Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Hokky Bersama in Gandaria, South Jakarta City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which uses a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis t test and hypothesis f test. The results of the study showed that Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 17.598 + 0.644X1 This is evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (7.983> 1.671) and strengthened by the ρ value <Sig.0.05 or significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially indicated by the simple linear regression equation Y = 9.871 + 0.776X2 This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained a calculated value of t> ttable (10.742> 1.671) and reinforced by the value of ρ value <Sig.0.05 or a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the study of Work Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Hokky Bersama. Indicated by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.538 + 0.157X1 + 0.640X2 This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test simultaneously obtained a calculated value of f> ftable (59.437> 3.16) and reinforced by a significance value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The results of the coefficient determination test of the variables Work Motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) have an influence on Employee Performance at PT Hokky Bersama. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Work Motivation (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y)..

Abstract

In recent decades, financial attitude has increasingly been recognized as a key construct in explaining individuals’ financial management behavior and financial well-being. Despite the growing volume of studies on financial attitude, the existing literature remains fragmented across disciplines, contexts, and methodological approaches, thereby necessitating a systematic and comprehensive synthesis. This study aims to map the development, distribution, and intellectual structure of financial attitude research, while also assessing its relevance and implications for future research agendas and financial policy. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) combined with bibliometric analysis of Scopus-indexed articles published up to December 16, 2025. The literature selection process followed the PRISMA guidelines and resulted in 197 open-access articles, which were analyzed using VOSviewer to identify publication trends, collaboration patterns, and keyword networks. The findings indicate that financial attitude research has experienced substantial growth over the past decade and has evolved into a globally distributed and strongly interdisciplinary field. Keyword co-occurrence analysis reveals that financial attitude serves as a central conceptual node linking financial literacy, financial knowledge and skills, financial behaviour, and financial well-being. These results underscore the role of financial attitude as a critical mechanism bridging cognitive and behavioral dimensions in financial decision-making, with significant theoretical and practical implications for behavioral finance models, financial literacy policies, and interventions aimed at improving financial well-being. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive intellectual map of financial attitude research and by identifying future research opportunities across individual, social, and institutional contexts.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Paxel Algoritma Unggul Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan PT. Paxel Algoritma Unggul Cabang Jakarta Selatan dan dengan rumus Slovin di dapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefesien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT. Paxel Algoritma Unggul Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui nilai t-hitung sebesar 25,841 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel (1,975), dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,872. Kualitas Pelayanan juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 23,283 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel (1,975), dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,729. Secara simultan, Kepercayaan dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Nilai F-hitung sebesar 408.742 lebih besar dari F-tabel (3,09), dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,894 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut menjelaskan sebesar 89,4% variasi dalam Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sementara itu, sisanya sebesar 10,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (OSH) and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk Kitchen Division, Pasar Kemis, Tangerang Regency. The background of this study stems from the importance of implementing occupational safety and health (OSH) and creating a comfortable work environment to increase employee productivity and loyalty. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and analysed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that occupational safety and health (OSH) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.391. This indicates that the implementation of existing OSH procedures in the company is running well and according to procedure. Conversely, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.399. Simultaneously, both variables affect employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that improving employee performance at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia Tbk can be achieved through the management of a comfortable, safe, and productivity-supporting work environment, as well as the implementation of effective OSH programmes that do not hinder work processes Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and workload on employee productivity at PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal method. The sample consists of 80 respondents who are employees of PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia, and data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results show that: (1) leadership style has a significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 4.419 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 47.8%; (2) workload has a significant effect on work productivity with a t-value of 7.588 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 62.5%; and (3) simultaneously, leadership style and workload have a significant effect on work productivity with an F-value of 90.377 > F-table 3.11 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.701 indicates that both variables contribute 70.1% to employee productivity, while the remaining 29.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Therefore, the better the implementation of leadership style and the more optimal workload management, the higher the employee work productivity Keywords: leadership style, workload, work productivity, PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia.

Abstract

Chili is an important horticultural commodity with high price volatility that directly affects economic activities in traditional markets. This study aims to analyze the effect of rising chili prices on the supply quantity offered by traders at Sambu Traditional Market, Medan City, and to examine the applicability of the law of supply to perishable agricultural commodities. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive associative method. Data were collected through direct interviews with three chili traders selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that an increase in chili prices leads to a decrease in supply, with stock reductions ranging from 30 to 60 percent compared to normal conditions. This decline is driven by reduced consumer purchasing power, higher risk of losses due to unsold perishable goods, and disruptions in supply and distribution. These findings suggest that the law of supply does not fully apply to chili commodities due to external factors and the perishable nature of the product. Therefore, maintaining stable supply and efficient distribution is crucial to ensuring market balance in traditional chili markets.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of communication on improving employee performance at the Parung Serab Village Office, Ciledug District, Tangerang City. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation with one key informant and five other informants. The results indicate that the communication process is quite good, with good relationships between employees and their superiors and among themselves. However, understanding of communication skills still needs to be improved. Employee performance is quite good, with the quantity of work performed commensurate with the amount of work assigned, good cooperation, and effective supervision. However, the quality of performance and the timeliness of tasks from superiors still need to be improved for future improvement.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi layanan keuangan, termasuk pada sektor perbankan syariah. Digital banking syariah hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan akses keuangan dan mendorong adaptasi teknologi keuangan bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan digital banking syariah oleh pelaku UMKM serta perannya dalam proses adaptasi teknologi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur terhadap berbagai jurnal, buku, dan sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan digital banking syariah memberikan kemudahan akses pembiayaan, meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah, serta mendorong perubahan pola pengelolaan keuangan UMKM ke arah yang lebih modern dan efisien. Selain itu, faktor kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah menjadi aspek penting dalam penerimaan teknologi keuangan oleh pelaku UMKM. Dengan demikian, digital banking syariah berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperkuat inklusi keuangan dan mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the national economy, particularly in job creation and income distribution. However, the increasingly competitive and digital business environment demands that MSME actors make marketing decisions that are both accurate and adaptive. The shift in consumer behavior toward digital platforms, especially social media, presents both challenges and opportunities for service-based MSMEs. This study aims to identify the marketing decision-making challenges faced by MSME owners, with a case study conducted at Rani Salon in Karawang. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study utilizes an explanatory survey approach through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner. The findings reveal that the primary constraints in marketing decision-making include limited content ideas, the demands for consistency in digital promotion, and reliance on personal experience in strategy formulation. Nonetheless, decisions to leverage social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and to use WhatsApp Business for communication and reservation, have proven to gradually enhance customer numbers. The discussion indicates that the quality of marketing decisions is significantly influenced by the MSME operators' ability to understand digital consumer behavior and to adjust strategies flexibly. The research concludes that strengthening digital-based marketing decision-making capabilities is a key factor in sustaining and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs. The implications of this study are expected to provide practical guidance for MSME practitioners and serve as an academic reference for future research.

Abstract

The analysis in this study focuses on the digital marketing strategy implemented by the UMKM Tahu Sumedang Bang Amir located in Medan Denai District and aims to measure the extent of the increase in sales. This study is qualitative and descriptive technical using data collection methods conducted through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The distribution and increase in sales of Tahu Sumedang Bang Amir, this study, by utilizing digital marketing, including using social media, delivery applications, and Google Maps services, can be helped. Based on the data analysis, this study, the manager of the UMKM Tahu Sumedang Bang Amir, experiences obstacles in terms of digital skills and limited existing human resources. This study recommends utilizing social media actively and continuously, so that there is integration with online motorcycle taxi services, and to conduct digital marketing training.
