Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2) on Consumer Purchasing Decisions (Y) at Warkop Sutara Sukamulya Tangerang Selatan. The method used in this study is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive approach and the population in this study was 97 consumers. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a questionnaire technique method with a sample of 97 respondents. The analysis tool used was Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, Coefficient Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Hypothesis Test and Simultaneous Test. The results of the Price variable significantly influenced the Purchasing Decision with a t-count value of 1.824> t-table 1.661 and a Sig. value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the Product Quality variable on Purchasing Decisions with a t count of 2.715> t table 1.661 and a Sig. value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the Price and Product Quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing interest with a f count of 3.910> 3.09 and a Sig. value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the role of Price and Product Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at Warkop Sutara Sukamulya Tangerang Selatan Keywords: Price, Product Quality, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of job insecurity on job satisfaction, with work stress serving as a mediating variable, among Generation Z freelancers in Denpasar City. This research is driven by the reduction in the freelancer population in the region from 269,422 in 2020 to 18,776 in 2024, highlighting considerable obstacles to attaining employment satisfaction. The primary issue examined is the impact of job insecurity and work-related stress on the job satisfaction of Gen Z freelancers in Denpasar, both independently and concurrently, as well as the role of work stress as a mediator in the relationship between job insecurity and job happiness. The population comprised 18,776 freelancers, and a sample of 100 Gen Z respondents with at least one year of work experience was selected using Slovin's methodology. Data were gathered via questionnaires and analyzed employing the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SmartPLS. The findings demonstrate that job insecurity exerts a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (inversely, indicating that more job insecurity correlates with diminished job satisfaction) and also considerably heightens work- related stress. Work stress significantly impacts job satisfaction negatively, indicating that heightened work stress generally reduces job satisfaction, and it partially mediates the relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction. These findings highlight the intricate dynamics of freelance work and the necessity of addressing job insecurity and work-related stress to promote freelancer well- being, providing essential insights for stakeholders in developing strategies to boost job satisfaction in this uncertain period.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on the performance of PT Bando Indonesia employees with method a quantitative approach, the number of samples used is 64 respondents of PT Bando Indonesia employees. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire dissemination technique. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination coefficient test with the help of SPSS software program version 25. The results of the study show that the variables of competence (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bando Indonesia. The results of the analysis using the determination coefficient are known that the value of the determination coefficient ( obtained is 0.651. This shows that 65.1% of the variation of the Employee Performance (Y) variable can be explained by the Competency (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) variables simultaneously. Meanwhile, the remaining 34.9% is explained by other factors. Where the determination coefficient of 0.651 is included in the strong category, which indicates that the regression model used has better predictive ability on employee performance variables.R^(2 ) Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Motivation and Work Experience on Employee Performance at Yayasan Rumah Pagi Bahagia. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all employees totaling 57 individuals. The sampling technique uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis methods include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing. The t-test results show that the Motivation variable has a t-value of 6.153 > t-table 2.004 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Motivation has a partial effect on Employee Performance. The Work Experience variable has a t-value of 10.101 > t-table 2.004 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Work Experience also has a partial effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results show that the F-count is 55.781 > F-table 3.17 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Motivation and Work Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.674, which means that Motivation and Work Experience jointly influence Employee Performance by 67.4%, while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a positive and significant influence of recruitment and selection, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KC Tangerang Selatan 15400. The study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample consists of 129 respondents, which includes the entire employee population, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with the help of SPSS 25.The results of the study show that partially, Recruitment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.660 > t-table 1.979 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H1 is accepted. Furthermore, Selection (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.273 > t-table 1.979 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 132.574 > F-table 3.07 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the study produce the multiple regression equation: Y = 10.398 + 0.090X1 + 0.919X2. The regression coefficient value for the Performance variable is 10.398, indicating that if Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) remain unchanged, the performance value would be 10.398. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.686, which means that Recruitment (X1) and Selection (X2) contribute 68.6% to employee performance, while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect between the Recruitment and Selection variables on Employee Performance. Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tangerang Branch. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees totaling 63 people, and the sampling technique used is total sampling or census. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and data analysis techniques included simple and multiple linear regression as well as hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). Compensation has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.677 and a contribution of 55.0%. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.777 and a contribution of 61.2%. Simultaneously, compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with the multiple regression equation Y = 10.946 + 0.094 X1 + 0.687 X2. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.564 or 56.4%, indicating that 56.4% of employee performance is influenced by both variables, while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study.Thus, compensation and job satisfaction are proven to have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on improving employee performance at PT Electronic City, Tangerang Branch. Abstract

Abstrak. The objective of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on the performance of employees at the Lebak Regency Fisheries Department. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method to objectively examine a situation using numerical data collected through questionnaires. The sample used was a non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique from 52 employees. Data analysis was conducted using the hypothesis testing method with SPSS version 26. The results showed that both Motivation and Work Discipline variables have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Lebak Regency Fisheries Department, both partially and simultaneously. Based on partial statistical tests or t-tests, the calculated t- value of 1.859 is greater than the critical t-value of 2.009. This means that H1 is accepted and H01 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Motivation has a significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, for Work Discipline, the calculated t-value of 3.476 is greater than the critical t-value of 2.006. This means that H2 is accepted and H02 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Work Discipline has an impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, the calculated F-value of 64.430 is greater than the critical F-value of 3.19 with a significance level of 0.000 < α 0.05, indicating that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance is influenced or explained by other variables outside of those examined in this study. Abstract

This This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Global Arditya Swamandiri, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this research consists of 70 employees of PT. Global Arditya Swamandiri. The data collection technique was carried out using a sampling method called a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was used as the sample. Thus, the research sample consisted of 70 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study include instrument tests such as validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. Furthermore, the analysis includes multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, hypothesis tests (t-test for partial significance and F-test for simultaneous significance), and the coefficient of determination (R²) test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the value of t_calculated > t_table (9.320 > 1.676), supported by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H₀₁ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t_calculated value > t_table (9.291 > 1.676), supported by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H₀₂ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. Work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F_calculated value > F_table (62.230 > 3.183), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Hence, H₀₃ is rejected and H₃ is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research wa to analyze the effect of product quality and packaging design on purchasing decisions in Chatime Soekarno Hatta Malang City. The reserch is quatitative research. .A data collection technique that distributed questionnaires to 98 respondents,. who were customer of Chatime Soekarno Hatta Malang City. Purposive sampling technique and uses multiple linier regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this research showed that product quality and packaging design have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions in Chatime Soekarno Hataa Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of service quality and price on consumer decisions at PT. Sakinah Tour & Travel in South Jakarta. The issue addressed in this research is the decline in the number of umrah pilgrims post-Covid-19, attributed to dissatisfaction with service quality and pricing. The sampling technique used in this study is Slovin's formula, with a sample size of 60 respondents. The results indicate that both service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions, with Thitung values of 6.317 and 5.530, respectively. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and setting competitive prices to attract more consumers.
