Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis iklan melalui media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Hp Samsung pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran secara langsung kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Data lainnya didapatkan dengan cara melalui observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa keputusan pembelian Hp Samsung pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember adalah variabel independen hasilnya yaitu Attitude Toward The Ad berpengaruh signifikan namun variabel keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel Ad Recall dan Clik Throught Rates tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Hp Samsung pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember.

Abstract

Prolonged polemics regarding the determination of the beginning of the month of kamariah in Indonesia are still occurring, because each group believes it has its own basis and method. Sayyid usman, who is a classical scholar of batavia origin, responded to this problem with his own method of addressing the problem of differences at the beginning of the month. His answer can be found in one of his works, namely in the book of the moon, which discusses the early determination of the kamariah system. This paper focuses on how to determine the beginning of the month in the book of keker bulan. The method used is Library research (library research) with data taken from several sources such as books, journals, which correspond to the title of the study. There are two sources of data, primary data taken from the book of Keker Bulan by Sayyid Usman, while secondary data is data that aims to collect pre-existing information to support primary data. Such as books, journals, articles and other online media. The way the data is collected includes documentation, observation. In the book it is explained that the method of determining the beginning of the moon by sayyid usman uses the naked eye and cannot be less than 7°, so it is concluded that in the script the moon kerk in it refers to the rukyat method.

Abstract

In order to ascertain the impact of product design, personal branding, distribution, and digital marketing on purchasing choices for kpop albums on the Weverse Shop app, study was carried out. An electronic survey that was given to both women and men who had purchased K-pop records through the Weverse Shop program served as the basis for this study's quantitative approach, which included a purposive sampling method of 112 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis, partial analyzing (t testing), and testing the coefficient of determination are all employed in data analysis (R2). The analysis's results, which were obtained using SPSS version 25, also reveal that while the distribution and digital marketing variables have a significant impact on buying behavior, the product design and personal brand variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

Individual characteristics, work discipline and motivation are factors that can influence employee performance. The research aims to examine and analyze the significant influence of individual characteristics, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at the UD. Sinar Madura Jaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews with 60 respondents using census techniques. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the individual characteristic variable is 0.197 which is greater than 0.05 which means that the individual characteristic variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) show that the work discipline variable is 0.096 where the value is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has no influence on employee performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis (H3) show that the motivation variable is 0.000 where the value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the motivational variable has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The Oppo brand smartphone is quite well-known in the Jember area because for teenagers this brand has an affordable price and the benefits of the features that are obtained are sufficient for their daily needs. The results of the initial observation that Oppo is one of the products with high sales. This study aims to determine and identify the effect of price, features and promotions on purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 106 respondents with sampling techniques, using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the price variable has no significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Mentari Cell Jember, feature variables have no significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Mentari Cell Jember and promotion variables have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Mentari Cell Jember. This proves that promotion can influence customer purchasing decisions, because with promotions the customer can determine the appropriate needs for himself.

Abstract

The head school has a very important role in advancing the institution he leads. Quality something institution education depends on the head school as a leading institution. Then head the school's task to give guidance and supervision to every teacher on duty in the field of their respective studies. To operate his task as a builder and supervisor in developing teacher professionalism and improving quality effective learning, then a head school must own ability and understanding about competence of head school with Good. Study This aims: 1) Describe the role of head school in increasing teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru 2) Describe the level of teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru 3) Describe factors that just be supporting and inhibiting head school to increase teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru. Study This uses an approach qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Whereas technique researcher data analysis uses method descriptive qualitative. From the results analysis can be known that the role of the head school in increasing teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru is done through several matters among them the head school role as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, and motivator. Whereas condition teacher professionalism at SMPN 3 Jerowaru spelled out enough good. The teacher has fulfilled sufficient qualifications, as always following various training and workshops. As for factors that support head schools in increasing teacher professionalism with exists factor support from the background behind good teacher education and coaching cooperation between teachers. Whereas factor inhibitor head school lacks means prasana, as well as the level of parental concern for participants' educates.

Abstract

Management in something library no will denied will exist something development because development in something Strategic management is also very necessary. Development in a work process or matter other is something that must be done to reach the goal will be achieved. Study aim: 1) role library as a center source of Study for society, 2) to know strategic management in management and development of library village Narrow. Type of research this is a study with a method of descriptive analysis, researcher data collection uses method observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity of researcher data uses technique triangulation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages namely: from results observation, interviews, and documentation. Conclusion of the study this is: 1) The role of the library as a center source of study, besides as center source Study library as well center information, and innovation because the public is capable of taking advantage of existing libraries in looking for information and can do innovation through the existing libraries. The role of other libraries is also: a receptacle in enlightening generation nation. Library villages have a very important role in public villages for increasing knowledge and skills village community. With its founded library can be a cheap, cheerful, and fast destination for realizing long lifelong education in society. The local community is also capable of utilizing the existing library village as a place to do tasks starting from the public or other communities, fine that student or students. 2) Management and development strategy management library village Tongs Keep going do innovation and development. Abstract

Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yakni kelompok peternak sapi potong Desa Sidorejo. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pembuatan pakan sapi potong guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui ketahanan pangan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan pembuatan pakan dan evaluasi kegiatan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Skala pengukuran dalam pre-test dan post-test menggunakan skala linkert. Selanjutnya hasil test direkap dan dihitung skornya selanjutnya digunakan untuk menghitung persentase indeks kegiatan PKM untuk dilakukan penilaian (assesment). Setelah didapatkan penilaian selanjutnya dihitung tren kenaikannya. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 20 peternak sapi potong yang berumur 20-30 tahun sebanyak 30% dan 30-40 tahun sebanyak 70%. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan peternak tentang pakan sebesar 34,20% dan keterampilan 43,33%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak sapi potong tentang pembuatan pakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui ketahanan pangan dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya ceramah, diskusi dan praktik secara langsung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, product quality and trust on customer loyalty at CV. Surya Barokah Mandiri Banyuwangi. The type of research used was quantitative research and data collection techniques used observation, interviews and questionnaires for 136 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and simultaneous R2 test and F test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the service quality variable is 0.173, which is greater than 0.05, which means that the service quality variable has no influence on customer loyalty. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) show that the product quality variable is 0.610, where this value is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the product quality variable has no influence on customer loyalty. The results of testing the third hypothesis (H3) show that the trust variable is 0.00 where the value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the trust variable has a variable on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The development of the current era makes people carry out economic activities through digital media, so that the growth of internet users is increasing by around 33%. This encourages the importance of the role of marketing in influencing people's preferences in choosing a product, which means it plays an important role in creating people who have awareness of a particular brand (brand awareness) so that the more recognized it will have a positive influence on the brand. Rich Village Jember is a fairly good housing in utilizing digital marketing. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze context, communication, collaboration and connection that have a significant effect on brand awareness in Rich village Jember. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study are 85 families who occupy the Rich Village Jember housing. The sample used was saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples was 85 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that context, communication, collaboration and connection have a significant effect on brand awareness in Rich Village Jember.
