Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Islamic bank financing management contributes to sustainable development through the integration of sharia principles, environmental responsibility, and social welfare. Using a qualitative descriptive method based on literature synthesis, regulatory documents, and secondary data on sustainable financing and national emission trends, this study examines the implementation of financing practices at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and the role of green financing in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The results indicate that Islamic financing management significantly supports SDGs through inclusive financing, green financing allocations, environmental impact assessments, and digital transformation that enhances efficiency and reduces carbon footprints. The findings also show that BSI’s sustainable financing reached Rp 41.91 trillion in 2022, while national CO₂ intensity remained in the range of 47–57 Mt, highlighting the urgency for Islamic banks to strengthen their contribution to climate mitigation. Overall, Islamic financing management plays a strategic role in promoting economic growth, social equity, and environmental sustainability in alignment with maqasidal shariah.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio dan Earning Per Share on stock prices at PT.Sentul City Tbk either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research and uses statistical analysis. The population used is the financial statements of PT. Sentul City Tbk. The sample used is data from notes to financial statements, balance sheets and income statements of PT. Sentul City Tbk in the period 2008 to 2022. The variables used in this study consisted of the Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning Per Share, variablesas independent variables and stock price variables as the dependent variable. This research analysis used the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software program version 25.0. The research results obtained show that the results of the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) research have no effect on stock prices. Based on the results of the t test (Partial Test), the calculated t value < t table 0.05, namely (-0.584 < 2.17881) is not significant (0.574 > 0.05). Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on share prices. The t test (Partial Test) shows that t count > t table is significant < 0.05, namely (2.349 > 2.17881) and significant (0.043 < 0.05). Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have no effect on share prices based on the F test (Simultaneous Test) which shows that the calculated F value > F table is not significant < 0.05, namely (2.758 < 3.89) no significant (0.116 > 0.05), this shows that there is no significant influence simultaneously between Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on share prices. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work environment on employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City. The background of this research arises from the limited implementation of career development programs and the less optimal work environment, which are suspected to influence employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The sample in this study consisted of 86 employees of Ciledug District.. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires using a Likert scale, while the data analysis was processed with SPSS version 26, including validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the career development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 7.862 > t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t value of 6.472 > t table 1.989 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance, with an F value of 35.487 > F table 3.110 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 46.1% indicates that career development and work environment contribute to improving employee performance, while the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other factors. The results emphasize the importance of continuous career development and a conducive work environment in enhancing employee performance at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at PT. Infracom Technology in Central Jakarta. The background of this study stems from the existence of work stress in individual characteristics and the suboptimal work environment, which are suspected to affect employee performance. The type of research used was quantitative research with an associative method. The population in this study was all 100 employees of PT. Infracom Technology in Central Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale, while data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 software, which included validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the career development variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 5.633 > t-table = 1.984 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.515 > t-table = 1.984 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value = 63.453 > table F = 3.09 and significance 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 56.7% indicates that individual characteristics and work environment influence employee performance, while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study emphasize the importance of continuous career development and a conducive work environment in improving employee performance at PT. Infracom Technology in Central Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Infracom Technology in Central Jakarta. The background of this study stems from suboptimal employee performance and the company's failure to achieve its targets. The type of research used was quantitative research with an associative method. The sample in this study was 96 employees of  PT Infracom Technology, Central Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale, while data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26, which included validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 8.578 > t-table = 1.986 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The work discipline variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 11.702 > t-table = 1.986 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value = 104.784 > table F = 3.090 and significance 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 69.3% shows that organizational culture and work discipline contribute to improving employee performance, while the remaining 30.7% is influenced by other factors. The results of this study emphasize the importance of a conducive organizational culture and work discipline in improving employee performance at PT Infracom Technology, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how leadership style and work discipline influence employee performance at Setu District, South Tangerang City. It also seeks to understand the effect of leadership style on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Setu District, South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 79 employees of Setu District, using saturated sampling. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, and significance tests of the F-test. The results show that simultaneously, leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the F-test result with Fhitung = 527.221 and sig. = 0.000 < 0.05. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = -0.224 + 0.678 X1 + 0.303 X2. The correlation coefficient R is 0.966, indicating a very strong multiple relationship between the two independent variables and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination R Square shows that 0.933 or 93.3% of employee performance variables are collectively influenced by leadership style and work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategy, service quality, and product availability on consumer loyalty at OMI (UINSU Campus Minimarket). This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive overview of OMI's marketing and service activities. The results indicate that marketing strategies, encompassing product, price, promotion, and location, play a crucial role in attracting consumer interest and loyalty. In terms of service, a friendly, responsive attitude, and ease of transactions provide a positive shopping experience, encouraging repeat purchases. Furthermore, a product availability tailored to the needs of UINSU students and academics is a key factor in maintaining consumer loyalty. Overall, appropriate marketing strategies, good service, and a complete product range have been shown to contribute to increasing OMI consumer loyalty. This research is expected to serve as an evaluation and reference for campus minimarket managers in increasing competitiveness and attracting business.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the extent to which job stress and the work environment influence employee performance at PT Raffly HDPE Indonesia. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 62 respondents who completed a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The analysis revealed that job stress significantly affects employee performance, demonstrated by a t-value of 10.645 exceeding the critical value of 1.988, with a significance of 0.000. The work environment also shows a significant effect, reflected by a t-value of 12.639 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, both variables exert a significant influence on employee performance, indicated by an F-value of 104.134 with a significance of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.779 shows that 77.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by job stress and the work environment, whereas the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Tumbuh Sukses Nastari, Bogor Regency. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Tumbuh Sukses Nastari, Bogor Regency. The sampling method in this study used saturated sampling techniques, data analysis methods used were descriptive statistical tests, instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), correlation tests, coefficient of determination tests, regression tests, and hypothesis tests using SPSS Ver.25. The results of this study are that Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of (30.6%), and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (4.604>1.677). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of (36.3%) and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (5.230>1.677). Work discipline and work environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.355 + 0.315X1 + 0.457X2, the coefficient of determination value is (40.3%) while the remaining (59.7%) is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (15.800 > 3.200). Keywords: Work discipline, Physical work environment, Employee performance

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada RS Andi Makkasau di Kota Parepare merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis hasil kusioner yang dibagikan kepada responden sebanyak 74 pegawai yang dipilih secara random. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji parsial (uji t) , dan uji simultan (uji F). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada RSUD Andi Makkasasu kota Parepare dengan nilai thitung 2,018 > ttabel 1,995 dengan nilai signifikan 0,046 < 0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD Andi Makkasau dengan nilai Fhitung 13,004 > Ftabel 3,16 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,562 atau 56,2% variable kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variable work life balance, sementara 0,438 atau 43,8% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang belum diteliti.
