Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to analyze the role of trade unions at PT. XYZ with a focus on its contribution to the dynamics of industrial relations. Trade union responsibilities involve efforts to safeguard the welfare of members, handle labor issues, implement collective work agreements, and resolve labor relations conflicts. Analysis focuses on employment negotiations, problem solving, and participation in decision making. Barriers identified include low level of education and skills of members as well as suboptimal time coordination. The role of trade unions in making collective work agreements is based on Law Number 13 of 2003. Efforts to overcome these obstacles are carried out through training programs, legal assistance, structured negotiation planning, active member participation, external cooperation and effective communication. It is hoped that these steps will increase the effectiveness of trade unions in dealing with obstacles and strengthen their role in building sustainable industrial relations. Thus, this research can provide insight into the dynamics of industrial relations at PT. XYZ and provide recommendations for future improvements and development. Key words: Trade Unions, Management, Productivity Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran serikat pekerja di PT. XYZ dengan fokus pada kontribusinya dalam dinamika hubungan industrial. Tanggung jawab serikat pekerja melibatkan upaya menjaga kesejahteraan anggota, menangani permasalahan perburuhan, melaksanakan perjanjian kerja bersama, dan menyelesaikan konflik hubungan kerja. Analisis difokuskan pada negosiasi ketenagakerjaan, penyelesaian masalah, dan partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hambatan yang diidentifikasi meliputi rendahnya pendidikan dan keterampilan anggota serta koordinasi waktu yang tidak optimal. Peran serikat pekerja dalam pembuatan perjanjian kerja bersama didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003. Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut dilakukan melalui program pelatihan, bantuan hukum, perencanaan perundingan yang terstruktur, partisipasi aktif anggota, kerjasama eksternal, dan komunikasi yang efektif. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas serikat pekerja dalam menghadapi hambatan serta memperkuat peran mereka dalam membangun hubungan industrial yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan tentang dinamika hubungan industrial di PT. XYZ dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan ke depannya. Abstract

This research aims to describe the Islamic Economic view regarding the demand for wedding money in Lekosula Village and the use of wedding money in related businesses in Lekosula Village. This research was carried out using qualitative methods with a field research approach. Inductive analysis techniques are used to explain specific things and then draw conclusions. The results of the research found that the Islamic Economic View in looking at the demand for wedding money given by the prospective groom to the prospective bride, with a fairly high amount, had a negative impact on both the prospective groom and the prospective bride, where the demand for wedding money was such a high number is never taught in Islamic Sharia. Therefore, Islamic Sharia prohibits anything excessive, Islam only requires a dowry and not wedding money, but wedding money is not prohibited if it does not burden the prospective bridegroom. Other findings show that wedding money has a positive impact on entrepreneurs involved in the wedding event and making significant profits.

Abstract

The majority of Muslims' understanding of zakat is still limited to the normative dimension. Zakat tends to be understood in a legalistic way and seems to be separated from the main mission of zakat, namely the economic welfare of Muslims. This article aims to describe zakat as a socio-economic instrument during the time of the Prophet Muhammad. Methodologically, this article uses the library research method with data collection techniques through articles, books and other supporting documents. This article confirms that the historicity of zakat is closely related to Islamic efforts to achieve economic balance in society. Initially, this zakat collection was a criticism of economic inequality at that time and therefore, within the minimum limit of a person's wealth reaching 85 grams, he was obliged to pay zakat. The meaning is that the zakat instrument is presented for economic equality and pays attention to eight social groups from economic and theological aspects. The article recommends that contemporary zakat governance pay attention to aspects of sustainable economic improvement for zakat mustahik.

Abstract

This research seeks answers to the impact of commitment and individual characteristics on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of Central Tapanuli Regency. Using a sample of 35 employees, Multiple Linear Regression analysis was carried out. The results of the t test show that commitment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), with tcount of 2.551 > ttable 2.034, and Sig 0.016 < 0.05. On the other hand, individual characteristics (X2) do not have a significant effect on employee performance, with tcount 2.092 < ttable 2.034, and Sig 0.044 > 0.05. The F test states that simultaneously, commitment and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Fcount 7.151 > Ftable 3.29). The research conclusion confirms that individual commitment and characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat of Central Tapanuli Regency. Thus, the hypothesis of this research can be accepted, indicating that these factors partially or simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out Sharia marketing strategies and the inhibiting and supporting factors of the Sungai Muluk Village farmer group, this research is qualitative type using primary and secondary data sources. The object of this research is a number of members or red ginger farmers from Sungai Muluk village. Data was obtained directly from 15 respondents using data analysis methods, namely observation, interviews and personal documentation, then the data was processed using data processing techniques and SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that: The red ginger farmer group in Sungai Muluk village, in implementing their marketing strategy, uses the characteristics recommended or guided by the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely Theistic, Ethical, Realistic and Humanist, the marketing strategy implemented by the red ginger farmer group Sungai Muluk village is not running smoothly because there are several inhibiting factors, namely, insufficient capital, competition and price and supporting factors, namely product and location.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, on loyalty and the simultaneous influence between variables influencing organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, on sampling loyalty from populations determined by saturated sampling (census) and the sample size of 44 respondents.The method used to analyze the data is a regression analysis which previously tested the data first with the reliability test, validity test, normality test and classical statistical assumptions, for this classic assumption test consists of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests.The results obtained show that organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of Flash Sales, Discounts and the Tagline "Free Shipping" on Impulsive Buying with the Shopee user population in Soloraya. Sampling used non-probability sampling and used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 130 respondents. . Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This research applies several data tests, namely data instrument tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The results of the t test state that the Flash Sale and Discount variables have an insignificant influence on Impulsive Buying, while the tagline "Free Shipping" has a significant influence on Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of relocation, length of business, business capital on MSME income at the Manahan Solo shelter. This type of research is qualitative research. The population in this study were 120 traders at the Manahan Solo shelter. The sample in this study was determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The research results show that relocation has a significant effect on income, length of business has a significant effect on MSME income, business capital has a significant effect on income. The results of the relocation F test, length of business and business capital have a significant effect on MSME income.

Abstract

This research focuses on the potential for religious and cultural tourism in the city of Jambi. The aim of this research is to find out the potential and obstacles that occur in tourist destinations and to find out the strategies used to develop these tourist destinations. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with the Miles and Huberman Model which is then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The research results show that the development of religious and cultural tourism in Jambi City is still not well realized due to the lack of government role and public awareness about tourism, but on the other hand, Jambi City has potential Islamic history and culture. The strategy used can optimize the tourism potential of Jambi City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital, labor and raw materials on MSME income. The object of this research focuses on pottery craftsmen in Melikan Village, Wedi District, Klaten Regency. There are several factors that influence income such as the amount of capital, labor, and raw materials. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The approach used is a quantitative approach and uses a case study type of research. By using the Slovin formula, a population of 201 craftsmen and an error limit of 10 percent, a sample of 67 craftsmen was obtained. The results of this research show that partially capital has a significant effect on income. Labor does not have a significant effect on Income and Raw Materials do not have a significant effect on Income. Capital, Labor and Raw Materials simultaneously influence Income.
