Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak riba dalam penggunaan fitur ShopeePay Later terhadap generasi milenial. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi finansial (fintech), banyak platform belanja online yang menawarkan fungsi pembayaran, seperti ShopeePay Later yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pembelian dengan bunga tunai atau kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa pengguna Shopee Pay Later dari generasi Milenial Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ShopeePay Later memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap generasi Milenial. Meskipun fitur ini memudahkan berbelanja online, banyak responden yang mengalami tekanan finansial akibat dikenakannya bunga atas pembelian yang dilakukan melalui sistem kredit. Beberapa responden mengaku terjerumus ke dalam spiral utang yang sulit diatasi sehingga menimbulkan stres dan kekhawatiran terhadap situasi keuangan mereka.Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya peran literasi keuangan dalam penggunaan fitur ShopeePay Later. Banyak responden yang mengaku belum memahami konsep riba dan dampaknya terhadap keuangan pribadinya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan generasi milenial agar lebih sadar akan resiko riba dan dapat mengelola keuangan dengan lebih bijak.

Abstract

Abstrak. At the end of 2019, an epidemic hit the international world, including Indonesia. This outbreak is known as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), where it spreads very quickly and confirmed patients continue to increase every day. So this condition has quite a significant impact on all sectors of life, be it social, religious, educational, economic, and so on. In the field of education itself, there are fundamental changes in the learning system. Where the teaching and learning process is usually carried out face-to-face, now it must be shifted to online learning. The aim of writing this article is to examine the online learning evaluation system using Google Forms. Therefore, we must know the online learning evaluation system using Google Forms. In this article the author uses the library research method, namely deepening, examining and identifying knowledge contained in the literature (reading sources, reference books or other research results). The results of this research show an evaluation of online learning using Google Form.

Abstract

This type of research is field research. The research methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies conducted at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District. The research subjects were the administrators and congregation of the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District, while the research object was the QRIS payment system used in electronic transactions for infaq and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District. Data can be analyzed qualitatively which produces descriptive data. The results of research on the practice of using QRIS in collecting donations and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District, 1) The practice of using QRIS in electronic transactions for donations and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque is in accordance with Bank Indonesia, namely that first the congregation must have the M-Application. Banking or E-Wallet such as BRIMO, BRKS mobile, OVO, DANA, Shopeepay and others. Open the application and select the QRIS menu, a scan camera will appear. After that, direct the scan to the QR code that has been provided, with that the camera will automatically scan the code and the name of the recipient will appear, namely the name of the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque and write the nominal amount of money that will be donated. Check all the information listed such as the recipient's name, namely the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque and the nominal amount, then complete the transaction, then the transaction will be immediately received in the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque account. 2) Review of the principles of sharia economic law regarding the use of QRIS for infaq and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District. Based on the MUI DSN Fatwa, namely to realize the benefit of humanity and all transactions in muamalah are basically legal until an argument is found that prohibits it.

Abstract

Buying and selling in Islam must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of sharia'. Most people do not know that its implementation is in accordance with Islamic law. One of the buying and selling that often occurs in society is buying and selling gold jewelry by means of exchange. Sociological/empirical legal research method with primary data coming from the community as informants and secondary data coming from written data. The data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observations carried out in Selatbaru Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The subjects in this research were sellers and buyers of gold jewelry, while the object of research was the practice of buying and selling gold jewelry by means of exchange which occurred in Bantan District. Data can be analyzed qualitatively which produces descriptive data. The results of the research are the practice of buying and selling gold jewelry by exchange, there are problems in the form of exchange transactions with different grades and types of gold and non-cash payment systems. Based on research results which are linked to existing legal theory, gold jewelry buying and selling transactions by exchange in Bantan District are in line with Islamic law based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa. However, other opinions say it is not in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

This Research is to determine the implementation of Micro and Small Enterprises (UMKM ) at the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School in terms of Sharia Economic Law. The data used by researchers uses qualitative data. Researchers use primary data which takes objects and subjects directly to the research site. The subjects in this research were UMKM at the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School. The object of this research is the UMKM community. The results of this research are that the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) can be a driving factor for regional and national economic growth, as well as assisting in alleviating poverty and unemployment in certain areas. From the perspective of sharia economic law, its role is to regulate economic activities in accordance with sharia principles and values, such as production, distribution and consumption so that they comply with sharia economic principles. And also the implementation of transactions in UMKM applies sharia economics as the basis for carrying them out, such as buying and selling with mu'athah contracts and so on.

