Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took the title "Analysis of the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn". The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To find out is there an effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Notary-PPAT office Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn. 2. To find out is there an influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Notary-PPAT office Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn. 3. To find out is there an effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Notary-PPAT office Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH.,M.Kn. 4. And to find out how much influence the work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Notary-PPAT office Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH.,M.Kn. The problems in this research are: 1. It is suspected that work motivation affects employee performance at the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn 2. It is assumed that the work environment has an effect on employee performance at the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn 3. It is suspected that work motivation and work environment affect employee performance at the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn 4. It is suspected that the most influential work motivation on employee performance in the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn The method used is a case study at the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn, which is about the influence of work motivation, work environment and employee performance. While the analytical tools used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Multicollinearity Test, 2 Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test and Multiple Regression Analysis namely t Test and Test f. From the results of the analysis conclusions are taken as follows: 1. That thitung uses a confidence level of 95 percent (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom of Nk (9-2) is obtained ttable of 2.447 and the results of SPSS calculation show thitung X1 = 3.198 which means that tcount> t table with a significant level of 0.019 t table with a significant level of 0.037 ftabel 4.74, so it can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously or together have a significant effect on employee performance variables. 4. The f test results are known to be the value of β variable. Work motivation 0.736 which is more dominant has an effect on α of 0.05, compared to the work environment variable that β value is 0.617, so it can be concluded that the work motivation variable has a greater effect than the work environment variable at the office Notaris - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn. Based on the conclusions above, the writer can provide suggestions as follows: 1. For Companies a. Motivation in work is very important, so the company is expected to always provide work motivation, pay attention to employee attendance, and provide guidance to employees and it is expected that the company will still prioritize employee welfare so that employees always improve employee performance so as to provide benefits to the company. b. A non-conducive environment can have an impact on reducing employee productivity, therefore companies need to pay attention to create a work environment and a conducive environment so that employees feel more comfortable working both physically and non-physically. While the non-physical environment can be by holding a vacation together or outbound to improve employee relations with leaders and between employees. 2. For future research a. Future research should expand the variables and measurement of research variables so that the performance of employees in the Notary Office - PPAT Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn can be improved. It is expected that further research can examine more about work motivation and work environment that influence employee performance at the Notary Office - PPAT 3 Nurdin Yuniar Widiyanto, SH., M.Kn in order to obtain a more complete picture, so that future research results are expected to be more both from this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer service quality on customer satisfaction on the CV. Surya Utama Perkasa Ketanggungan. Using 100 consumers and the SPSS program the results showed that the tcount test using a confidence level of 95% (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.25) and the degree of freedom of NK (100-2) obtained t table of 1, 98 and the results of calculations in PSS show 9,901 which means that t count> t table. And from the calculation of Spearman rho rank correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction is 0.726 Means that customer service quality has a large and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to analyze financial performance on CV Nabil Sukses Mandiri Tegak through activity ratio analysis and profitability ratios. The research model conducted is through field research (field research), namely research directly in the company by conducting direct interviews with leaders and employees of the company and library research, namely research conducted using literature and writing - writings that are closely related to the object of writing intended to obtain a theoretical basis will be used in discussing the problem under study. The results showed that the ratio of activities which included receivable turnover, inventory turnover, and total asset turnover had increased even though the total asset turnover in 2015 had decreased slightly by 1.29 to 2.28 times. While the profitability ratio which includes gross profit margin, net profit margin and return on investment has increased from 2012 to 2016.

