Jurnal Strategik Manajemen terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2016 dan terbit rutin dua kali setahun hingga tahun 2023. Hingga saat itu, Jurnal Strategik Manajemen menerima artikel-artikel berkualitas tinggi dalam jumlah banyak. Terbitan pada jurnal dengan frekuensi dua kali dalam setahunnya yaitu pada bulan April dan November.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of financial performance at KPRI Segar Brebes. The subject of this study is the financial performance of KPRI Segar Brebes in terms of liquidity, solvency, and profitability, the data sources used are secondary data obtained from data or records from examiners' reports on financial statements arranged in archives or books obtained from KPRI Segar Brebes. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that assets that are sufficiently liquid in paying their short-term obligations. With conditions, the level of solvency is bad and the level of profitability is in good condition. Keywords : liquidity ratio, solvency ratio,profitability ratio

Abstract

Abstraksi This research takes the title "The Effect of Personal Characteristics and Characteristics of Businesses on Kupedes Return Rate at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Adiwerna II Unit, Tegal Branch ". The aim to be achieved in this study is to find out whether there are any effects of Personal Characteristics and Business Characteristics on Kupedes Return Rate at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Adiwerna II Unit, Tegal Branch. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the author can take several conclusions as follows: The influence of personal characteristics (X1) on the rate of return of Kupedes (Y) is significant. This can be proven in the results of the t-test obtained t-count of 6.318. Compared to the t-table at α = 0.05, it means t-count> t-table or (6.318> 1.66055). And the influence of business characteristics (X2) on the rate of return of Kupedes (Y) is significant. This can be proven in the results of the ttest obtained by t-count of 0.756. When compared to t-table at α = 0.05, it means t-count <t-table or (0.756 <1.66055).

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Global Lingua Brebes LKP and to find out what factors influence the customer to choose a course at the Global LKP Lingua Brebes. Based on internal and external analysis of the institution along with the cartesius diagram it can be found that the main strategy of the Lingua Brebes Global LKP is the Growth Strategy, where the Global Lingua Brebes LKP can develop its market share and educational programs by developing the capabilities of employees and educators. Based on the SWOT matrix, we can conclude some developments through consideration of the internal and external factors of the institution that can be useful for the progress of the Lingua Brebes Global LKP. With SWOT analysis, educational institutions can see the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that can create promotional and marketing strategies right in order to be able to compete with similar institutions. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze the effect of service and store image on satisfaction to increase customer loyalty at Tirto Stores in Brebes Regency. Competition for product quality and price is so tight that it requires marketers to have quality products and prices that consumers can afford, and to be able to develop useful and innovative products in accordance with consumer expectations and market needs. branded in a place that is accessible to the public. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method of 117 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Structural Equation Model analysis. The results showed that service variables had no effect on customer loyalty but store image had a positive and significanteffect on loyalty, and customer satisfaction variables were able to mediatebetween service variables and store image on customer loyalty. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study took the title "The Effect of Service Quality and Trust on Consumer Loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch". The formulation of the problem in this study is (1) how the influence of service quality on customer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (2) how does the influence of trust on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (3) how the influence of service quality and trust simultaneously on customer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. The purpose of the study was to find out (1) the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (2) the influence of trust on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (3) the influence of service quality and trust simultaneously on consumer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch .. The research hypothesis is assumed that (1) service quality has an effect on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (2) trust has an effect on consumer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch; (3) service quality and trust simultaneously affect the loyalty of consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. This research was conducted to examine the effect of service quality and trust in customer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using the classic assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Testing the hypothesis by partially testing the service quality variable value of t arithmetic 2.1580 is greater than the value of t table 1.9758 and the significance value of the variable service quality 0.032 that value is smaller than 0.05 means the first hypothesis which states suspected service quality affect the customer loyalty of PT. Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch proved the results were significant. 2. Testing the hypothesis by partially testing the trust variable value t count 2.982 is greater than the value of t table 1.9758 with a significance value of 0.003, the value is smaller than 0.05, meaning that the second hypothesis states that it is believed that trust affects the customer loyalty of PT Pos Indonesia The Brebes branch proved the results were significant. 3. Testing the hypothesis by simultaneously testing the value of F count 12,185 greater than F table 3.0536 the significance value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 means that the third hypothesis is assumed that service quality and trust simultaneously affect the loyalty of consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch proved significant. Based on the results of the research and conclusions, it can be suggested: 63 1. For PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Brebes, the results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously on service quality variables and trust in loyalty is significant so it is recommended to the head of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch to maintain and improve service quality and trust in consumers of PT Pos Indonesia Brebes Branch. 2. For further research, the author suggests to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty, the effect of trust on loyalty using intervening trust variables.

