Abstract

The learning achievement of students majoring in fashion at SMK Syubbanul Wathon has been satisfactory, this is evidenced by the semester scores of students majoring in fashion having reached the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria), there are only a few students who still get scores below the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria). The purpose of this study was to determine the variables that affect student achievement. Student achievement can be influenced by factors such as classroom management and teacher professionalism. In this study, quantitative research methods were used using primary data. The sample used in this study was 133 randomly selected. The data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that all the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the learning achievement variable. Partially, all independent variables have a significant effect on student achievement.

Abstract

Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School is a school under the auspices of the Syubbanul Wathon Foundation, one of the owners is K.H Yusuf Chudlori, a young millennial cleric who actively spreads symbols through social media with 103 thousand followers. This study aims to determine the influence of K.H. Yusuf Chudlori personal branding on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Vocational School. The research method used is quantitative research method, the sample used is 280 which are taken randomly. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the tcount was 6.445 with a sig of 0.000 (p <0.05), so the decision was to reject Ho and accept Ha. It can be concluded that the personal branding variable is proven to have a significant effect of 13% on student interest in school at Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Vocational School, Magelang

Abstract

Technological developments in the financial industry or financialtechnology require Islamic microfinance institutions to be able to adapt and usetechnological developments in order to remain competitive with other financialinstitutions. This study analyzes how the implementation of Enterprise ResourcesPlanning carried out at the Islamic microfinance institution KSPSS BMT BUS inintegrating and automating all business processes that occur at the Islamicmicrofinance institution. This research method is carried out with descriptivequalitative methods by conducting Value Chain analysis and SWOT analysis.From the research results, it can be concluded that the research results show thatthe implementation process carried out has several shortcomings, namely highcosts, the implementation process that takes a long time, a limited nominaltransaction, an open security system, and dependence on the network. However,on the other side of this process, there are also advantages, namely an integratedsystem of all branches, faster transaction processing, increased company revenueand a wider partner network.

Abstract

Substantive meaningfulness is defined by theability of students to be associated with relevant conceptscontained in students' cognitive learning, resulting in funlearning, so that it can be achieved, and expressinginformation in its entirety, as well as having implications forincreasing students' abilities in constructing new knowledge,thus producing results. The research aims to answer how theimpact of implementing constructivism-based learning in thedigital era questions in increasing the meaning of PAIlearning to produce digitally. This is a qualitative study thattakes a case study approach. The key sources used weredocumentation, in-depth interviews, and focus groupdiscussions with students from SD Muhammadiyah 1Alternative Magelang. Books, papers, journals, magazines,articles, journals, websites, and other secondary sourcesrelating to the study issue are utilized. According to thestudy's findings, learning is the key to student empowermentin the technological environment. This study shows thatusing digital-based constructivist learning approaches, themeaning of Islamic Religious Education learning for thetechnical background can be increased

Abstract

One of kind the implementation of maqashid sharia inislamic banking is a Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Thepriority of CSR activities in the implementation of sharia maqashidaims to create benefits in the surrounding environtment bycarrying out five aspects as a form of transparency and socialresponsibility to Allah swt. The purpose of the research is todetermine the impelementation of maqashid sharia of CSR activitiesat PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Tbk in 2017-2019. This study usesdescriptive qualitative method with case study approach. Theresults of the study showed that PT Bank Syariah Mandiri 2017-2019 achieved the aspect of maqashid sharia refers to 5 aspects,maintaining faith (hifdzu al-din), soul (al- nafs), intellect (hifdzual-‘aql), posperity (hifdzu al-nasl), and wealth (hifdzu al-maal). TheCSR programs are implemented in the fields of employment,occupational health and safety, stakeholders, fair operationalactivities, human rights, environment, and communityempowerment.

Abstract

The independence of our nation is to educatepeople's lives so that we become a dignified nation, a just,prosperous and prosperous nation. For this reason, thegovernment and the DPR have enacted the NationalEducation System Law. One of the important elements ofeducation are educators or teachers or lecturers. The successof education is much influenced by the competence andpersonality of an educator. Therefore, the professionalism ofan educator is emphasized in an effort to achieve educationalgoals. The existence of a figure, namely Sheikh Usaimin, whohas proven successful in giving birth to many figures andscholars, is very interesting to discuss how he thinks aboutprofessional educators. This research is a qualitative typewith a character study approach with a library researchmethod. the information needed was collected from thebooks of Sheikh al-Usaimin namely the book of Majmu'Fatawa wa Rasail Fadilah ash-Shaykh al-Usaimin, the bookof Syarah Riyad as-Salihin and the book of Tafsir Surah alKahf. Analysis of the information obtained was carried out bythe method of content analysis. The results of the study showhow the principles of an educator and how he behaves andbehaves in educating students. Among the principles andattitudes of a professional educator according to Sheikh isthat educators must be happy in teaching, love their students,can be role models for them and be sincere, diligent andcreative in teaching.

