Jurnal Strategik Manajemen terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2016 dan terbit rutin dua kali setahun hingga tahun 2023. Hingga saat itu, Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerima artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dalam jumlah banyak. Terbitan pada jurnal dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahunnya yaitu pada bulan April dan November.

Abstract

ABSTRAC The research method used is Quantitative Type research with a DescriptiveApproach, while the data collection methods used are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, F test) and coefficient of determination test (R2)).  From the analysis, conclusions can be drawn: 1. Partially, the Remuneration variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tanjungsari Village Hall Office,Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. Then the Work Motivation variable (X2)has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at theTanjungsari Village Hall Office, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. 2. Simultaneously, the variables Remuneration (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tanjungsari Village Hall Office, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, shown by a significant value of <0.05. 3. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability and transparency on public trust in the service of making a driving license (SIM) at the Brebes Police Resort (POLRES). The population in this study was 334 people in December 2018. 84 people were taken using the probability sampling technique. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with partial test equipment and simultaneous test equipment. The results of the analysis show that the accountability variable has a positive influence on public trust, and the transparency variable has a positive influence on public trust. Taken together, the variables of accountability and transparency have a positive effect on public trust. The transparency variable has a more dominant influence on public trust.Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, and Public Trust

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The research method used was a case study in Panggung Village, TegalCity, while the data collection method used was a questionnaire. In testing the hypothesis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Determination Analysis are used.From the results of the analysis, conclusions can be drawn: 1. There is a positive influence on the level of understanding of insurance on people's interest in health insurance in Panggung Village, Tegal TimurDistrict, Tegal City with t=14.625 with a pvalue of 0.000<0.05. 2. Understanding insurance has an influence of 0.601 with a determination of 36.10%, which means that the variation in changes in respondents' interest in health insurance of 36.10% can be explained by variations in changes in the insurance understanding variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 63.90% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Based on the conclusions, it can be implied as follows: 1. TheoreticalApart from being able to empirically prove several previous studies, the results of this research can also provide a theoretical framework regarding the influence of understanding insurance on interest in health insurance. This research has model limitations because it has a determination of only 36.10%, so there is still the possibility of improvement. Recommendations for further research include adding other variables to strengthen the research construct. 2. PolicyHealth insurance managers can increase public interest in insurance by increasing both the quality and quantity of health outreach and promotionactivities. These health outreach and promotion activities need to be carried out to increase public understanding of the importance of health insurance. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence on the level of understanding of insurance on people's interest in health insurance in Panggung Village, Tegal Timur District, Tegal City with t=14.625 with a pvalue of 0.000<0.05. Understanding insurance has an influence of 0.601 with a determination of 36.10%, which means that the variation in changes in respondents' interest in health insurance of 36.10% can be explained by variations in changes in the insurance understanding variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 63.90% is explained by other variables outside the research model. A regression coefficient of 0.601 means that every increase in one score on the insurance understanding variable will increase interest in insurance by 0.601. Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Working Capital and Liquidity onProfitability at Primkoppol Brebes Resort. This research uses financial report analysistools, working capital turnover analysis, liquidity analysis, profitability analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis from this research are that partially the WorkingCapital variable (X1) has a significant effect on Profitability (Y) because the significantvalue is 0.011 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 9.266 > t table 4.303. Meanwhile, the Liquidity variable (X2) has no effect on Profitability (Y) because the significant value is 0.087 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.171 < t table 4.303. And simultaneously the variables Working Capital (X1) and Liquidity (X2) have a significant effect on Profitability (Y) because the significant value is 0.016 < 0.050 and the calculated F value is 61.590 > F table 9.55.Keywords: Working Capital, Liquidity, ProfitabilityABSTRAKPenelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Modal Kerja Dan Likuiditas TerhadapProfitabilitas Pada Primkoppol Resor Brebes. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alatanalisis laporan keuangan, analisis perputaran modal kerja, analisis likuiditas, analisis profitabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi.  Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial variabel Modal Kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Y) karena nilai signifikannya 0,011 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 9,266 > t tabel 4,303. Sedangkan variabel Likuiditas (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas (Y) karena nilai signifikannya 0,087 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,171 < t tabel 4,303. Dan secara simultan variabel Modal Kerja (X1) dan Likuiditas (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Y) karena nilai signifikannya 0,016 < 0,050 dan nilai F hitung 61,590 > F tabel 9,55. Abstract

