Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic economic management in a Green Economy Strategy Based on Waste Recycling. Currently, the increasing environmental problems faced by current and future generations have focused much attention on environmental protection and the growth of sustainable development. These environmental problems are not the responsibility of individuals or governments alone, but are something that needs to be addressed together. Green economy in this study is the management of waste such as mud, wood, clothing, plastic that can be utilized as entrepreneurship to restore the economy of affected communities. In addition, the integration of Islamic management and economics in a Green Economy Strategy based on flood waste recycling in this affected area can help the government in dealing with waste and in accordance with the concept of maqashid sharia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method and is enriched with a case study approach in disaster-affected areas. The results of this study enrich the study of Islamic economics by incorporating the perspective of the green economy and environmental management as an integral part of the Islamic economic system. This research demonstrates that Islamic economics is relevant and adaptive in addressing the challenges of the environmental crisis and sustainable development. The findings can serve as a basis for local governments, Islamic financial institutions, and MSMEs in designing green economy-based waste management policies and programs that align with Islamic values.

Abstract

This qualitative library research analyzes the influence of Sharia financial literacy and customer trust on bank Sharia selection decisions in Medan, North Sumatra, examining 278 credible documents from 2018-2025. Key findings confirm critically low Sharia literacy in Medan (5.9% vs national 9.47%) with mudharabah (78%) and murabahah (85%) understanding gaps, 18.7% trust erosion post-2023 panic withdrawal, and lagging Sharia banking penetration (5.2% vs 7.38% national) with 23.4% churn rate. Structural model Literacy (β=0.333)→ Trust(β=0.468)→ Decision(β=0.378)  proven significant (R²=0.47) via 23 SEM meta-analysis studies, exacerbated by Batak "guaranteed profit" culture (41%) and digital gap (28% vs 73%). Recommendations include "Guaranteed Mudharabah Profit", Medan Sharia Village program, and 50% mobile banking penetration (2027) for +4.8% growth. Theoretical contribution extends Ajzen's TPB with Sharia trust and non-Java context.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the causes of work stress experienced by employees and its impact on performance at PT Cube Integrasi Media, South Jakarta. The focus of this research is to determine the factors that lead to work stress, understand how stress affects employee productivity and work quality, and find appropriate strategies to overcome it. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and triangulation to ensure data validity. The study involved five employees from various positions within the company.The results indicate that work stress at PT Cube Integrasi Media is caused by several main factors, including excessive workload, tight deadlines, lack of control over work, and technical obstacles within the work system. In addition, the work environment and interpersonal relationships also contribute to increased employee stress levels. The impact of work stress includes reduced concentration, lower productivity, increased work errors, and both physical and mental health problems.Overall, the level of work stress among employees is categorized as high, which negatively affects both individual performance and overall organizational effectiveness. Therefore, it is essential for management to take strategic actions such as fair workload distribution, providing psychological support, and creating a more comfortable and supportive work environment to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT Sinergi Aitikom, South Jakarta. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in achieving organizational goals. Effective recruitment and proper job placement are believed to improve employee performance, yet in practice, companies often face challenges in selecting qualified candidates and assigning employees to positions that match their competencies. This research employed a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. The population consisted of all employees at PT Sinergi Aitikom, with 81 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: (1) recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 9.626 > t-table 1.990, a significance level of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.757; (2) job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 10.645 > t-table 1.990, a significance level of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.701; (3) recruitment and job placement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 77.268 > F-table 2.720, a significance level of 0.000, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.656 or 65.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that recruitment and job placement play an important role in improving employee performance. The company is advised to strengthen its recruitment system, ensure job placement aligns with employee competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceptions of bank policy, ease of access, and advertisement effectiveness on the interest of the people of Medan City in using Islamic banking services. The study employs the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as the theoretical framework, with attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control as mediators. A quantitative research method was applied by distributing questionnaires to 30 Muslim respondents in Medan City selected using purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results prove that the three independent variables have a positive and significant impact on public interest, both partially and simultaneously. Islamic bank policy is the most dominant factor, followed by advertisement effectiveness and ease of access. The research model has a very high explanatory power (R² = 97.8%). The research implications suggest the need for an integrated strategy for Islamic banks focusing on strengthening transparent sharia-based policies, optimizing physical and digital access networks, and educational sharia-compliant marketing campaigns to increase interest and service adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia through a qualitative approach based on a literature review of the latest scientific literature for the period 2020-2026. The main focus of the study lies in the Islamic SERVQUAL model which consists of five main dimensions, namely tangibles in the form of physical facilities that comply with Islamic principles, reliability which includes the reliability of Islamic contracts, responsiveness or responsiveness of services, assurance as a guarantee of compliance with the DSN-MUI fatwa, and empathy in the form of personal service based on trust and Islamic values, which have consistently been proven to be able to increase the level of customer satisfaction through systematic content analysis of various empirical studies. The results of the study indicate that overall service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, with the dimensions of responsiveness and assurance being the most dominant factors because both directly build customer trust in fundamental Islamic principles such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, and maisir which are the characteristics of Islamic banking. Furthermore, the use of digital technologies such as Islamic mobile banking and halal QRIS significantly contribute to improving customer accessibility and convenience, despite still being hampered by low levels of Islamic financial literacy and limited internet access in rural and remote areas. This study concludes that optimizing service quality is a key strategy to strengthen customer retention and loyalty in the rapidly growing Islamic banking industry, with total assets reaching IDR 831.95 trillion in September 2023 (10.94% YoY growth) and reaching IDR 1,028 trillion in October 2025. The resulting strategic recommendations include intensive human resource training based on Islamic SERVQUAL, innovation of halal digital services based on Islamic contracts, and a massive Islamic financial literacy education program to increase the national competitiveness of the Islamic banking industry in the global market.

