Abstract

Abstract. Analysis of financial reports in banking aims to evaluate current and past financial positions. One of the analyses of financial reports at banks is profitability ratio analysis, and the aim of this research is to investigate the calculation, development, and analysis of profitability at PT. Bank Maybank Tbk during the 2019–2023 period. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involve field studies and literature studies. The data obtained is then analyzed by calculating the development of profitability.The research results show that PT. Bank Maybank Tbk has an average ROA value of 1.3% (>1.2%), an ROE value of 5.88% (between 5% and 12%), and NIM value of 4.32% (>2%), so it can be said that PT. Bank Maybank Tbk is in good condition, which means PT. Bank Maybank Tbk can generate profits by utilizing its own capital efficiently. Keywords: profitability ratio analysis, Bank Maybank Abstrak. Analisis laporan keuangan pada perbankan bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi posisi keuangan pada saat ini dan masa lalu. Salah satu analisis laporan keuangan pada bank adalah analisis rasio rentabilitas yang dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki perhitungan, perkembangan, dan analisis Rentabilitas pada PT. Bank Maybank Tbk selama periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menghitung perkembangan Rentabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT. Bank Maybank Tbk memiliki nilai rata rata ROA sebesar 1,3% (>1,2%), nilai ROE 5,88% (diantara 5% - 12%), nilai NIM 4,32% (>2%) maka dapat dikatakan keuangan PT. Bank Maybank Tbk dalam keadaan baik, yang berarti PT. Bank Maybank Tbk dapat menghasilkan keuntungan dengan memanfaatkan modal sendiri secara efisien. Abstract

Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) is one of the largest banks in Indonesia, which if you look at it has experienced significant development, especially in terms of assets and income, which are benchmarks for its financial performance. Financial ratio analysis, especially liquidity ratios, is an important part of measuring a bank's ability to pay short-term obligations. Liquidity ratios, such as Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Loan to Asset Ratio, provide an overview of the bank's financial health. Through quantitative methods and research literature, we want to know how much Bank Negara Indonesia's liquidity ratio has developed from 2019 to 2023. From the analysis of this ratio, it can be concluded that Bank Negara Indonesia has quite good liquidity during the 2019 to 2013 period, which directly means that Bank Negara Indonesia has a good ability to pay its short-term obligations.

Abstract

The Islamic Financial Sector (IFS) is a rapidly growing sector in the Islamic economy. IFS operates on Islamic law, so it must always adhere to Islam. IFS plays a crucial role in implementing Islamic principles aimed at helping society achieve prosperity, honesty, and fairness through a profit-sharing system. One of the key players in the Islamic financial sector is Islamic banking, which has a low credit risk, resulting in a sufficient margin for MSMEs. MSMEs, also known as Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), are a type of productive business owned by individuals or corporations and regulated by Law No. 28 of 2008. UMKM has a significant role in Indonesia's economy. This potential is what motivates Islamic banks to facilitate the provision of loans to MSMEs. As time passes, Islamic banks have become capable of supporting MSMEs, which in turn attract MSMEs to conduct transactions at Islamic banks.

Abstract

Financing can be interpreted as funding provided by one party to another party. Its function is to support investments that will or have been planned by the institution. Financing can also be interpreted as trust or trust. It means that the financing institution as sahib al-mal puts trust in someone to carry out the mandate given. All such costs must be used properly, fairly, and must be accompanied by clear terms and are responsible for all parties. Every Islamic financial institution has a philosophy of seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT. to acquire the virtues of the world and the hereafter. Therefore, any activities of financial institutions that are considered deviant from religious demands should be avoided. In the implementation of financing, Islamic banks must meet two most important aspects. First, the Shar'i aspect where in every realization of financing to customers must remain guided by Islamic Shari'a. Second, the economic aspect which still considers the profit generation for Islamic banks and for customers.

