Abstract

The focus of this research is the alignment of the value of Islamicreligious education with local wisdom at AL MA’RUF Tegalrejo IT ElementarySchool Magelang, about what, how and opinions of respondents regarding thealignment of the value of Islamic religious education with local wisdom at ALMA’RUF IT Elementary School Tegalrejo Magelang This study used qualitativeresearch, which was conducted at AL MA’RUF Tegalrejo Elementary School. Datacollection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Inchecking the validity of the data, the researcher used source triangulation and thedata analysis method used was descriptive method. The author concludes that thereis a harmony in the value of Islamic religious education carried out through daily,weekly and annual activities by habituation, learning and example with localwisdom so that students have the following attitudes: 1. The value of faith,including the value of Love to Allah, Love to Rasul, Faith will be the Last Day. 2.Value of worship, including the value of the discipline of worship, obligatoryworship and sunnah, love to read the Qur’an and kalimah thoyyibah. While moralvalues include values, Tawadhu ', be autonomous, responsibility, and social care.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination ofinflation and exchange rates on the financing of Islamic banking witheconomic growth as a moderating variable. This study uses secondarydata taken entirely from official sources in monthly form starting fromJanuary 2010 to December 2017. Data sources for Non PerformingFinancing (NPF), Third Party Funds (TPF) and financing are obtainedfrom Bank Indonesia Sharia Banking Statistics ( SPS-BI) and Statisticson Islamic Banking of the Financial Services Authority (SPBS / OJK).Sources of inflation data and exchange rates are obtained from BI'sofficial website (www.bi.go.id), and the Industrial Production index(IPI) data source as a proxy for economic condition data accessed fromthe official BPS website (www.bps.go.id) . The results of the studyfound that inflation had a positive but not significant effect onfinancing channeled by Islamic banking, the rupiah exchange rate had anegative and significant influence on the financing of Islamic banking.Economic growth is not able to moderate the relationship betweeninflation and financing of Islamic banking, economic growth is able tomoderate the relationship between exchange rates on Islamic bankingfinancing.

Abstract

Pre-marital guidance for married age teenagers is importantto do, so the Ministry of Religion of Magelang Regency organizes theprogram in collaboration with Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo BoardingSchool. From the implementation of this activity, it is expected thatparticipants who take part in this program have knowledge about howto build a confident family. This knowledge can ultimately shape theattitudes of participants towards sakinah family development andultimately foster their intention to build a peaceful family. Thus thepurpose of this study is to analyze whether attitudes have a positiverelationship with the intention of fostering a healthy family. Theresearch sample was 100 respondents with a research questionnaire as adata collection tool. The data analysis used is Structural EquationModeling using SmarPLS software. The results of hypothesis testingprove that there is a positive and significant relationship betweenattitudes with the intention of participants to build a family with arelationship value of 0.529 or 52.9.

Abstract

 As an intermediary institution, Islamic banking has animportant role in channeling financing, especially in theagricultural sector. The financing of the agricultural sector isconsidered more suitable to be carried out by Islamic banksbecause in channeling financing does not recognize the terminterest but uses a profit sharing system. The use of a profitsharing system is considered fairer because it does not burdenthe farmers, especially when the yields are not satisfactory. Thisstudy was conducted to analyze how the influence of thefinancing of the agricultural sector by Islamic banks to increasethe exchange rate of farmers in East Java Province ?. In order toanswer this question, the data analysis is done using multiplelinear regression. The type of data in this study is secondary datawith monthly data forms (January 2016 to August 2018). Theresults of the study indicate that the financing carried out byIslamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in EastJava Province has a significant positive effect on FarmerExchange Rates. Meanwhile, the financing of the agriculturalsector by the Islamic People's Financing Bank does not have asignificant effect on the exchange of farmers in East JavaProvince.

Abstract

Multicultural attitudes that are instilled in students asan effort to move or act, or do recognize differences anddiversity in one frame of togetherness and equality with a wayof life respecting, respecting, sincere, and tolerating culturaldiversity that lives in the midst of a multicultural society.Multicultural attitudes are important to implement because ifstudents do not have a good multicultural attitude, thesestudents will be reluctant to ask questions so they will not get agood understanding of the material, their learning achievementwill decline. And this can occur in the opposite situation whenstudents with fairly good achievements but lack a multiculturalattitude, so the student does not have tolerance and cooperationwith classmates. This type of research is causal-associative withan approach quantitative. The study population was XI IPS highschool students in the Magelang city which totaled 771 students.A sample of 277 students was taken by cluster stratified randomsampling technique. Multicultural attitude data, collectedthrough questionnaires, while learning achievement data arecollected through achievement tests. The research data wereanalyzed using simple linear regression techniques. This studyconcludes four findings. First, there is a positive influence onmulticultural attitudes towards economic learning achievement(t = 2.279 and sig. = 0.023 <0.05).