Abstract

Abstract.  This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Organisational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Productivity (Y) at PT InfraCom Technology in Central Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The object of this study is the employees of PT Infracom Technology in Central Jakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 95 employees. The data analysis and testing techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Science (SPSS) Version 26. The results of this study show that organisational culture partially has a positive effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results, which show that the t-count from the organisational culture variable is 4.429, greater than the t-table value of 1.986 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The work environment partially has a positive effect on employee productivity, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results obtained from the work environment variable, where the t-value is 4.223, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.986 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Organisational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results showing that the calculated f value is greater than the table f value (14.517 > 3) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect between organisational culture and work environment variables on employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of sharia marketing strategies implemented by Islamic banks in an effort to increase customer loyalty. The study uses a qualitative approach by reviewing various relevant literature sources in the form of books and scientific articles. The focus of the study is on marketing strategies that emphasize service quality and customer relationship management. The results of the study indicate that excellent service, the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM), and product innovation in accordance with sharia principles play an important role in building and maintaining customer loyalty. Compliance with sharia values, the provision of personalized services, and ongoing education about Islamic banking products have been proven to increase customer trust. In addition, the use of digital technology, such as online banking services, contributes to improving customer access and satisfaction. Despite facing a number of obstacles, such as a lack of awareness regarding the use of applications and limited internet access in some areas, this study concludes that effectively implemented sharia marketing strategies can strengthen the relationship between banks and customers and expand the market share of sharia banking in the national banking industry.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at the Pamulang Subdistrict Office. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research, which is research with data collection through questionnaires and expressed in numerical form involving 69 employees. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial influence between Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Performance (Y) with a t-value of 11.505 > t-table 1.996, therefore Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, with a simple linear regression equation of Y = 7.737 + 0.794 (X1). The correlation value of RX1 is 0.815, and Leadership Style contributes 66.4% to Employee Performance, with the remaining 33.6% influenced by other factors. There is a partial influence between Organizational Culture (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) with a t-value of 12.363 > t-table 1.996, so Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, with a simple linear regression equation of Y = 6.449 + 0.827 (X2). The correlation value of RX2 is 0.834, and Organizational Culture contributes 69.5% to Employee Performance, with the remaining 30.5% influenced by other factors. There is a simultaneous influence between Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with a calculated F value of 80.675 > F table 3.14, or a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 5.765 + 0.301 (X1) + 0.545 (X2). The correlation value of RX12 0.842 and Leadership Style and Organizational Culture contributed 71% to Employee Performance, with the remaining 29% influenced by other factors. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Polymindo Permata Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Polymindo Permata Tangerang, totaling 62 respondents with a sample of 62 respondents. Data analysis techniques used data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that Work Discipline had a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 10.606 + 0.741X1. The correlation coefficient value was 0.750, the determination coefficient had a contribution of 56.3%, and the hypothesis test obtained a t count value > ttable or (8.799 > 2.001) which means H01 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. Job Satisfaction significantly influences Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 6.838 + 0.886X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.854, a coefficient of determination contributing 72.9%, and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table or (12.690 > 2.001), meaning H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction significantly influence Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = = 2.212 + 0.323X1 + 0.660X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.888, a coefficient of determination contributing 78.8%, and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (109.657 > 3.150), meaning H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.