ABSTRACT  The Effect of Product Design and Product Quality on Old Java Stores in BrebesRegency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To determine the partial effect of product design and product quality onpurchasing decisions at Old Java Stores in Brebes Regency. 2. To determine the simultaneous influence of product design and product qualityon purchasing decisions at Old Java Stores in Brebes Regency.3. To determine the effect of which variable is more dominant in influencingpurchasing decisions at Old Java Stores in Brebes Regency. The research methodused in this research is quantitative method. Data collection techniques usingquestionnaires, interviews and literature studies. While the data analysis methodused is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis method, partialtest and simultaneous test. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded: 1. Product design affects purchasing decisions at Old Java stores in BrebesRegency. This is evidenced by the tcount of 4.787 with a significant value of 0.000.The value of the t table for a significant level of 5% is 1.661, so tcount> t table anda significant value of 0.00 < 0.05. Dan Variabel Kualitas Produk juga berpengaruhterhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada toko Old Java di Kabupaten BrebesDibuktikan dengan hasil thitung sebesar 4,787 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar0,000. Besar nilai ttabel untuk taraf signifikan 5% yaitu 1,661, jadi thitung > ttable and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Sehingga hipotesis pertama yangmenyatakan Diduga Desain Produk dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secaraparsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada toko Old Java di Kabupaten Brebesadalah diterima.  2. Desain Produk dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadapKeputusan Pembelian Pada toko Old Java di Kabupaten Brebes. Hal ini buktikandengan hasil Fhitung sebesar 122,945 > Ftable 3.340 with a significant levelobtained 0.000 <0.05. So that the second hypothesis which states that it issuspected that Product Design and Product Quality have a simultaneous effect onPurchasing Decisions at Old Java stores in Brebes Regency is accepted. 3. Product quality has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Old Javastores in Brebes Regency. This is evidenced in the multiple linear regressioncalculation obtained the equation Y = 8.401 + 0.349X1 + 0.434X2 + e, namely the constant value of 8.401, the value of the Product Design variable (X1) 0.349 and the Product Quality variable (X2) 0.434 so it can be concluded that the ProductQuality variable 0.434 is greater than the Product Design variable of 0.349 so that Product Quality has a dominant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Old Java storesin Brebes Regency so that the third hypothesis which states that it is suspected thatProduct Design has a dominant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Old Java storesin Brebes Regency is rejected.Keywords: Product Design, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions  ABSTRAKPengaruh Desain Produk dan Kualitas Produk pada Toko Old Java Di KabupatenBrebes.Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1. Sedangkan metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsiklasik, metode analisis regresi berganda, uji parsial dan uji simultan.Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan :1. Desain Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada toko OldJava di Kabupaten Brebes. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung sebesar 4,787 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada toko Old Java di Kabupaten Brebes. Hal ini dibuktikan pada perhitungan regresi linier berganda didapatkan persamaan Y = 8,401 +  0,349X1 +  0,434X2 +  e, yaitu nilai constant 8,401 nilai variabel Desain Produk (X1) 0,349 dan variabel Kualitas Produk (X2) 0,434 jadi dapat disimpulkan variabel Kualitas Produk 0,434 lebih besar dari variabel Desain Produk sebesar 0,349 sehingga Kualitas Produk berpengaruh dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada toko Old Java di Kabupaten Brebessehingga hipotesis ketiga yang menyatakan Diduga Desain Produk berpengaruh dominan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada toko Old Java di Kabupaten Brebes adalah ditolak. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of the variable amount of credit and thevariable number of customers on the profit variable at the Regional Company,People's Credit Agency, District Credit Agency, hereinafter referred to as PD. BPRBKK Brebes Losari Branch partially and simultaneously. The research method usedis a case study, while for data analysis using statistical analysis tools. Validity testingwas not used in this research, because the data obtained was standard. Reliabilitytesting was not used in this research, because it did not use a questionnaire to obtaindata. Based on the test results of this research, partially the credit amount variable(X1) has a significant effect on the profit variable (Y) because the t count of 14.643which is greater than the t table of 2.446912, and the number of customers variable(X2) has no significant effect on profit variable, because the t count of 0.019 is smaller than the t table of 2.446912. The next results of this research show that based on the results of the F test (ANOVAb) it is 174.445 which is greater than the F table which is 5.786135. Simultaneously the credit size variable (X1) and the number of customers variable (X2) have a significant effect on the profit variable (Y).Keywords: Credit Amount, Number of Customers, ProfitABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel besarnya kredit dan variabel jumlah nasabah terhadap variabel laba pada Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Badan Kredit Kecamatan yang selanjutnya disebut PD. BPR BKK Brebes Cabang Losari secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah studi kasus, sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan alat analisisstatistik. Uji validitas tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini, karena data yangdiperoleh sudah baku. Uji reliabilitas tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini, karena tidak menggunakan kuesioner  1  dalam memperoleh data. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian ini bahwa secara parsial variabel besarnya kredit (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel laba (Y) karena thitung besarnya kredit sebesar 14,643 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,446912, dan variabel jumlah nasabah (X2) tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel laba, karena thitung sebesar 0,019 lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 2,446912. Hasil berikutnya dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji F (ANOVA ) adalah 174,445 lebih besar dari F tabel yaitu sebesar 5,786135 secara simultan variabel besarnya kredit (X1) dan variabel jumlah nasabah (X2)  b berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel laba (Y).Kata Kunci: Besarnya Kredit, Jumlah Nasabah, Laba

