Abstract

Islamic investment has become a strategic instrument in Indonesia's economic development, not only as a means of fundraising but also as a driver of inclusive and sustainable growth. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic investment in encouraging Indonesia's economic growth, focusing on its contribution to national economic stability and fiscal sustainability. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an in-depth literature study method on secondary data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and recent scientific publications. The results show that Islamic investment, through instruments such as sukuk (SBSN), Islamic stocks, and Islamic mutual funds, contributes significantly to infrastructure development financing, increased financial inclusion, and stabilization of the financial system. The basic Sharia principles that avoid speculation (gharar) and usury create better resilience to economic shocks, thereby supporting macroeconomic stability. Furthermore, government project financing through Sovereign Islamic Securities (SBSN) provides an alternative financing solution that positively impacts fiscal sustainability by reducing reliance on conventional debt. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Center (BBMKG) Region II South Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that transformational leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, indicated by a simple linear regression equation Y = 7.710 + 0.833X1. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (16.349> 1.990) and strengthened ρ value <Sig.0.05 or significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially indicated by a simple linear regression equation Y = 9.820 + 0.776X2. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained a calculated value of t> ttable (15.242 > 1.990) and strengthened by a ρ value < Sig.0.05 or significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the study Transformational Leadership and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance in (BBMKG) Region II South Tangerang are shown by a multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.108 + 0.494X1-0.402X2. This is proven by the results of the hypothesis test simultaneously obtained a calculated F value> F table (211.175 > 3.110) and strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient determination test of the Transformational Leadership and Work Discipline variables have an influence of 84.6% on Employee performance in (BBMKG) Region II South Tangerang. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Transformational Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This thesis, written by Arwilda Eknoe (National Student ID: 2162201007), is titled "The Effect of Village Fund Management on Community Income in Apren Village, Amarasi District, Kupang Regency, 2022-2024." This study aims to determine the effect of Village Fund management on community income in Apren Village, Amarasi District, Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data from interviews and direct observations, as well as secondary data in the form of Village Fund realization reports and community income data. The analysis used was simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS. The results show that Village Funds have a positive and significant effect on increasing community income. This is evidenced by the statistical analysis, which shows a significance value of less than 0.05. Furthermore, the community acknowledged that programs funded by Village Funds, such as infrastructure development and economic empowerment, have had a direct impact on increasing their income.

Abstract

Debt policy is crucial in financing decisions that impact company value and shareholder interests. Listed companies in automotive also component manufacturing industries (IDX) 2020 to 2024 will have their debt policies examined at research. Variables which are considered include sales growth, asset composition, and free cash flow. Panel data regression analysis is the quantitative tool used in this investigation. The yearly financial reports of seven businesses chosen for their goals provided further data. Debt management is positively affected by asset structure, significantly negatively affected by sales growth, and unaffected by free cash flow. A 97.83% coefficient of determination indicates that all three factors are significantly influencing the outcome. This study implies organizations experiencing rapid sales growth often have a tendency to lower their debt levels, but the inverse is true for companies with greater asset structures.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) for the 2014-2023 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with 120 samples taken over a 10-year observation period. The data used are secondary data in the form of time series data from historical monthly data reports published on the official website of Bank Indonesia and Yahoo Finance for the 2014-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used is statistics and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel software. The results of this study, based on simultaneous tests, state that the variables of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates have a simultaneous effect on the Jakarta Composite Index for the 2014-2023 period. Partial testing indicates that inflation has no effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) for the 2014-2023 period, interest rates have a negative effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), and exchange rates have a positive effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and communication on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. The method used is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with convenience sampling using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 67 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 26.1% and a hypothesis test obtained a t-value > t-table or (4.790 > 1.997). Communication has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a coefficient of determination of 24.8% and a hypothesis test obtained a t-value > t-table or (4.628 > 1.997). Job satisfaction and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.079 + 0.545 X1 + 0.403 X2. The coefficient of determination is 69.6%, while the remaining 30.40% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a value of F count > F table or (30.020 > 3.140).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office, both partially and simultaneously. The method used was quantitative. The population in this study was 200 respondents, with a sample size of 67 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula and convenience sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that organizational culture (X1) and physical work environment (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.791 + 0.424 (X1) + 0.222 (X2). The organizational culture hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.246 > 1.997) with sig. (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, meaning there was a significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The results of the physical work environment hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or (4.995 > 1.997) with sig. (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (22.911 > 3.14). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means there is a simultaneous significant influence of organizational culture and the physical work environment on employee performance, this can also be strengthened by the Sig. value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the relationship between subrogation, restorno, endorsement, and clauses in sharia insurance policies, by reviewing their suitability based on the commercial law perspective contained in the Commercial Law Code (KUHD) and the principles of Islamic law that form the basis for the implementation of sharia insurance in Indonesia. The research also focuses on analyzing how these four elements are interrelated in forming a legal and operational structure for sharia insurance policies that is fair, transparent, and in accordance with sharia values. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a library research approach, which collects data from various literature sources, such as books, journals, and regulations related to sharia insurance. The results of the study show that these four elements complement each other in forming the legal and operational structure of sharia insurance policies. Clauses form the basis of the agreement, endorsements serve to accommodate changes, subrogation maintains the sustainability of tabarru' funds, and restorno reflects fairness in the distribution of surpluses. The implementation of these elements must be in accordance with sharia principles, positive law, and DSN-MUI fatwas in order to create a fair, transparent, and sustainable insurance system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is. To determine the influence of leadership style and non- physical work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Indomaret Store in Pluit Area, North Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is 67 employees, sampling can use saturated sampling, so the sample is all employees totaling 67 employees. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. From the table above, the results of the calculation of the t-test value of the Leadership Style variable (X1) with a t count of 8.353 and a significance of 0.000. It is said to be positive if the calculated t is greater than the t table (8.353 > 1.996) and the significance if it is less than (0.05 < 0.000) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that Leadership Style (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and produces an R Square value of 0.695 or 69.5% while the rest is 30.5%. Based on the results of the calculation of the Non-Physical Work Environment t test (X2) with a calculated t of 11.019 and a significance of 0.000. It is said to be positive if the calculated t is greater than the t table (11.019 > 1.996) and the significance if it is less than (0.05 < 0.000) then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) and produces an R Square value of 0.780 or 78% while the rest is 22%. Based on the results above, namely the ANOVA test, the Fcount value is 272.155 while the Ftable (   0.05) for n = 64 is 2.75. So Fcount> Ftable (0.05) or 272.155> 2.75, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Leadership Style (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) and together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) and produce an R Square value of 0.895 or 89.5% while the rest is 10.5%.

Abstract

Tiktok sebagai salah satu media sosial meluncurkan fitur market place yang disebut Tiktok Shop yang menggabungkan hiburan dan perdagangan elektronik secara langsung dalam satu aplikasi. Selain itu, selebriti yang memiliki pengaruh besar di kalangan generasi Z mampu membentuk persepsi dan keinginan konsumtif melalui promosi produk yang mereka lakukan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji asumsi klasik sebagai syarat analisis serta uji-t dan uji-F untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari uji parsial uji-t menunjukkan sebesar 2,961>1,997 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001<0,05. Maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel Tiktok Shop terhadap variabel Perilaku Konsumtif. Hasil dari uji parsial (uji-t) menunjukkan sebesar 8,910>1,997 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel Celebrity Endorsment terhadap variabel Perilaku Konsumtif. Nilai F hitung lebih besar dari nilai F tabel yaitu sebesar 38,436 > 3,14 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
