Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Ela Jaya Berkah Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 54, using saturated sampling techniques and collection using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate: Partially Leadership Style (X1) Influences Employee Performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 13.490 + 0.917 (X1), the correlation value rx1y 0.832, leadership style has a contribution of influence of 69.2% on performance and the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test shows a calculated t value of 10.805> t table 2.007 or a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Partially Work Environment (X2) Influences Employee Performance (Y) with a simple linear regression equation Y = a + bx is Y = 9.967 + 0.976 (X2), the correlation value rx2y 0.830, the work environment has a contribution of influence of 68.8% on performance and the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test shows a calculated t value of 10.719> t table 2.007 or Sig value 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously Leadership Style (X1) and Work Environment (X2) Influence Employee Performance (Y) with multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.198 + 0.500 (X1) + 0.516 (X2), correlation value rx1.2y 0.861, leadership style and work environment simultaneously have an influence contribution of 74.1% on performance and the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors, simultaneous hypothesis test shows F count value 73.048> F table 3.179 or Sig value 0.000 < 0.05 Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and promotion on customer loyalty at NM Recording Studio, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with a saturated sample, in which the entire population of 57 respondents, consisting of customers who used the services of NM Recording Studio, was taken as the sample. The results show that facilities (X1) have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) (t-count 18.310 > t-table 1.673, sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = -4.325 + 0.823X1, a very strong correlation (r = 0.927), and a contribution of 85.9% (R² = 0.859). Promotion (X2) also has a positive and significant effect (t-count 9.710 > t-table 1.673; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = 1.139 + 0.792X2, a strong correlation (r = 0.795), and a contribution of 63.2% (R² = 0.632). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F-count 258.949 > F-table 3.17; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = -5.339 + 0.641X1 + 0.296X2, a very strong correlation (r = 0.952), and a contribution of 90.6% (R² = 0.906).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial management practices and their impact on business stability in the MSME Toko Fitri, located in Karanganyar Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results reveal that financial management is carried out traditionally without a formal accounting system, yet the business remains stable. The owner applies cash separation between personal and business finances, cash-only transactions, and inventory control based on turnover. These findings indicate that simple and experience-based approaches can adaptively sustain microenterprise continuity. Theoretically, this research reinforces the resource-based theory emphasizing the importance of internal capability in creating competitive advantage. Practically, the study highlights the urgency of implementing simple bookkeeping systems for MSMEs to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.

Abstract

Abstrak. To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, To determine the simultaneous effect of work motivation and career development on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Office of South Tangerang City. The research method uses quantitative with a population of 87 employees, with a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population is used as a sample. It can be concluded that the results of the calculation of the t-test value of the Motivation variable (X1) with a t count of 4.779 and a significance of 0.000. Because t count is greater than t table (4.779> 1.988) and the significance is less than 5%, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). It is concluded that the results of the calculation of the t-test value of the Career Development variable (X2) with a t count of 6.634 and a significance of 0.000. Because t count is greater than t table (6.634 > 1.988) and the significance is less than 5% (0.000) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Career Development (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The results of the analysis in the table above, namely the ANOVA test, obtained an F count value of 60.984 while F table ( 0.05) for n = 84 was 2.71. So F count > from F table ( 0.05) or 60.984 > 2.71, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Motivation (X1), Career Development (X2) and together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y). Abstract

Abstrak. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation methods This study examines the implementation of work discipline and its effectiveness in improving employee performance at PT Mitra Londri Sukses in Tangerang. Based on initial observations, indications of a lack of employee discipline were found, impacting production and delivery delays, as well as irregular absenteeism. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Research informants include the General Manager, Supervisor, and two Production Staff. The results show that PT Mitra Londri Sukses implements work discipline through a corrective approach, which includes advice, verbal warnings, warning letters, and even termination of employment, adjusted to the severity of the violation (minor, moderate, severe). These efforts aim to control work and improve employee attitudes, fostering a sense of responsibility and professionalism. Although the effectiveness of work discipline implementation has not yet reached 100% (currently around 85% compliance rate), the company consistently conducts coaching, rule socialization, and periodic evaluations. This implementation of work discipline has proven to have a positive impact on increasing employee productivity and customer satisfaction, reflected in faster and more punctual laundry services Keywords: Work Dicipline, Employee Performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership and Job Stress partially or simultaneously on Employee Performance at KSP Makmur Mandiri Banten. This study uses an associative quantitative research method where the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire that is processed using the SPSS 2.2 application. the result is that the tcount value of the Leadership variable is 2.834 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.99655 with a significant level of 0.004 less than 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value of the Job Stress variable is 2,187 greater than the ttable of 1.99655 with a significant level of 0.032 less than 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be concluded partially that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. it is known that the Fcount is 21,503 and the significance value is 0.009 while the Ftable value is 3.14. So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (21,503> 3.14) and significance <0.05 (0.009 <0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Leadership and Work Stress together affect employee performance at KSP Makmur Mandiri Banten