Abstract

Increasingly intense competition in the current era of globalization indirectly results in organizations always trying to maintain their existence in society. Rapid and dramatic environmental developments and changes, including changes in consumer tastes, technological advances, and socio-economic changes, have affected the higher education sector, resulting in intense business competition in the higher education industry. Efforts to increase competitive advantage can be made by implementing a Sharia marketing mix strategy. This study aims to examine and determine the effect of the Sharia marketing mix on students' decisions to choose the Islamic Economics study program either partially or simultaneously. This research includes field research by exploring data from research locations, namely students of the Islamic Economics Study Program at UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a measurement scale, a Likert scale, and documentation. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique, namely using simple random sampling with a total sample of 83 respondents and research data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially, the variables Product, Promotion, Place, People, and Physical Evidence have a significant effect on the Student's Decision to Choose an Islamic Economics Study Program. While the Price and Process variables have no significant effect in this study. 2) Simultaneously, there is a significant influence of the Sharia marketing mix on the Student's Decision to Choose the Islamic Economics Study Program with a score of 81.020 with sig. F = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

The State of Indonesia is a state based on law, so for Indonesian people who are Muslim when they enter into a marriage, they must obey and comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), because UUP and KHI are legal products resulting from the government's (leader) ijtihad in regulating marital problems in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the obligation to comply with the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law from the perspective of maqashid sharia. The research method used uses a descriptive-qualitative approach, with the type of library research with data sources based on Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage (UUP) and materials -Other library materials. The results of this study prove that the basic obligation to comply with the Marriage Law (UUP) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is because both are products of government ijtihad (ulil amri). The government's ijtihad is a manifestation of the thoughts and agreements of all the Indonesian people who have been represented by the DPR. So that the obligation to comply with UUP and KHI in the perspective of Maqashid Sayariah is mandatory because it brings benefit and avoids harm. The marital status of husband and wife and children born are legal and protected by law.

Abstract

Marriage aims to form a harmonious family as every married couple dreams of. Harmony requires cooperation between husband and wife in running the household. Family harmony will also change over time. As is the case in the era of society 5.0 that we will face where there is a development in information technology that is part of humans. In the family, there is often indirect communication, this is a challenge to create a sakinah family. Husband and wife must have a strong sense of self in dealing with problems, because the truth is that problems always exist in life, including the Prophet's family. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The type of research is library research, by collecting sources from journals, books or the web as references. This study has the conclusion that the sakinah family in the letter Ar-Rum: 21 according to the interpretation of some scholars explains that sakinah is obtained by marriage and offspring besides fulfilling other needs such as economy, education, and welfare. Sakinah families in the era of society 5.0 can also be pursued by maintaining communication with each other, getting to know each other's family characters, understanding each other, looking after each other.

Abstract

This article intends to identify the form of the reception of the Qur'an contained in the 20th episode of the animated film Riko The Series entitled "Tanaman Bertasbih." This episode aired on the YouTube channel and received a positive response from its viewers, who had reached 3,941,335 views. This study uses the theory of al-Qur'an reception, which Ahmad Rafiq popularized. The results of this study indicate that the animated film Riko The Series is an animated film that contains educational, creative, and Islamic content that also accepts the Qur'an it. There are two forms of reception in this episode entitled “Tanaman Bertasbih,” namely exegesis reception, namely QS. Al-Isra verse 44, and functional reception in the informative aspect, namely as a guide for humans to respect and respect all living things, especially plants, which, according to scientific evidence, always glorify and praise Allah.

Abstract

The sepasar tradition in parts of Java is an event to announce the name of the newborn to the guests. However, in Grobogan, sepasar events are not only held for the birth of a baby but also for the birth of a pedhet (calf). This qualitative research, which was designed using the living Qur'an study model, aims to find out the religious meaning of the Grobogan people for the pedhet sepasaran ritual through a reception approach to QS. Al-Baqarah: 44. This study concludes that the people of Kalangundo Grobogan understand that the ritual of sepasar pedhet is nothing but an expression of alms and prayer (zikr) together to ask for safety for newly born the calf so that they become intermediaries for obtaining the blessings of fortune from Allah SWT.
