Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of Kendal Regency by analyzing the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio of Original Regional Income (PAD) in the Kendal Regency APBD Realization Report. The data used is the Budget Realization Report for the 2018 – 2022 fiscal year. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical methods. The results of the research show that the PAD effectiveness ratio for Kendal Regency for the 2018 - 2022 budget year has an average achievement level of 98.2% of the determined budget, which is considered quite effective. Kendal Regency's financial performance for the 2018 - 2022 budget year based on the PAD efficiency ratio is classified as very efficient with an annual average of 93.2% of the budget determined to be classified as less efficient.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Hawai Bakery Agen Merauke outlet. (2) To determine the influence of price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Hawai Bakery Agen Merauke outlet. (3) The approach taken in this research uses a quantitative research approach and the population in this research is 4,757 with a research sample of 94 people. The research results show that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the calculated t value being greater than the t table value, namely 2.600 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.011 < 0.05 for the purchasing decision variable and a value of 10.615 > 1.985 for the price variable with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

Financial performance is a description of a company's success which can be used in decision making by analyzing financial reports using liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios with the aim of knowing and explaining the picture of financial performance at PT BNI (Persero) Tbk in each period. This research uses a descriptive method. The type of data used is secondary data. The data source used is the financial report of PT BNI (Persero) Tbk for the period 2021-2022. The data analysis used in this research is ratio calculation. The results of the analysis show the financial performance of PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk is quite good, although the results of the ROE analysis calculations fluctuate

Abstract

Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia, as a company operating in the technology and information sector, is also not immune from these challenges. In an increasingly competitive context, PT. Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia has a great interest in understanding the factors that can influence its employees' decisions to stay with the company or to resign. One factor that may play an important role in this is work stress and workload faced by employees. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee turnover intention at PT Sepulsa Teknologi Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative. The results obtained are that work stress is an individual's reaction to a mismatch between job demands and the resources they have, while workload refers to the volume and complexity of tasks carried out by employees. The majority of reasons why people stop working are because they resign, the workload is too high, causing work stress and getting a job offer in a new place. The conclusions obtained include that turnover intention which is influenced by work stress shows that H1 is accepted, turnover intention which is influenced by workload shows that H2 is rejected, and turnover intention which is influenced by stress and workload shows that H3 is accepted.

Abstract

By doing this research aims to examine the financial performance of the Pematang Siantar City Government. This analysis uses Effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio to assess financial performance. This study is included in the category of quantitative descriptive research. The data used comes from the Financial Report of the Pematang Siantar City Government for the 2020-2023 budget period. Financial ratio analysis is the method used to perform this analysis. The results of the research show that the financial performance of the Pematangsiantar City Government the effectiveness ratio level of PAD receipts in Pematang Siantar City is very effective and for the level of efficiency ratio is still above 90% indicating that financial performance is less efficient Regional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock returns of retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2021-2022 period in quarters I, II, III and IV, either partially or simultaneously. The financial ratios studied are: Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), Price to Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER). The population in this study are retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2021-2022 period in quarters I, II, III and IV. The research sample was 15 retail trading companies obtained using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is documentation. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that partially the CR and PBV variables have an effect on stock returns, while ROA and PER have no effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, the variables CR, ROA, PBV and PER influence stock returns. The results of the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2) obtained a value of 0.489, this shows that the variables CR, ROA, PBV and PER influence stock returns in retail trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2021-2022 period in the first quarter. , II, III and IV amounted to 48.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on work productivity at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics in Palopo City simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted on 19 employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics Office of Palopo City with a quantitative approach. Data were obtained using a questionnaire that was distributed randomly and measured with a Likert scale unit. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Training and work discipline have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Palopo. (2) Training has a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Palopo. (3) Work discipline does not significantly influence the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Palopo.

Abstract

This study explores the budget realization reports in the Medan City Goverment in 2020-2022, through an analytical descriptive approach. Involving a study of budget realization reports and interviews with relevant parties, this research explores the extent to which budget realization achievements meet predetermined targets and their impact on regional development. The analysis includes an evaluation of the relationship between the planned budget and the actual realization. In addition, the study identifies factors that influence budget performance and evaluates the implications of budget realization on regional development. The results of this study provide a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management in the Medan City Goverment in 2020-2022. The findings are expected to make a valuable contribution in designing more responsive policies that support sustainable development at the local level.

Abstract

Analysis of Work Motivation as an Effort to Improve Employee Performance at Café Transeat". Management Study Program 66 Kendari High School of Economics. Supervised by: Pasrun Adam as supervisor I and Indira Yuana as supervisor II. This study aims to find out and analyze: "how work motivation is given in an effort to improve employee performance at Café Transeat". The object of this research is the Analysis of Work Motivation as an Effort to Improve Employee Performance at Café Transeat. The informants of this study are cafe owners. To get an overview of the transeat café, it includes the profile and vision and mission of the café. And Café Treanseat employees. To obtain complete information about the conditions in Café Transeat. The information in this research is motivation and performance. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study concluded that Work motivation has an effect on increasing employee performance at Café Transeat.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to investigate the role of Richesee employee involvement in Serang City in optimizing the recruitment and selection process. Employee engagement is identified as a key element that can influence the effectiveness and efficiency of employee recruitment and selection processes. This research uses qualitative research methods, involving in-depth interviews with Richesee employees, human resources managers, and other related parties. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of how the involvement of Richesee employees in Serang City can influence the recruitment and selection process. In addition, this research will provide recommendations for companies and human resource practitioners in increasing employee engagement to optimize the employee recruitment and selection process. The conclusions of this research are expected to make a significant contribution to the human resource management literature and provide a more in-depth view of the role of employee involvement in the context of the recruitment and selection process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran keterlibatan karyawan Richesee di Kota Serang dalam mengoptimalkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi. Keterlibatan karyawan diidentifikasi sebagai elemen kunci yang dapat memengaruhi efektivitas dan efisiensi proses perekrutan dan seleksi karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan Richesee, manajer sumber daya manusia, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana keterlibatan karyawan Richesee di Kota Serang dapat memengaruhi proses rekrutmen dan seleksi. Selain itu, penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan dan praktisi sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan untuk mengoptimalkan proses perekrutan dan seleksi karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia dan memberikan pandangan yang lebih mendalam tentang peran keterlibatan karyawan dalam konteks proses rekrutmen dan seleksi.