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the influence of advertising and personal sales onconsumer buying interest at the Astra Pasantunan Brebes dealer partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was all consumers in a one month periodof purchase transactions, as many as 277 consumers at the Astra Pesantunan Brebesdealer. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 100 respondents.The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a partial test tool (t test)and a simultaneous test tool (F test). The results of the analysis partially show thatthe advertising variable does not have a positive influence on the consumer buyinginterest variable, and partially the personal sales variable does not have a positiveinfluence on the consumer buying interest variable. Simultaneously, the advertisingvariable and the personal sales variable do not have a positive effect on the consumer buying interest variable.Keywords: Advertising, Personal Sales, Buying Interest, Consumer Buying InterestABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklan dan penjualan perorangan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada dealer Astra Pasantunan Brebes secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh konsumen dalamperiode satu bulan transaksi pembelian sebanyak 277 konsumen pada dealer Astra Pesantunan Brebes dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakanyaitu purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakanadalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji parsial (uji t) dan alat uji simultan (uji F). Hasil analisis menunjukan secara parsial bahwa variabel iklan  1  tidak mempunyai  pengaruh positif terhadap variabel minat  beli konsumen, serta secara parsial variabel penjualan perorangan tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadapvariabel minat beli konsumen. Secara simultan bahwa variabel iklan dan variabel penjualan perorangan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci: Iklan, Penjualan Perorangan, Minat Beli, Minat Beli Kosumen

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is entitled The Influence of the Quality of Community Health CenterServices on Patient Satisfaction at the Siwuluh Community Health Center, BrebesRegency. The objectives to be achieved in this research are:1. To find out whether the quality of community health center services has a significant influence on patient satisfaction.2. To find out how much influence the quality of puskesmas services has on patientsatisfaction Meanwhile, the hypothesis proposed is:1. That the influence of the quality of community health center services on patientsatisfaction at the Siwuluh Community Health Center in Brebes Regency is significant.2. The influence of the quality of community health center services on patient satisfaction at the Siwuluh Community Health Center in Brebes Regency is large and positive. The research method used was a case study at the Siwuluh Community Health Center, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency, while the data collection methods used were surveys, interviews, questionnaires and library research. In testing the hypothesis, a simple regression coefficient analysis tool was used with the t and F tests. From the results of the analysis, conclusions can be drawn: 1.  There is a significant influence between service quality and patient satisfaction.Based on the statistical analysis of the F test, using a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = (k – 1) and (n – k – 1), the F table is 2.71, while the calculation results What was done resulted in an F count of 954.093. Because Fcount is greater than Ftable, the Ho hypothesis is rejected, and the t test. By using a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degree of freedom (df) = k and (n – k – 1), the ttable is 1.6609. From the calculations carried out, the service quality tcount value is 30.888, because tcount is greater than ttable (30.888 > 1.6609), then partially the service quality variable has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Thus, the first hypothesis which states that the service quality variable (X) has a significant influence on patient satisfaction is accepted.2.  From the results of simple linear regression calculations, it is obtained that Y =1.012 + 0.982 This means that patients still have satisfaction with treatment without any change in the service quality variable, and if the service quality variable (X) increases by one unit, it will increase patient satisfaction (Y) by 98.2 units. The strength of this influence can be seen from the coefficient of determination of 90.7%, which means that variations in the ups and downs of patient satisfaction are influenced by service quality by 90.7%, while the remaining 9.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

ABSTRACT   This research takes the title "The Effect of Price and Service on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Customer Satisfaction at PT Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes". The problemformulations in this study are: 1. Is there a significant partial influence between price and service on customersatisfaction at PT Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes? 2. Is there a simultaneous significant influence between price and service on customer satisfaction at PT. Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes? 3. What is the most dominant variable on customer satisfaction at Intiniaga TunasSejahtera in Brebes? The objectives of this study are: 1. To find out the significant effect partially between price and service on customersatisfaction at PT. Itiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes. 2. To determine the simultaneous significant effect between price and service on customer satisfaction at PT. Itiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes.3. To find out which variable is the most dominant between price and service on customer satisfaction at PT. Itiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes. The hypothesis proposed is as follows: 1. Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes Using descriptive research methods with aquantitative approach at PT Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes, data collection methods in the form of questionnaires and documentation. In testing the hypothesis used normality test tools, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, with T test and F test. From the results of the analysis, conclusions can be drawn:  1. Price and service partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PTIntiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes. 2. Price and service simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera in Brebes 3. Service variables have the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Dari hasil analisis dapat diambil kesimpulan: 1.   Harga dan pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepua- sanpelanggan pada PT. Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera di Brebes. 2. Harga dan Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan pada PT. Intiniaga Tunas Sejahtera di Brebes 3.   Variabel pelayanan berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelang gan pada PT.
