Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of MSME actors in preparing MSME financial statements. This study used primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with Likert scale measurement techniques. The population of this study is all MSME players in the Klewer Market as many as 2,215 actors with samples selected using the puposive sampling method by applying the slovin formula which produces as many as 96 MSMEs. In this study, instrument tests were carried out with validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests with normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis tests with f tests and t tests. The result of this study is that the use of technology and educational background have a positive effect on interest in compiling MSME financial statements in the Surakarta Klewer Market while business scale, socialization and business age do not affect interest in compiling MSME financial statements in the Surakarta Klewer Market.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at Sambal Galak Grand Wisata in Bekasi is impacted by the quality of the products and services offered. This kind of study is descriptive and quantitative. This type of primary data is generated by an online questionnaire. The population is the grand tour community in Bekasi with a sample of 140 respondents with the hair formula. In this technique, data analysis using SPSS 26. The validity, reliability, normalcy, multiple linear regression, hypothesis, F, and determination coefficient tests were among the data analysis methods employed in this investigation. The study's findings partially explain how customer happiness is influenced by service quality. Partially the effect of Product Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, The criteria that affect customer satisfaction are Service Quality and Product Quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at PT. Bumi Agung Mighty Beautiful. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are consumers of PT. Bumi Agung Mighty Beautiful. The results of this research show that the variables product quality, service quality, price and location partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on Instagram on purchasing decisions at Hijab Hijacu store with quantitative approach. The research was conducted on 50 followers of Instagram @hijacuhijab account who had made online purchasing as a sample. Data were obtained using a questionnaire that has been online distributed and measured with a Likert scale. After analyzing with simple regression, it shows that ownership of social media has a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, it is quite challenging to predict economic growth and development. Changes in the global economy, social structure, and cultural landscape are to blame. It goes without saying that this will also impact how the global economy is structured. Changes in people's consumption habits have given birth to concepts that are beneficial to the food service industry, one of which is fast food. Many investors in the fast food sector are taking advantage of this economic opportunity. Fast food is ready-to-eat food that can be eaten immediately, such as fried chicken, hamburgers and pizza. Because it is easy to find ready-to-eat food on the market, a variety of foods can be offered according to taste and income. Plus, it takes less time and effort to prepare, making it ideal for people who are always on the go. In today's economy, some customers choose KFC over other fast food restaurants. Therefore, this research set limits on consumers of KFC fast food restaurants in the Palopo area, South Sulawesi. Because it is located close to the market and hypermarket, in terms of competition there are other fast food outlets in this place, such as Ok Bento and McDonald's. So with the many fast food outlets available, KFC always satisfies consumers.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of trust on purchasing decisions at Café Umi Ayue. Consumer trust in a brand or place can play an important role in the purchasing process. In the context of cafes, consumer confidence in the quality of products, service, cleanliness and reputation of cafes can influence their decisions to purchase and return to visit. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires to visitors to Café Umi Ayue. The research sample consisted of cafe visitors who were randomly selected. Data analysis was carried out using the regression method to determine the extent to which consumer trust influences their purchasing decisions at Café Umi Ayue. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide better insight into the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions in cafes, especially in the context of trust. The practical implications of this research can help Café Umi Ayue management in increasing consumer confidence through more effective marketing strategies and quality service.

Abstract

This research reveals the main problems relating to employee performance. Thus, this research aims to determine the effect of work life balance on employee performance at PT. Columbus, Palopo city. This research is correlational with a quantitative approach applied using statistical formulas to assist in analyzing the data and facts obtained. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Columbus in the city of Palopo as many as 38 people. The sample in this research is employees at PT. Colombus, Palopo city, as many as 38 people were taken using saturated sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between the influence of work life balance on employee performance at PT. Columbus, Palopo city, where the significance value is 0.001 <0.05. Work life balance and job satisfaction contribute to respondents' performance, so they can be used as benchmarks for improving employee performance.

Abstract

Cooperative for INKA’s employee, known as Kopinka, operates in the field of goods and servieces through its business units. Despite promotional activities through social media, Whatsapp groups, discount banners, shooping vouchers, and a company profile, the observations indicate a lack of complete content and less attractive design. This study employs an action research approach using CorelDraw to design the company profile booklet for Kopinka Madiun. Involving 10 units of analysis, including computer experts, marketing experts, company representatives, and consumers, the research result show high average values for the dimensions of empathy, persuasion, impact, and communications. With an Epic rate of 4,5 out of 5, the booklet is considered highly effective, suitable for user, and can be published as an additional promotional media for Kopinka. The research conclusion asserts that the design of the company profile booklet can effectively be utilized as a promotional media in the Cooperative for INKA’s employee.

Abstract

. This research aims to find out the role of the government in developing the economy of the Bukit Piantus tourist area based on halal tourism. This type of research uses a qualitative approach by producing descriptive data. Research data was collected using the interview method of 5 informants. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data classification, data display, conclusions and verification. The results of research regarding the Role of the Sambas Regency Regional Government in the Economic Development of the Piantus Hill Tourism Area show that the Government's role as a Motivator is by providing synergy between the Government and the Community and the Private Sector, while the Government's Role as a Facilitator is by providing skills development assistance to the people of Piantus Village and the Regency Government is carrying out procurement and development of facilities at Piantus Hill Tourism, the role of the Government as a dynamist in synergy with the community and the private sector in developing Piantus Hill Tourism so that it can develop the economy of the community in the Piantus Hill area, supporting factors in the economic development of the Piantus Hill Tourism area are the participation of the Piantus Village community and having The potential of this tourist attraction can be an attraction for tourists, but inhibiting factors such as limited budget for facilities and infrastructure costs and land problems in the Bukit Piantus tourist area can slow down the development of Bukit Piantus tourism.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the impact of online marketing innovation on increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang City, Banten. In facing the digital era, MSMEs need to adopt online marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase their competitiveness. This research method includes surveys and data analysis from MSME owners who have implemented online marketing innovations in Serang City. The variables that will be evaluated include the type of online marketing innovation used, the level of adoption, and its impact on increasing sales. By collecting data from MSME respondents, this research aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the extent to which online marketing innovation has contributed to the economic growth of MSMEs in the region. Data analysis will be carried out using statistical methods to identify relationships between the variables studied. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight to MSME owners, local governments and other stakeholders about the importance of adopting online marketing innovation as a strategy to increase MSME sales in Serang City, Banten. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for future researchers who are interested in exploring further the potential of online marketing in supporting the growth of MSMEs in various local contexts. Keywords: Online Marketing, Sales, MSMEs Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak inovasi pemasaran online terhadap peningkatan penjualan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Serang, Banten. Dalam menghadapi era digital, UMKM perlu mengadopsi strategi pemasaran online guna memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Metode penelitian ini mencakup survei dan analisis data dari pemilik UMKM yang telah menerapkan inovasi pemasaran online di Kota Serang. Variabel-variabel yang akan dievaluasi meliputi jenis inovasi pemasaran online yang digunakan, tingkat adopsi, serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Dengan mengumpulkan data dari responden UMKM, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang sejauh mana inovasi pemasaran online telah berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi UMKM di kawasan tersebut. Analisis data akan dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada pemilik UMKM, pemerintah daerah, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya tentang pentingnya mengadopsi inovasi pemasaran online sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM di Kota Serang, Banten. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik dalam menggali lebih lanjut mengenai potensi pemasaran online dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di berbagai konteks lokal.
