Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on work motivation of amil in UPZISNU Magelang Regency. The research data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to the UPZISNUadministrators at the sub-district level in Magelang Regency. The research sample was 100, which was determined using probability sampling. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of thisstudy indicate that culture has no significant and negative effect on amil motivation in UPZISNU at the District level of Magelang Regency, this study rejects the supporting hypothesis. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of amil in UPZISNU at the District Level in Magelang Regency; this study accepts the hypothesis that has beencarried out that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work motivation for amil in UPZISNU at the District level of Magelang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of parents in motivating children to learn the Qur'an in TPA Sidomulyo and the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The subjects selected were parents who had children reading the Koran at the TPA using purposive sampling. Based on the selection of these subjects, 4 parents would be the main sources, and 3 children and 1 ustadz as informants. The results and discussion will describe the role of these parents. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo, Tumbang Tahai Village, Palangka Raya City. The results of this study found the role of parents in motivating their children to learn the Qur'an. The role of parents in motivating learning the Qur'an is influenced by several factors, namely supporting factors, 1) the will of the child, 2) the child's motivation, and 3) the environment, as well as inhibiting factors, 1) laziness, and 2) the busyness of parents.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the term ḥubb in the Al-Futūḥāt Al-Makkiyyah. This is a crucial term because, from the perspective of Ibn ‘Arabī, ḥubb is a maqām ilāhi, which is not limited to material things. According to him, love of God (alḥubb al-ilāhī) requires two foundations of love, namely, natural love (al-ḥubb aṭ-ṭabī’ī) and spiritual love (al-ḥubb arrūḥānī). This study aimed to find the meaning of al-ḥubb al-ilāhi from the perspective of Ibn ‘Arabī. The research method employs library research by constructing al-Futūḥāt al-Makkiyyah by Ibn ‘Arabī as the object of study. Starting with tracing all the term ḥubb in the Al-Futūḥāt Al-Makkiyyahas a seminal concept, conducting language studies, mapping out the interpretations, and reviewing the results of studies, then formulating concepts related to the issues being raised. This study reveals four important points of the concept of alḥubb al-ilāhi from the perspective of Ibn ‘Arabī, namely ḥubb as the cause of the existence of the universe, māqāmat ḥubb, three forms of ḥubb, conditions of al-ḥubb al-ilāhi. These four points, in addition to describing the concept of al-ḥubb al-ilāhi Ibn ‘Arabī, also provide a new understanding of the meaning of the word ḥubb, which has changed conceptual meaning. When mentioning the word ḥubb, what appears is an understanding that refers to the form of obedience to Allah and His Messenger

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia significantly impacted all lines of life, including the world of education, who feel it. Teaching and learning activities are required to be done remotely/online. Of course, this also affects the components of teaching and learning activities, one of which is assessment. Assessment activities usually carried out in the classroom cannot be carried out due to social restrictions, especially when it comes to skills competency assessment, usually done with a practical assessment. This study aims to determine the Portfolio-Based Skills Competency Assessment in PAI Learning during the Covid19 Pandemic at SMA UII Yogyakarta. From this study, it can be concluded that the appropriate assessment used to assess skill competency in PAI learning during this pandemic is a portfolio-based assessment. PAI teachers have carried out this assessment at UII SMA to assess PAI learning in the aspect of skill competence. In its application, the portfoliobased assessment used to assess the competence of PAI learning skills did not find any significant problems.

Abstract

This study will examine the impact of using broadband internet networks on two sectors of economic growth, namely Foreign Direct Investment and the social welfare of the people in Indonesia following the provisions of the Human Development Index from the United Nations by restructuring the economic sector through the implementation of research and development, innovation, and other factors strengthen economic digitization in Indonesia and describe upgrading steps to realize economic digitization in Indonesia. Using qualitative data and descriptive analysis methods, the researchers analyzed the Internet's development, potential, and role in developing the digital economy. The observation and recapitulation system of online investment transactions, online journals, books, papers, and other publications were used to obtain data in this study. As a result of this research, the challenge of economic digitization in Indonesia is the ability of Indonesian people to adapt to new technologies and the diversity of local values in Indonesia, which are still common. The strategy that can be applied is to develop infrastructure that supports internet connections and strengthen digital economic development governance that maintains the value of Indonesian locality by involving various parties through collaborative steps. The use of the Internet will provide different economic benefits for a country, depending on the country's income level. In conclusion, the digital economy in Indonesia must improve financial processes and investment through technological innovation, Encourage growth through government regulations, and involve new actors in society as the foundation of economic growth and people's welfare.

