This article provides a critical review of the planning process used in the Action Plan for arranging Green Open Space (GOS/RTH) in Temanggung Regency. The study aims to (1) map the theoretical stages of strategic planning, (2) compare those stages with practices applied in the project, and (3) derive recommendations for improving future action plans. A qualitative-descriptive approach is combined with spatial analysis, document review, projection analysis, and a SWOT-based appraisal of internal and external conditions. The review indicates that the plan follows the sequence of vision–mission formulation, environmental assessment, issue identification, and strategy design, yet key steps are simplified, especially SWOT scoring and community participation. The resulting strategy focuses on a limited set of priority parks and is not fully anchored to zoning directions in the detailed spatial plan. Strengthening analytic rigor, transparently prioritizing locations, and integrating stakeholder input are recommended to make implementation more realistic and accountable and measurable outcomes for local government.

Demand forecasting plays a crucial role in production planning and inventory control, particularly in the food industry, which is characterized by fluctuating demand and limited product shelf life. This study aims to analyze and apply demand forecasting methods for MX food products in order to improve the accuracy of production planning and inventory control at PT XYZ. Historical sales data are utilized to generate demand forecasts by comparing several quantitative methods, including moving average, exponential smoothing, and linear regression. The accuracy of each forecasting method is evaluated using forecasting error measurements such as Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The results indicate that the method with the lowest forecasting error provides more accurate demand estimates, enabling the company to reduce excess inventory and stock shortages. Improved forecasting accuracy contributes to more efficient production planning, lower inventory costs, and better managerial decision-making at PT XYZ.

This study examines changes in corporate profitability before and after the 2023 consumer boycott targeting brands perceived as supporting Israel. Using secondary data from audited financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the analysis covers five firms—PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk, PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT MAP Boga Adiperkasa Tbk—over the 2019–2024 period. Profitability is measured using Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity. The results show that profitability fluctuated in the pre-boycott period, largely due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which disrupted operations and consumer demand. In the post-boycott period, several firms experienced renewed pressure on profitability, indicated by declining margins and reduced asset efficiency. However, the extent and direction of these changes vary across firms, reflecting differences in exposure to consumer activism, reputational pressure, and firm-level resilience. Overall, the findings suggest that consumer boycotts may be reflected in corporate financial performance, although their impact depends on firm-specific characteristics and industry context.

The role of educational administration as a strategic instrument in school development, focusing on the function of managing and improving the quality of educational services. Through a systematic analysis of national and international literature, this study identified challenges faced by schools, such as policy changes, limited human resources and technology integration. The findings show that education administration can improve the quality of management and teacher performance, as well as the quality of education services if optimally implemented. However, administrative practices often fall short of their potential due to the lack of integration between theory and practice and the lack of adaptation to the local context. Therefore, this study recommends the need to strengthen institutional capacity through participatory approaches and effective use of information technology. As such, this study contributes to providing deeper insights into how education administration can function as an agent of change that has a positive impact on school development and the achievement of quality education.
