Abstract

The monetary sector and policy play a vital role in maintaining a nation’s economic stability and fostering sustainable growth. Monetary policy, as implemented by central banks, aims to regulate money supply, interest rates, and inflation to ensure macroeconomic equilibrium. In recent years, the effectiveness of monetary instruments has been tested by global financial volatility, exchange rate fluctuations, and domestic fiscal pressures. This study explores the interaction between the monetary sector and policy decisions, analyzing how strategic adjustments in monetary tools such as open market operations, reserve requirements, and benchmark interest rates affect inflation control, investment growth, and public consumption patterns. The discussion also highlights the role of monetary transmission mechanisms and coordination with fiscal policy to optimize policy outcomes. The findings suggest that consistent, transparent, and adaptive monetary policies are essential in stabilizing financial systems and supporting long-term economic resilience.

Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive religion that regulates not only worship but also social and economic aspects of human life. Islamic economic law emerged as a reaction to the conventional system that prioritizes profit while often neglecting moral and spiritual dimensions. Through an examination of Islamic legal sources such as the Qur’an, Sunnah, Ijma’, and Qiyas, this study emphasizes that every economic activity in Islam must be grounded in justice, benefit, and balance. Using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach based on literature studies from classical and modern works in Islamic economics, the research reveals that Islamic rationality is ethical and socially oriented, differing from secular rationality which focuses only on material gain. The integration between law and rationality shows that Islam provides an economic paradigm that is intellectually logical as well as spiritual, enabling the creation of an ethical, just, and prosperous economic system for humanity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Café Tempat Ngupi Cinere. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The random sampling method uses the taroyamane formula with the acquisition of 98 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, T test and F test. The results show that: (1) partially there is a positive influence between price on consumer satisfaction at Café Tempat Ngupi Cinere, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.219 + 0.469 X1 and the calculated t value of 7.165 t table 1.665 with a sig. level of 0.00. (2) Partially there is a positive influence between service quality on customer satisfaction at the Cinere Ngupi Place Cafe, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12.415 + 0.344 X2 and the calculated t value of 6.435 t table 1.665 with a sig. level of 0.01. (3) simultaneously there is a positive influence between price and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Cinere Ngupi Place Cafe, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.219 + 0.469X1 + 0.344X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.643, the determination coefficient value is 41% while the remaining 59% is influenced by other factors, and the calculated f test is 33.411> f table 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected H3 is accepted. This means there is a significant influence between price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Café Tempat Ngupi Cinere.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the determinant factors that influence employee performance, both internal factors (workload) and external factors (work environment). In addition, this study also examines the effect of these two factors on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, to determine the extent to which workload and work environment play a role in improving employee effectiveness. The research was conducted at PT Syifa Harapan Hidup, a company engaged in the health services sector, using a quantitative research method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents, while the data analysis techniques used included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that workload partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 41.8%, as evidenced by the t-test results (t_count 11.047 > t_table 2.010). The work environment also partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 29.1% (t_count 8.259 > t_table 2.010). Simultaneously, workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 87.6% and F-test results showing F_count 166.177 > F_table 3.195. These results indicate that the better the workload management and the more conducive the work environment created by the company, the higher the employee performance will be

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the influence of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) MEKAAR Area Bekasi 3, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method with a population of 146 employees and a sample of 60 respondents, determined using a simple random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula with a significance level of 10%. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26. Based on the analysis results, the regression equation obtained is Y = 8.329 + 0.306X₁ + 0.525X₂, which means that self-efficacy (X₁) and work motivation (X₂) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination shows that, simultaneously, self-efficacy and work motivation contribute 66.2% to employee performance, while the remaining 33.8% is influenced by other factors. The partial test (t-test) results show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 7.022 > t-table of 2.002 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 9.412 > t-table of 2.002 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous test (F-test) results show an F-value of 55.719 > F-table of 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that self-efficacy and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) MEKAAR Area Bekasi 3