Abstract

According to Komaruddin Hidayat, there are 5 types of mapping of religious attitudes typology: exclusivism, inclusivism, pluralism, eclecticism, and universalism. These five typologies have an impact on religious life in Indonesia. For Moqsith Ghazali, the typology of exclusivism is not suitable for living a pluralistic life, such as in Indonesia with six recognized religions. Exclusivism is an understanding that puts forward the truth of the religion it adheres to and blames other religions. The writer finds this exclusive way of thinking in the thoughts of Gus Baha, the ulema who all circles have recently accepted. Through his research on Youtube, the author found five videos that represent his exclusivism. How can exclusivism be accepted in a society that should not be suitable for living in the midst of a pluralistic religious life. Moreover, Indonesia frees its people to follow any religion they believe in without judging which religion is right and which one is wrong. By means of inductive thinking, the author has tracked down several videos of Gus Baha and selected 5 videos that will be used as the primary source of this research. As for theoretically, the author uses the theory of language criticism popularized by Roger Flower and his friends.

Abstract

Ar-rahn Hajj Micro Business is one of the pawnshop products that is guided by the National Sharia Council Fatwa Number: 92/DSN-MUI/IV/2014 concerning Financing accompanied by Rahn. A very urgent problem that interests researchers is the indication of legal hilah in implementing the Arrum Haji contract. Therefore, the researcher assumes that implementing the Arrum Haji product at Pegadaian is the same as that of the Hajj bailout product at Islamic Banks. The type of research used combines library research and field research (mixed-method). The nature of the research is analytical exploratory, and the approach used is conceptual. The results showed that (1) the loan agreement accompanied by Rahn in the Arrum Haji Pegadaian product was by the requirements in the Sharia agreement law. However, one condition has not been fulfilled because the contract is made and signed before the customer registers for Hajj, so one of the marhun cannot be submitted, namely the document marhun. (2) there is a legal hilah carried out in the process of determining mu'nah; this can be seen in the engineering carried out by Sharia pawnshops, which indirectly sharia pawnshops take advantage of loans given to customers, namely 0.95% of the estimated value of marhun and deposited along with monthly principal installments for all selected term options. (3) In terms of benefits, the implementation of Arrum Haji creates something that becomes an intermediary towards takalluf actions, and the presence of Arrum Haji products also has the potential to cause the queue for Hajj to be even longer

Abstract

This paper provides input on where Tahkim or arbitration which is a form of dispute resolution outside the court and aims to reconcile the conflicting parties has existed and has long been practiced in the customs and culture of the Indonesian nation. However, with the increasing need for a peace model to resolve conflicts amid the rapid development of sharia business in Indonesia today, it is necessary to formulate a sharia tahkim model that accommodates local values. The fiqh rules clearly state that al-hukmuyadurruma’aillatihi wujudan waadaman, that the law is enforced according to ilat whether it exists or does not exist, as well as the taghayyural-ahkam bitaghayural amkinat waal-azman rule that the law changes according to changes in place and time. The type of this research is juridical philosophical with maslahah approach. The data sources used are secondary and consist of three legal materials: primary, secondary, and tertiary. The results of this study are that several ijtihad methods such as istihsan, maslahah mursalah, and especially the technique of establishing law with 'urf can be used to realize Indonesian Tahkim fiqh. The selection of these three methods, especially the 'urf which is based on benefit and istihsan is very suitable for conditions in Indonesia, considering that a culture of peace rooted in adat is still very strong.

Abstract

This article discusses circumcision from a feminist Kiai perspective, Husein Muhammad. This qualitative descriptive study uses a literature study style and uses a gender approach. The results of this study indicate that Husein Muhammad interprets the law of female circumcision by prioritizing the principles of justice and gender equality. For him, circumcision is purely the result of construction by some classical Muslim scholars because nothing in the Qur'an or Hadith can be used as argumentation that indicates its obligation of circumcision for women. In addition, female circumcision damages health, which means this practice is also forbidden in Islam.

Abstract

Many people in Kronjo Tangerang Regency have become customers at PNM Mekar Syariah to increase their business capital. This is evidenced by the increasing number of PNM Mekar Syariah Branch Kronjo Tangerang Regency customers from year to year. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence public interest in choosing financing at PNM Mekar Syariah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data was obtained using the triangulation of data sources by combining data collection with observation techniques, structured interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the public's view of financing at PNM Mekar Syariah Kronjo Branch, Tangerang Regency, is good and helps people who need capital to run their business or want to open a business but do not have capital. In its financing system, PNM Mekar Syariah Branch Kronjo uses Sharia principles and has three contracts used, namely wadi'ah contracts, wakalah contracts and murabahah contracts. The factors influencing people's interest in financing are the need factor, religiosity factor, social class factor and service quality.