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak that originated in Wuhanhas been declared a pandemic, not only affecting the health sectorbut also affecting other sectors that affect it. One of them is in thebanking business, as a result, many customers feel that theirbusiness is not running smoothly. The result is congestion inbanking activities. Thus, the government has provided a stimulus tocustomers through the POJK to provide relief in the financing,including sharia banking financing. This research is of courseincluded in the normative juridical research method withqualitative research types, as the main ingredient of course referringto POJK Number 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning National EconomicStimulus. Then added with secondary materials in the form of theCivil Code and PERMA. steps and strategies to save financing asan effort by sharia banks to improve the financing position andfinancial condition of customers by re-positioning the financingthrough contract renegotiation and refinancing in financingcontracts

Abstract

Hadith has a central position in Islam. It is the secondsource after the Qur'an, which functions to detail the messages ofthe Qur'an which are mujmal, so that clear information is obtainedin carrying out daily amaliah worship, including qabliyah andba'diyah prayers. However, in fact, the hegemony of fiqh thought isdeeper than understanding the hadith in determining the practiceof worship of Muslims, especially Indonesian Muslims. Fiqh seemsto be the first and main benchmark in dealing with problems.Therefore, the researcher will present how the hadith actuallydescribes the af'aliyah of the Messenger of Allah regarding the pureqabliyah and ba'diyah prayers in accordance with the views ofhadith scholars. In this study, the method used is the thematicmethod of hadith. That is by collecting the same hadiths thatdiscuss the qabliyah and ba'diyah prayers. In this study, beforemoving on to understanding hadith, the validity of the quality ofhadith will be explained, so that it can be used as a guideline. Thelocal hadith research is the pole of al-tis'ah, while the understandingis taken from the sharh of the hadith books. From the results of thestudy, it was explained that the Prophet carried out the qabliyahand ba'diyah prayers. Qabliyah dawn as much as two raka'at andafter that he slept lightly until the muezzin iqamat. QabliyahDhuhur he performs two raka'at and sometimes four raka'at. Whileba'diyah Dhuhur he carried out two raka'at. Qabliyah 'As{ar heperformed four raka'at with two greetings. For qabliyah MaghribRasulullah ordered to run it for those who want, but with a note donot consider it as a strengthened Sunnah. While ba'diyah Maghrib,he runs two raka'at. As for ba'diyah 'Isha, he performed two raka'at.

Abstract

As the second source of Islamic teachings, the hadith must always be read, interpreted and practised by Muslims. One of the social practices carried out by the Muslim community is the form of a nongovernmental organization. Therefore, this paper seeks to explore the idea of establishing a Non-Governmental Organization Community Development Forum and all its activities. This study uses the living hadith paradigm, which is how the teachings of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are transmitted practically in society. This paper concludes that; first, the social activities of a particular person or institution are often realized with the awareness to carry out religious obligation. Likewise, the Community Development Forum institution which establishes and carries out all activities of its institution is based on an understanding of the teachings of Islam, especially the second source of Islamic teachings, namely the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. Second, the Prophet's teachings would be more easily accepted by the public if they were conveyed in deeds. Third, this research shows the teachings of Islam, especially the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. It can be more easily accepted in society if it is packaged in a more contemporary, united, and well-organized form.

Abstract

The mosque is one organization that has not been ableto adapt to technological advances. This results in the mosque'sresources being not managed optimally. The purpose of thisstudy was to describe the application of technology to thefinancial management of mosques in Binjai City and, to conducta SWOT analysis of mosque financial governance. This studyuses field data, and analyzes the data using qualitative methods.The results of this study indicate that the implementation oftechnology in mosque financial management is very minimal,this is indicated by the large number of handwritten mosquefinancial reports because the administrators cannot operatecomputers. the administrators, the drawbacks are technologicalstuttering, minimal innovation, minimal training, lack ofgeneration x, y, z, the opportunities they have are technologicaldevelopments, modernist civilization, economic stability, and thethreat is hedon culture and erosion of faith.
