor.” These findings indicate that while the ecological condition of the coral reefs is relatively well-preserved, other aspects supporting sustainable management still need to be significantly improved to achieve sustainable balance.]]>