Abstract

TikTok Shop is an e-commerce feature integrated within the TikTok application that allows users to buy and sell products without leaving the platform. This feature utilizes the power of short, interactive, and entertaining videos to promote products directly to the audience. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, call to action, and customer reviews on purchase decisions for Taboya Skincare products on TikTok Shop, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Taboya Skincare buyers in Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, with the F-test and t-test used as hypothesis testing tools. The results indicate that brand awareness, call to action, and customer reviews have a significant influence on purchase decisions on TikTok Shop, both partially and simultaneously, with an F-test significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh simultan dan parsial dari pengeluaran pemerintah, tingkat pengangguran, dan ekspor terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara selama periode 2001 hingga 2021. Kemiskinan merupakan masalah serius yang terus menjadi tantangan di setiap negara, bahkan di negara maju , dan faktor-faktor ekonomi krusial ini perlu dikaji secara komprehensif untuk perumusan kebijakan yang efektif. Data sekunder bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi berganda Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengeluaran pemerintah, pengangguran, dan ekspor secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara, dengan nilai probabilitas F-statistik 0.000000 < 0.05. Adapun hasil uji parsial (uji t) mengungkapkan temuan sebagai berikut: Pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh negatif terhadap kemiskinan, tetapi pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun anggaran dialokasikan, efektivitas program dan alokasi yang tepat sasaran masih perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat memberikan dampak nyata terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan. Tingkat pengangguran tidak menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Temuan ini menyiratkan adanya faktor lain yang lebih dominan dalam menentukan tingkat kemiskinan, seperti akses terhadap sumber daya ekonomi dan ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan.Di sisi lain, ekspor menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, dengan probabilitas 0.0056 < 0.05. Hal ini menegaskan peran penting pertumbuhan sektor ekspor—terutama pada sektor perkebunan dan industri pengolahan—dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat untuk menekan angka kemiskinan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan multidimensional diperlukan dalam merancang kebijakan ekonomi untuk mengatasi kemiskinan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of word of mouth and product quality on purchasing decisions at Interior Mutiara Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with 96 respondents as a sample. This study also uses various tests such as validity, reliability, classical assumptions, correlation coefficients, regression, determination, and hypotheses. The results show that word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression equation of Y = 13.014 + 0.691 X1. The t-value of 15.528> t-table 1.665 and a significance of 0.000 <0.050, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that partially word of mouth has a positive and significant effect. Product quality also has a significant effect with a regression equation of Y = 8.502 + 0.494 X2. The calculated t value is 14.013 > t table 1.661 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.050, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, word of mouth and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the regression equation Y = 8.640 + 0.429 X1 + 0.229 X2. The calculated f value is 154.556 > ft table 3.09 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.050. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Product Catalog Variable (X1), Price (X2), Purchasing Decision (Y), and the Influence of Product Catalog and Price on Purchasing Decisions at the Citra Persada Jombang Tangerang Selatan Welding Workshop. This research method uses a quantitative method with a quantitative descriptive approach and the population in this study is 154 consumers. The sample used in this study uses the entire population of 99 consumers as respondents. In this study the sampling technique used is probability sampling. The results of the Product Catalog variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a t-count of 10.267> t-table of 1.984 and a Sig. value <0.05 (0.0000 <0.05). The results of the Price variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a t-count of 14.855> t-table of 1.984 and a Sig. value <0.05 (0.0000 <0.05). The results showed that the Product Catalog and Price variables simultaneously significantly influenced Purchasing Decisions, with an f-value of 120.617 > 3.092 and a Sig. value of <0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).