Abstract

Conceptual understanding of riba and its influence in Islamic economics is an important subject in the context of Islamic finance. This research highlights the conceptual understanding of riba and its implications from the perspective of Islamic economics. Through a literature review approach, this article explores various views and arguments related to riba in Islam and Islamic economics. The analysis in this article underscores the need for a deep understanding of riba in the context of Islamic economics. Through this approach, policies can be formulated to promote principles of justice, equality, and sustainability in the Islamic financial system. Practical implications include profit-sharing systems such as mudharabah and musyarakah being used to replace riba practices, ensuring fairness and equality among parties involved in transactions. Additionally, a deeper understanding of Sharia economics and strict supervision of riba practices in the financial sector are crucial to assist individuals and institutions in managing finances in accordance with Islamic law. In conclusion, the conceptual understanding of riba and its influence from the perspective of Islamic economics is an important aspect in building a financial system that aligns with Islamic principles. By understanding the implications of riba, society can take more sustainable and equitable steps in developing Sharia-based economies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, brand awareness and product quality on interest in buying Gambir tea (Pakpak Bharat Regency case study) either partially or simultaneously. The discussion in this research is related to marketing management. In this regard, the method used in this research is a quantitative method. The number of samples in this study was 97 people using the Chocran formula. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the partial research show that there is a negative and significant influence of price on interest in buying Gambir Tea with a calculated price t value of -8,530 > t table 1.666 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. There is no influence of Brand Awareness on interest in buying Gambir Tea, with the calculated t value for the Brand Awareness variable 650 t table 1.666 with a significant value of 0.517 above 0.05, so Ho2 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected. There is a positive and significant influence of Product Quality on interest in buying Gambir Tea with a t value of 6.343 and an r table of 1.666, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. So it can be concluded simultaneously that Price, Brand Awareness and Product Quality influence buying interest in Gambir Tea.

Abstract

Traditional traders, especially clothing traders, have experienced a decline in sales amidst the development of modern markets and online sales. The research raised a case study in the Wlingi Blitar market, the largest market in the Blitar district, East Java. Research using a qualitative approach is presented descriptively, resources are obtained through in-depth interviews and also documenting, making observations, and using secondary data to obtain in-depth information so that a complete picture is obtained regarding the topic of traditional markets, modern markets, and digital transformation which has given rise to online sales. The research results stated that clothing traders experienced a decline in sales caused by the emergence of many modern shops in the Wlingi area and its surroundings and due to the rise of online sales. Some market sellers can transform sales digitally by selling their products online, but some traders need help to do this, so sales experience a decline.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku konsumen terhadap publik figure dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori konsumsi Islam. Konsumsi menurut Islam merupakan konsumsi yang tidak hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta keinginan seseorang saja akan tetapi juga diniatkan untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT dengan cara mengkonsumsi sesuatu yang telah ditentukan oleh ajaran Islam. Dalam konteks ini, kami memfokuskan pada kelompok kelas A jurusan Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam semester 4 sebagai studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teoritis yang relevan, kami mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai-nilai, norma-norma, dan prinsip-prinsip konsumsi Islam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap publik figure. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap Mahasiswi kelas A Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam semester 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti integritas, kejujuran, dan konsistensi dengan nilai-nilai Islam memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan sikap dan perilaku konsumen terhadap publik figur di kalangan kelas A Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam semester 4. Mahasiswi pengembangan Masyarakat Islam mengikuti perkembangan produk trend fashion tapi masih mengikuti aturan-aturan syari’at dalam memilih trend fashion sesuai aturan syari’at. Namun, dalam hal mengikuti perkembang trend fashion yang selalu berubah-ubah menyebabkan perubahan kebutuhan menjadi keinginan sesaat. Kemudian menimbulkan pola konsumsitif pada mahasiswi Pengembangan Masyarakat Islam khususnya pada kelas A semester 4.

Abstract

Murabaha financing is one of the Islamic financing products that is popular among MSMEs. This product is in accordance with Islamic sharia principles which prohibit usury and encourage fair buying and selling transactions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in murabahah financing products of Islamic banks on the financial performance of MSMEs. A literature review was conducted to understand the concepts of sharia principles, murabaha financing, and MSMEs financial performance. Data were collected from various sources, journals, including books, and other reliable sources. The study results show that the implementation of sharia principles in murabaha financing products of Islamic banks has a positive influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. This positive influence can be seen from the increase in profitability and operational efficiency of MSMEs. In addition, murabaha financing can also help MSMEs to increase access to capital and develop their business.

Abstract

Perencanaan produksi merupakan sebuah pengendalian dan penyelenggaraan seluruh aktivitas produksi yang melibatkan seluruh sumberdaya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang menyoroti manfaat dari dilakukannya perencanaan produksi pada aktivitas operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review. Penelitian diawali dengan mencari artikel-artikel ilmiah dalam beberapa jurnal nasional maupun internasional dengan kriteria kemutakhiran 10 tahun terakhir yakni 2014 – 2024. Hasil analisis dari 17 artikel ilmiah menyebutkan bahwa perencanaan produksi yang handal dapat dapat berdampak pada efektifitas dan efisiensi perusahaan dalam memanfaatkan bahan baku, tenaga kerja, kualitas, biaya, serta teknologi. Faktor-faktor tersebut nantinya akan memberikan kemudahan bagi manajemen dalam mencapai target profitabilitas yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan.
