Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on the decision to purchase O Two O mascara on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Technological developments have changed consumer behavior in online shopping, where ease of access, promotions, and product reviews influence consumer choices. The research method used is quantitative with a positivistic approach, involving 104 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of price and product quality variables on purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price, although positive, is not significant. This indicates that consumers prioritize durability, reliability, and the results of O Two O mascara makeup over price variations in their purchasing decisions. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of manufacturers maintaining product quality and packaging design to retain consumer trust, while pricing strategies can be optimized to attract new consumers without compromising quality perception. This study provides insights for cosmetics manufacturers and e-commerce marketers to understand consumer behavior and formulate effective marketing strategies in the context of digital commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between the non-physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance in Outpatients at Siloam Hospital TB Simatupang . The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach and saturated sampling technique with a population and sample of 87 respondents. The value of the correlation coefficient of the non-physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance is at the level of 0.936, so the level of correlation between variables is interpreted as very strong. Hypothesis test obtained X values of 1 t count t table or ( 3.646 > ttable 1.988 ) and the value (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 thus shows that there is a positive and significant partial influence between the non-physical work environment on employee performance in Outpatient Care at Siloam Hospital TB Simatupang . Hypothesis testing obtained X2 values . t count > t table or ( 5.914 ttable 1.988 ) and the value (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 thus shows that there is a positive and significant partial influence between work discipline on employee performance in Outpatient Care at Siloam Hospital Tb Simatupang . The results of this study are non-physical work environment (X 1 ) and work discipline (X 2 ) with multiple regression equation Y = 0.156 + 0.457X 1 + 0.743X 2 . which can be interpreted as non-physical work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance . Partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained f count f table ( 296,398 > 3.11 ) and significant < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning the non-physical work environment (X 1 ) and work discipline (X 2 ) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance . The results of the analysis of the Determination coefficient tested together have an influence of 0.876 or 87.6% while the remaining 12.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk based on profitability ratios, namely Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) during the 2015-2024 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, utilizing secondary data in the form of the company's financial reports. The analysis technique is carried out by calculating the ROA and ROE ratios each year and interpreting the results. The results show that the company's financial performance fluctuated during the study period, but generally experienced an increasing trend at the end of the period. This indicates that the company is able to improve the efficiency of its asset and capital utilization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on stock prices at PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk for the period 2009–2023. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements. The analytical methods used include descriptive statistics, normality test, coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression. The results show that descriptively, profitability and stock prices fluctuated during the observation period. The normality test results indicate that profitability data are normally distributed, while stock price data are not normally distributed. The coefficient of determination shows that profitability contributes 20.6% to stock prices, while the remaining 79.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The regression results indicate that profitability has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that profitability does not have a significant effect on stock prices at PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk for the period 2009–2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Bluebird Tbk during the 2015-2024 period using a descriptive research method. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements published annually. The analysis focuses on financial ratios, including liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, and solvency ratios, to evaluate the company's financial condition.The results show that PT Bluebird Tbk experienced fluctuations in financial performance throughout the observed period, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which significantly impacted revenue and profitability. However, the company demonstrated resilience by gradually improving its financial condition in the post-pandemic period. Liquidity ratios indicate that the company remains capable of meeting its short-term obligations, while profitability ratios show recovery trends in recent years. Solvency ratios suggest that the company maintains a manageable level of debt. This study provides insights into the financial stability and performance trends of PT Bluebird Tbk and can be used as a reference for investors and stakeholders in decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing and e-commerce implementation on the sales performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia from a socio- economic perspective. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study method to explore the relationship between digital technological changes and the social behavior of MSME actors. The findings reveal that the use of digital marketing and e-commerce can increase MSME sales by 30–50 percent compared to conventional methods. Beyond its economic effects, digitalization also transforms social interactions, shifting them from face-to-face communication to digital-based relationships, where trust is built through online reputation. However, the study also identifies challenges such as limited digital literacy and unequal access to technology, which create social disparities among MSME actors. Therefore, enhancing digital literacy and expanding digital infrastructure are crucial to ensuring an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation that supports economic growth and social cohesion

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work loyalty on the performance of contract employees at Burger King Restaurant, Central Jakarta Area. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of 150 employees, while the sample comprised 110 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate and purposive sampling technique, specifically contract employees who have worked for more than three years. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance with a t-value of 5.443 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Work loyalty also has a positive and significant effect on contract employee performance with a t-value of 8.177 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, and it is the most dominant variable in improving employee performance. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and work loyalty significantly influence contract employee performance with an F-value of 82.302 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.360 indicates that organizational commitment and work loyalty explain 36.0% of employee performance, while the remaining 64.0% is influenced by other factors outside this study. It can be concluded that improving organizational commitment and work loyalty among contract employees is an important factor in enhancing contract employee performance at Burger King Restaurant, Central Jakarta Area.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Training and Work Ability on the Performance of Employees at Jakarta Baru Cosmopolitan. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all employees of PT Jakarta Baru Cosmopolitan, and the sample in this study uses the simple random sampling technique with a 5% margin of error. The data analysis technique is simple and multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that partially, Training (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression value of Y = 6.640 + 1.300X1 and a coefficient of determination of 72.2% and t-count of 15.044 > 1.988. Therefore, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Work Ability (X2) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression value of Y = 67.814 – 0.517X2 and a coefficient of determination of 8.3%, supported by t-count 2.812 > 1.988. Therefore, H2 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Training and Work Ability simultaneously have a regression value of Y = 12.485 + 1.269X1 – 0.149X2 and a coefficient of determination of 72.9% and an F-count of 115.574 > 2.71. Therefore, H3 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the significant influence between Work Discipline and Communication both partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Teleoperation unit of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population used is employees at the Teleoperation unit of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk as many as 99 people. The sample used was 99 people. The sampling technique is the saturated sample technique. The data analysis test used is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Coefficient Test R, Simple and Multiple Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis t Test and F Test (Simultaneous). The results of this study are work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the results of the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (12.535 > 1.661). Communication has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the results of the hypothesis test obtained by t count > t table or (13.667 > 1.661). Work Discipline and Communication have a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the results of the hypothesis test obtained by F count > F table or (99.228 > 2.700).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze product quality improvement strategies in achieving customer satisfaction at Family Snack Cibubur, East Jakarta. The background of this research is based on the increasingly competitive snack food industry, requiring businesses to enhance product quality and provide optimal service to maintain customer loyalty. Product quality and customer satisfaction are key factors in improving competitiveness and ensuring business sustainability. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants consist of the business owner, employees in administration, display, packaging, and cashier sections, as well as customers. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing supported by SWOT analysis. The results indicate that the product quality improvement strategies implemented by Family Snack include selecting high-quality raw materials, maintaining consistent taste, using attractive and safe packaging, ensuring product cleanliness, and improving friendly and responsive service. Based on the SWOT analysis, the business is positioned in Quadrant I (progressive strategy), indicating strong internal strengths that can effectively utilize external opportunities. Product quality improvements oriented toward customer needs have been proven to increase customer trust, satisfaction, and repurchase intention. Therefore, the combination of product quality and service becomes a key factor in creating customer loyalty and supporting business sustainability in a dynamic market environment.