Abstract

Abstract This study is entitled "The Effect of Non-Performing Loans and Operating Costs Operating Income on Return On Assets in PD. BKK Prohibition Branch in Brebes Regency ". The research method used is a case study on PD. BKK Larangan Branch in Brebes Regency, while the data collection methods used were survey, interview and library research. In testing hypotheses using financial ratio tools, the classic assumption test and analysis of multiple regression coefficients with, t and F and the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) for the Non Performing Loan variable the number of Return On Assets significance of 0.684 is greater than 0.05 means that the Non Performing Loan does not significantly influence partially on Return On Assets on PD. BKK Prohibition Branch in Brebes Regency. Hypothesis testing with partial test for Variable Operational Costs Operating Income Return on Assets significance value of 0.105 is greater than 0.05 means that Operational Costs Operating Income is not significant partial effect on Return On Assets on PD. BKK Larangan Branch in Brebes Regency. And simultaneous hypothesis testing Non Performing Loan variables and Operational Cost of Operating Income on Return On Assets significance number 0.122 is greater than 0.05 means that the Non Performing Loan variable and Operational Cost of Operating Income have no significant effect simultaneously on Return On Assets on PD BKK. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work placement and motivation on employee performance in Limbangan Wetan Village. From the results of the questionnaire and using the SPSS program using a confidence level of 95 percent (α / 2 = 0.05 / 2 = 0.025) and the degree of freedom Nk (14-2) the result of t work placement is equal to = 2.493 and the results of t count motivation is 2, 562 is greater than the table of 2.179 which indicates that partially the work placement and motivation variables have a significant influence on the performance variable. Calculation of Test F shows the results of 5.165 which means that together the independent variables of work placement and work motivation affect the performance variable. From the regression equation Y = 11.768 + 0.659X1 + 0.711X2 shows that the coefficient of X2 (motivation) is greater than the coefficient X1 (work placement) means that motivation has a more dominant influence on performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study examines the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. Respondents in this study were samples who were shopping at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima. The number of respondents who made the sample of this study were 50 people. In determining the sample used in this study was purposive random sampling, while to find out the relationship between variables the researcher used a data quality analysis calculation method consisting of (1) Validity Test and (2) Reliability. Then to find out the influence between the variables the researcher used classical assumption analysis consisting of (1) Normality test (2) Multicollinearity Test (3) Heteroscedasticity Test (4) T test and (6) F test with analysis tool using SPSS version 20 for windows The results of this study show that the quality variables of the porduk have a significant effect and the price variable has a significant effect and from the simultaneous test results it influences the purchasing decisions at PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study how the level of economic benefits at PT. Mekar Jaya Tani Gebang, Cirebon, based on the 2013-2017 financial report. Data collected in this study were taken from two sources, namely primary sources (interviews and questionnaires) and secondary sources (library research and documentation). Processing is done through ratio calculation. The results showed that the Economic Profitability ratio of PT. Mekar Jaya Tani Gebang Cirebon continued to increase from 2013 to 2017 compared to the average, this proves that things are not good for the company because this means the company is increasingly difficult in managing its capital to generate profits.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict and job authority on job satisfaction among Civil Service Police Unit employees in Brebes Regency. The population in this study were all employees using the census method in determining as many as 116 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with partial test equipment (t test) and simultaneous test equipment (F test). The results of the analysis show partially that the role conflict variable has a positive influence on job satisfaction, and partially the job authority variable has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of role conflict and jobauthority have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the regression coefficient values that the role conflict variable has a more dominant influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: Role Conflict, Job Authority, Job Satisfaction