Abstract

The problem of learning difficulties of grade IV students of SD Negeri Kandangan 04, Semarang Regency is in the subject Indonesian the procedure text material, causing the learning outcomes of some students to have not reached completion. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the media "CariKa" based on the PBL model of class IV procedure text material and its effect on the understanding of text material, procedures and learning outcomes of students. The subjects in the study were grade IV students of SD Negeri Kandangan 04 Semarang Regency totaling 23 students. Data analysis techniques used include tests, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the PBL model of class IV procedural text material with the help of "CariKa" media in grade IV SD Negeri Kandangan 04 Semarang Regency made it easier for students to understand the procedure text material and there was a change in the improvement of the learning outcomes of the summation material as seen from the comparison of the percentage of completeness of pretest and posttest scores with an increase, namely from 30.44% to 65.22%. Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan salah satu aspek yang berperan penting dalam pencapaian indikator SDGs 2030. Namun salah satu tantangan umum yang menjadi permasalahan dalam literasi digital adalah minimnya akses terhadap teknologi, salah satunya bagi pelaku industri UMKM. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana program literasi digital berhasil mencapai indikator SDGs 2030 dan sejauh mana program literasi digital berhasil mengatasi berbagai tantangan di era global saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka untuk menganalisis penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan serta alat analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menyimpulkan data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program literasi digital berbasis aplikasi dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi UMKM dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs 2030), melalui peningkatan pendapatan, perluasan pasar, dan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap literasi digital. Abstract

Background : Anxiety is a common psychological disorder that can have a detrimental impact on a person's life. Anxiety disorders usually occur due to stress such as facing exams, job interviews, or making important decisions. Hypnotherapy is one of the many therapies used to treat anxiety disorders. Purpose : This review of the research aims to evaluate how hypnotherapy affects individuals with anxiety problems. Method : The first step in analyzing literature is to search for journals by utilizing national and international web sources such as Google Scholar. Results : Findings from the 5 selected journal articles, it can be concluded that although anxiety has various reasons, hypnosis is a technique that is generally useful for reducing anxiety levels. Conclusion : Hypnotherapy is an effective method for reducing anxiety. Hypnotherapy is useful in treating a person's mental health. It is recommended that the hypnotic approach in mental therapy be studied more deeply in order to treat patients with anxiety disorders better.

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) pose significant challenges in communication and social interaction, affecting affected individuals and their families. Understanding how parents communicate with their autistic children is critical to providing effective support and intervention to improve the quality of life for these individuals. This study aims to explore the communication strategies used by parents in interacting with their children diagnosed with autism, highlighting the significance of parental communication in responding to the needs of autistic individuals. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to gather insights from five relevant studies that focused on parental communication in the context of autism. These studies use qualitative methods such as case studies, interviews, observations, and document analysis to investigate various aspects of parents' communication with autistic children. Findings emphasize the important role of parental communication in the management and development of children with autism. Effective communication strategies, including interpersonal communication styles, openness, empathy, and positive reinforcement, were identified as important elements in facilitating meaningful interactions between parents and their autistic children. Additionally, these studies emphasize the importance of collaboration between parents, educators, health professionals, and the general public in creating a supportive environment for autistic individuals. This research highlights the critical role of parental communication in supporting the social and emotional well-being of children with autism. Further research is needed to deepen our understanding of the complexity of autism and to develop comprehensive interventions and support programs that address the diverse needs of autistic individuals and their families. Additionally, educational initiatives aimed at increasing parents' and educators' knowledge about autism and effective communication strategies are essential to building inclusive environments and maximizing the potential of individuals with autism.

Abstract

Every employee must have experienced boredom in facing the work routine every day. Monotonous routines can reduce the spirit and motivation of work that is owned so that later it will have a bad impact on company performance. Giving work motivation to an employee appropriately will create enthusiasm, and encouragement at work so that this will increase work productivity. To achieve company goals, potential human resource management will affect employee performance which in turn will affect company performance. To be able to show performance, companies are required to uphold the motivation and work discipline of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The literature review research method was carried out using the PICO search on the Google Scholar database . There are 5 journals that meet the criteria and show the results that the t-count value is greater than the t-table and the significant value is smaller than the alpha value (0.05). Then hypothesis one (H1) and hypothesis two (H2) in this study are accepted. This shows that the better the employee discipline, the better the performance will be. So that the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is because the strategy implemented by the company can be pursued. The results of regression analysis show that work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance.
