Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and the work environment on employee productivity at PT Arisuadi Sejahtera Abadi. The research method used is quantitative research, which means research used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled. The population in this study was 53 respondents. Data analysis uses Smart PLS 3.0 software and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value is 3,588 or > 1.96 , it is stated that there is a significant influence between work stress variables on employee productivity. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values ​​of 0.000 or <0.05 and the work environment t-statistics value has a value of 5,468 or > 1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between work environment variables on employee productivity

Abstract

The research method used is quantitative research, this research is used to test populations and samples with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the path coefficient hypothesis test have a P value of > 0.000 or > 0.05 and the t statistical value of the work environment has a value of 5.192 or > 1.96 so that it is stated that there is a significant influence between work environment variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.002 or <0.05 and the work discipline t-statistic value has a value of 3.095 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable on employee performance. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a P-value of 0.000 or <0.05 and the communication t-statistic value has a value of 3.630 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between work discipline. variables on employee performance. Based on the results, the coefficient of determination (R Square) in the first substructure is 0.993, which means that simultaneously the total influence of the work environment, work discipline and communication on employee performance is 99.3%.

Abstract

Finding out how interested female students in Surakarta are in Muslim fashion products is the main goal of this research. Businesses and fashion designers are vying to create the most cutting-edge styles as the demand for fashion is expected to skyrocket, driving the industry forward. Influencers, lifestyle, and electronic word of mouth are a few of the many factors that can entice customers to make a purchase. Participants were surveyed using Google Forms in this quantitative study. In order to represent an unknown population in this study, 117 participants were randomly selected using the hair formula, which entails multiplying the number of indicators by 5-10. Data analysis includes procedures for evaluating data instruments, checking for classical assumptions, and doing multiple linear regression analysis. Data was analyzed statistically using SPSS Statistics for Windows, version 22. The results of this study show that e-WOM has no impact on consumers' intent to buy, in contrast to lifestyle influences and influencers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of unemployment and poverty on the welfare of the people of Mekar Jaya Village, this research is quantitative. The sample used was 170 respondents. Based on the research results, there is one variable that does not have a significant effect on the welfare of the people of Mekar Jaya Village, namely the poverty variable, while the unemployment variable has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people of Mekar Jaya Village. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between unemployment and poverty with an Adjusted R Square (R2) value of 0.408 or 40.8%, which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable gives an influence of 40.8% and the remaining 59.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Distribution channels are channels used to distribute goods from producers to consumers. On CV. There are several factors at Adila Snack Jambi that can become obstacles in distribution, including the first human factor, where in distribution the company requires skilled humans or employees. The second is vehicles. Therefore, companies must prepare good vehicles so that distribution can run effectively. This research aims to find out how effective distribution channels are to increase the distribution of snacks at CV. Adila Snack Jambi, The benefits of this research are theoretically able to contribute ideas to the development of economics. It is hoped that the practical benefits can be used as information about distribution to increase sales. This type of research is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature using primary and secondary data sources, interview and documentation data collection techniques and the analysis technique used is qualitative analysis using inductive thinking methods. The results of this research are that the distribution channel used by CV Adila Snack Jambi is a one-level channel. One level channel is a marketing intermediary between producers and consumers (CV Adila Snack Jambi and traders-consumers). The distribution strategy used by CV Adila Snack Jambi is intensive distribution, namely distributing products through as many channels and channel members (traders and outlets) as possible.

Abstract

This research was used to measure the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the work discipline of Bojong Rawalumbu District office employees. This research is quantitative research whose object is used by employees of the Bojong Rawalumbu District office. This research uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. The number of samples used in this research was 58 respondents. Data processing and hypothesis testing using SPSS 27 software. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a partial effect on Work Discipline (Y). Organizational Culture (X2) partially influences Work Discipline (Y). Simultaneous test results show that Leadership Style (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously influence Work Discipline (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Earning Per Share and Return on Assets on Share Prices both simultaneously and partially at PT Semen Indonesia for the 2011-2022 period. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach and the data source used is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedicity tests and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the statistical method T test and F test and the coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the Earning Per Share t test, it can be seen that t_count (4.930) > t-table (2.262) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 so that the hypothesis shows that H_o1 is rejected and H_a1 is accepted, meaning that the Earning Per Share variable has a positive and significant effect on Share Prices and The results of the Return On Asset t test can be seen t_(count) 1.586) < t-table (2.262) with a significance level of 0.147 > 0.05 so that the hypothesis shows that H_o1 is accepted and H_a1 is rejected, meaning that the Return On Asset variable has no effect and is not significant on Price Share. Based on the research results, it shows that F_count (12,395) > F-table (4.26) with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05, thus H_o1 is rejected and H_a1 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables Earning Per Share and Return On Assets. to the Share Price of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk. Then the coefficient of determination value for the Earning Per Share and Return On Asset variables is 73,4% so that the remaining 26,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Wara Barat Health Center in Palopo City. The results of this study are that there is a partial positive effect between Work Discipline and Employee Performance at the West Wara Health Center in Palopo City. The test results show that the influence of the dependent variable (X) on the independent variable (Y) has a strong influence and can be proven by the coefficient of determination (R2) with a result of 0.688 = 68.8% and the remaining 31.2% is caused by the variables not examined. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.00 ≥ 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.829 meaning that the relationship or correlation/with the dependent variable (X) work discipline has a very strong effect on the independent variable (Y) the performance of West Wara Health Center employees Palo City.

Abstract

. Research has the aim of knowing the factors that influence purchasing decisions. That is by examining several variables, namely Electronic Word of Mouth, Store Atmosphere and location at the Bukit Durian Wonosalam Jombang restaurant. Based on quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 100 visitors at the Bukit Durian Wonosalam Jombang restaurant using the incidental sampling technique method. The findings in the study indicate (1) The level of E-WOM, Store Atmosphere and location partially influence purchasing decisions at the Bukit Durian Wonosalam Jombang restaurant (2) The level of E-WOM, Store Atmosphere and location simultaneously influence consumer decisions in making purchases at the Bukit Durian Wonosalam Jombang restaurant.
