Abstract

Studi ini meneliti dampak PT. Ladang Sehat Indonesia, pabrik pengolahan singkong, terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Cengkrong, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dengan menggunakan teori Transformasi Struktural dan pendekatan kuantitatif berdesain kausal, sebanyak 30 karyawan dipilih melalui sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi masyarakat positif, dengan 55,4% responden menilai keberadaan perusahaan bermanfaat. PT. Ladang Sehat Indonesia berperan dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, peluang usaha, serta mendukung petani melalui pelatihan dan bantuan. Indikator kesejahteraan seperti pendapatan, kesehatan, dan pendidikan meningkat signifikan. Nilai t hitung (2,281) > t-tabel (2,048) menegaskan pengaruh positif dan signifikan perusahaan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Gresik Regency during the 2021–2024 period using financial ratio analysis. The objectives are to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of managing zakat, infaq, and alms (ZIS) funds, identify financial growth trends, and examine internal and external factors influencing the institution's performance. A descriptive quantitative method was applied using secondary data from annual financial reports. The results indicate that BAZNAS Gresik's financial performance varied annually, influenced by post-pandemic economic conditions, beneficiary needs, and internal management strategies. In 2021 and 2024, fundraising efficiency was relatively low, while program expenses remained high. However, the institution successfully maintained operational stability and enhanced transparency through technology utilization. It is concluded that BAZNAS Gresik performed reasonably well, with room for improvement in working capital management and fundraising optimization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia in East Jakarta. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was all 60 employees of PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, therefore all 60 employees of PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia were sampled in this study. The analytical methods used in data processing included validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the Physical Work Environment (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia. This can be seen from the calculated t-value of 11.845 > t-table 2.002, thus the calculated t-value > t-table with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Then there is also an influence between Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia, this can be seen from the results of the t-test with a calculated t value of 10.834> t table 2.002, so the calculated t> ttable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. And thirdly, there is an influence between the Physical Work Environment (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lafiye Mode Indonesia in East Jakarta, this can be seen from the multiple regression equation, namely Y = 16.138 +0.138 X1 + 0.227 X2. And the results of the f-test with a calculated F value of 87.251> F table 3.159 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this study were all customers at Panganan Waru. The number of samples in this study was 63 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study was carried out by probability sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to all customers at Panganan Waru. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The results showed that the price variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value = 5.809> t-table 2.001, the brand image variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value = 2.694> t-table 2.001, the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value = 3.014> t-table 2.001. From the three results, it shows that price, brand image and product quality have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. For simultaneous testing, the results show that all variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT LOLC Ventura Indonesia, Banten Area. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach, analyzed both partially and simultaneously. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT LOLC Ventura Indonesia, Banten Area, and processed using SPSS version 23. Based on the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F-test), the calculated F value was 110.464 with a significance value of 0.000. Since the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), it can be concluded that H₀₃ is rejected and Hₐ₃ is accepted. Thus, the analysis indicates that Work Stress (X₁) and Emotional Intelligence (X₂) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT LOLC Ventura Indonesia, Banten Area. The positive regression coefficients of both independent variables indicate that the relationship is positive in direction. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 10.476 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 53.3%. Simultaneously, work stress and emotional intelligence have a significant effect on employee performance with an F value of 73.875 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, with a joint contribution of 60.9%. Therefore, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance. The better employees are at managing work stress and the higher their emotional intelligence, the better their performance will be.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana usia harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, dan pengeluaran per kapita memengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat dari tahun 2009 sampai 2023. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Teknik analisis yang dipakai adalah regresi linear berganda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa usia harapan hidup punya dampak negatif tapi tidak signifikan pada kemiskinan, sementara rata-rata lama sekolah memberikan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Di lain pihak, pengeluaran per kapita ternyata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kemiskinan. Ketiga variabel ini secara bersamaan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, dengan koefisien determinasi mencapai 95,35%, yang artinya sebagian besar fluktuasi tingkat kemiskinan bisa dijelaskan oleh ketiga faktor tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi marketing mix 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) dalam peluncuran produk investasi syariah "Cicil Emas" di PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap manajemen dan nasabah, observasi partisipatif terhadap proses pemasaran, serta studi dokumentasi kebijakan perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber untuk memastikan validitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi marketing mix 7P berhasil menciptakan positioning produk yang kuat dengan strategi terintegrasi yang meliputi pengembangan produk sesuai prinsip syariah, penetapan harga kompetitif, distribusi multichannel, promosi digital dan konvensional, peningkatan kapasitas SDM, standardisasi proses layanan, serta penguatan bukti fisik melalui branding yang konsisten. Implementasi strategi ini berhasil meningkatkan brand awareness dan memperoleh 83 nasabah baru dengan total akumulasi investasi setara 0,5 kg emas dalam dua bulan pertama peluncuran produk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the overview of organizational culture and workload on employee performance at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif, Ciputat Timur, South Tangerang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, consisting of 120 employees. Data collection techniques include both primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of the study show that:(1) Partially, there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif. This is proven by the simple linear regression equation Y = 9.479 + 0.587X₁ and the value of t_calculated (6.755) > t_table (1.980) with a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. (2) Partially, there is an influence of workload on employee performance at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif. This is proven by the simple linear regression equation Y = 12.444 + 0.618X₂ and the value of t_calculated (11.710) > t_table (1.980) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, there is an influence of organizational culture and workload on employee performance at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif. This is proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.025 + 0.171X₁ + 0.542X₂, with a coefficient of determination of 55.3%, and the value of f_calculated (72.409) > f_table (2.680) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the physical work environment at the Batu Jaya Village Office and its impact on employee performance and the quality of public service. This study employed a qualitative method. Qualitative methods were chosen because they aligned with the research objective, which was to obtain more in-depth information about the physical work environment at the Batu Jaya Village Office, Tangerang. Data collection techniques included direct observation, documentation, and interviews with employees as key informants.The analysis identified several problems, including cramped workspaces, dim lighting, poor air circulation, and a leaking roof during rain. These conditions resulted in decreased concentration, slowed performance, and decreased service quality. Employees suggested improvements to lighting, ventilation, room size, and maintenance of work facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana sistem dana kas kecil atau imprest berjalan efektif di UMKM Orange Print di Surabaya. Dana kas kecil ini penting untuk menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari, tetapi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, bisa menyebabkan masalah seperti pengeluaran tidak tercatat, penggunaan dana tidak teratur, hingga kesulitan dalam melaporkan pengeluaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan dokumen yang dilakukan terhadap staf administrasi dan kasir yang mengelola dana kecil. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem imprest di Orange Print belum berjalan optimal karena masih ada pencatatan manual yang tidak dilakukan setiap hari, pengeluaran tanpa bukti, serta pengisian dana yang tidak terjadwal. Hal ini menyebabkan pengendalian internal yang lemah dan risiko kesalahan jumlah dana. Untuk memperbaiki kondisi tersebut, disarankan menerapkan format buku kas kecil yang standar, menjadwalkan pengisian dana secara rutin, meningkatkan kedisiplinan, serta menggunakan teknologi sederhana untuk mencatat transaksi. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan sistem imprest dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan akuntabilitas penggunaan dana kas kecil jika didukung oleh prosedur administrasi yang disiplin dan pengawasan yang terus-menerus.