Abstract

Abstraksi This study entitled The Effect of Interest on Savings on the Number of Savings in PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch Brebes Regency. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out whether the interest rate affects the amount of savings in PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch. While the hypothesis proposed in this study is presumed that interest rates significantly influence the amount of savings received at PD. BKK Brebes Kersana Branch. To find out the effect of interest rates on the amount of savings, a simple regression analysis tool is used with the formula y = a + bx. With the calculation using SPSS the regression equation is y = 13,644,140,414 -1,720,458,207x, meaning that the amount of savings is influenced by the interest rate. The constant is 13,644,140,414. While the sign "-" describes the direction of a negative relationship. This means that if the interest rate rises by 1 (one) unit and the other variables remain, the amount of savings will decrease by IDR 1,720,458,207. Abstract This study takes the title "The Effect of Job Stress and Internal Conflict on Employee Job Performance of PT. Permata Finance in Brebes Regency ". Theformulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of work stress andinternal conflict partially on employee work performance at PT. Permata Financein Brebes Regency, how the effect of work stress and internal conflictsimultaneously on employee work performance at PT. Permata Finance in Brebes Regency and which variable is the most dominant influence employee work performance at PT. Permata Finance in Brebes Regency. While the results of the t-test using a 95 percent confidence level (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (43-2) obtained a table of 2.021 and the results of calculations on the SPSS showed X1 = 1.880 which means that the count < t table. This shows that H0 is accepted or work stress significantly does not affect the work performance of PT. Permata Finance. Whereas at X2 there were 1,000 which meant that t count < t table. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of own capital on the remaining business results and the magnitude of the influence of own capital on the remaining business results in KPRI Rukun Banjarharjo Brebes Regency. The analytical tool used is the t test and simple correlation regression analysis. With the help of the SPSS Ver.16 program, the results show that based on the significance test with the degree of freedom (9-2) and 95 percent confidence level (ᾶ = 0.05), tcount is 14.487, which is greater than the t table of 1.89458, which means that there is a significant relationship between own capital to the remaining business results and the results of regression calculations obtained regression equation: = 27,580,594,795+ 0.013 x, which means that the capital itself has a positive effect on the remaining operating results. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficients obtained the results of 0.839, which means that the relationship of capital itself with the remaining business results is very large because the correlation coefficient is close to 1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1. To find out the significant effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction in the Brebes District General Hospital. 2. To find out the factors that most influence the satisfaction of employees of the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. While the hypothesis proposed is: 1. It is assumed that there is a significant influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency. 2. It is assumed that organizational culture factors that influence the satisfaction of employees of the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency .. The research method used is a case study of the Brebes District General Hospital, while the data collection methods used were surveys, interviews, questionnaires and library research. In testing the hypothesis used the multiple regression coefficient analysis tool with the normality test, t and F. The results of the analysis can be concluded: 1. From the results of linear regression calculation, the multiple linear regression equation didapat = -2,000 + 0,266 X1 + 0,779 X2 is obtained. Based on the results of calculations, at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and degrees of freedom (2) (77), then obtained F count of 30,259 while F table at the level of trust and the same degree of freedom is 3.47. Thus Fcount> Ftable, then the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the influence of organizational commitment and organizational culture variables together on employee performance is significant (meaning) or in other words there is a significant effect of variable organizational commitment and organizational culture together - equal to employee satisfaction. 2. From the partial regression calculation obtained organizational commitment (X1) of 0.457, meaning that the level of organizational commitment (X1) contributes to the 14 improvement of employee satisfaction in the Regional General Hospital of Brebes Regency by 0.457 or 45.70%, this is assuming if the other variables such as organizational culture (X2) is fixed, whereas organizational culture (X2) is 0.811, meaning that the level of organizational culture (X2) contributes to the increase in employee satisfaction of the Brebes Regency Regional General Hospital by 0.811 or 81.10%, assuming if other variables such as organizational commitment (X1) are fixed, thus organizational culture is the most influential factor on employee satisfaction at Brebes District Hospital. Suggestions: 1. From the results of the research conducted, the most dominant variable in influencing employee satisfaction is organizational commitment. With a good organizational commitment can affect employee satisfaction in order to improve organizational performance. Good organizational commitment can make employees feel comfortable at work and employees feel more responsible so that employees can maximize their ability to work better and pay attention to the level of accuracy in work to improve public service performance. 2. To be able to increase employee satisfaction there is a need for an attitude that values high on hard work and earnest. If you need to find an appropriate impulse to motivate and change attitudes. For this reason, it is necessary to instill organizational goals in the vision, mission, philosophy and organization motto is an ideal value that must be achieved in individuals. With the right process organizations try to instill value in their members. The ideal value perceived by its members will influence the assessment of itself. These values are instilled by the organization with the main goal of increasing performance and quality of work. Good work performance and quality can be achieved with a good work culture.

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the Effect of Cash Flow on Liquidity at KPRI Sinar Murni Brebes Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how cash flows at KPRI Sinar Murni Brebes Regency, how the level of liquidity at KPRI Sinar Murni Brebes Regency and how the effect of cash flow on liquidity on KPRI Sinar Murni Brebes Regency. The form of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. Descriptive research tries to explain how the development of cash flow and liquidity at KPRI Sinar Murni Brebes Regency. Quantitative research in this study calculates and analyzes with simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of cash flow independent variables on liquidity dependent variables during the 2011 to 2016 research period, with the following results: 1. Cash Flow Analysis Operating cash flow fluctuated, in 2011 the negative cash flow balance was Rp. 412,787,887.08 so also for 2016 the negative cash flow balance of Rp. Rp. 124,992,768.70 while for 2011,2012 cash flow balances rose later in 2014 and 2015 the cash flow balance decreased. 2. Liquidity Analysis The liquidity ratio based on the fast ratio (acid test ratio) has an average of 437.48% according to the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2012 concerning Guidelines for Classification of Liquidity Cooperatives 437.48% including unfavorable criteria because it is bigger of 275% while the standard liquidity ratio is theoretically 200% or 2: 1. 3. Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the t-test the probability number of cash flow variables is 0.035 smaller than the significance probability number 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Likewise, the value of t arithmetic is 3.123 greater than t table 2.571 or (3.123> 2.571) so that the hypothesis that cash flow influences liquidity at KPRI Sinar Murni Regency of Brebes is acceptable.

ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Brand Trust dan Desain Produk dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada Toko Miniso Passific Mall Tegal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Trust dan Desain produk secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta variabel mana yang lebihn dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Dengan menggunakan uji t dan F diperoleh hasil bahwa brand trust dan desian produk berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh adalah desain produk. Sehingga saran yang diberikan adalah bahwa Untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, Miniso harus terus berinovasi dalam menciptakan produknya terutama produk fashion yang banyak diminati kaum muda dan lebih meningkatkan durability atau ketahanan terutama pada produk elektronik. Dan terus meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dengan cara penggunaan testimoni pembeli yang sudah atau pernah membeli produk miniso sehingga dapat membangun kepercayaan konsumen terhadap mereknya.Kata kunci: Brand Trust, Desain produk, keputusan pembelian