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of UMKM Rumah Snack Anugrah Tangerang Regency. In this study using a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population is all researchers totaling 50 employees. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), classical assumption test, and hypothesis test t test, f test. The results of the t test show that leadership style has a calculated t value> t table (20.047> 2.012) from a significant value of 0.001 <0.005, this means that leadership style significantly influences employee performance. The work environment has a calculated t-value > t-table (15.681 > 2.012) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.005 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F-test showed a calculated F-value of 232.363 > 3.20 (calculated F-value > F-table) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test (r-square) was 0.908, indicating a significant influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance of 90.8%. The remaining 9.2% was influenced by other factors not examined

Abstract

A study on the differences in principles and operational mechanisms between Islamic banks and conventional banks in Indonesia revealed fundamental differences. Islamic banks conduct their business activities based on the principles of Islamic law, which reject the practices of usury, gharar, and maysir, and implement a profit-sharing and sales-based contract system, emphasizing fairness and transparency in every transaction. Conversely, conventional banks operate under positive legal frameworks and use the interest system as the basis for all their financial activities. From an operational standpoint, Islamic banks are not solely focused on profit maximization, but also prioritize social welfare values and equitable economic distribution. Supervision of Islamic banks is carried out by the Sharia Supervisory Board and the National Sharia Board to ensure compliance with sharia principles, while conventional banks are under the supervision of the Board of Commissioners in accordance with applicable banking regulations. The fundamental differences in these supervisory principles and systems have implications for the variation in products, services, and economic goals that are the focus of each financial institution.

Abstract

With an emphasis on the balance between fulfilling needs and achieving benefits (maslahah), this study examines consumer behavior theory from an Islamic economic perspective. According to traditional economics, the goal of maximizing utility, or personal satisfaction, typically drives consumer behavior. However, according to the principle of maqasid al-shariah, consumption behavior in Islamic economics is evaluated not only based on material satisfaction but also on moral, spiritual, and social qualities. According to Islam, consumption must uphold the five main objectives of sharia: wealth, religion, life, intellect, and progeny. To ensure consumption remains within the boundaries of halal (permissible), thayyib (good), and not excessive (israf), consumption values such as justice, cleanliness, simplicity, charity, and morality serve as guidelines. The three degrees of human needs dharuriyat (primary), hajiyat (secondary), and tahsiniyat (tertiary) that are aimed at attaining success in this life as well as the next are also explained in this research from an Islamic standpoint. Islamic consumer behavior theory offers an option that strikes a balance between the interests of people, society, and the environment in a contemporary setting marked by a consumerist and materialistic culture. Islamic economics promotes fair, sustainable, and community-focused consumerism through a methodology based on spiritual values, ethics, and social consciousness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Purwa Caraka Music Studio partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The result of the partial compensation variabel (X1) obtained t count > t table (10,602 > 2,002). This means that compesation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). statistical test of work thiscipline variable (X2) on employee performance obtained t count > t table (10,714 > 2,002) this means that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table (85,490 > 3,16). So it can be concluded that the compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y). the coefficient of determination is obtained by R square equal to 0,750, meaning that the work environment and work discipline variables together have an influence contribution of 25,% on employee performance. While the remaining 75% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The market plays a crucial role in the Islamic economic system, not merely as a meeting place for sellers and buyers, but also as an instrument for realizing justice, balance, and social welfare. This study aims to analyze the role and market mechanisms from an Islamic economic perspective, focusing on its underlying principles and solutions to its imperfections. The research employs a qualitative methodology through a literature review of various sources, such as academic publications and scholarly works in Islamic economics. The findings indicate that the market during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) operated freely yet ethically, supervised by the Hisbah institution to prevent monopolistic practices, fraud, and injustice. Principles such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, and ihtikar form the foundation for maintaining market balance. In the modern era, although market forms have evolved into supermarkets, malls, and e-commerce, the application of Islamic values remains relevant to ensure that economic activities are not solely profit-oriented but also consider blessings and social responsibility. In conclusion, the market in Islamic economics functions as a driver of fair distribution and a means to achieve collective welfare, with Islamic sharia as its primary guide.
