Abstract

Aktivitas operasional perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kualitas layanan teknologi informasi. Namun, proses pelaporan gangguan yang masih menggunakan berbagai media menyebabkan dokumentasi tidak terstandar, sulitnya pemantauan status penanganan, serta meningkatnya risiko laporan terlewat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun aplikasi Helpdesk Ticketing System berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaporan dan penanganan gangguan melalui penerapan metode First Come First Served (FCFS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan model Waterfall, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sistem dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), diimplementasikan dengan framework Laravel dan Database MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil diimplementasikan dengan fitur pembuatan tiket, manajemen antrean berdasarkan metode FCFS, notifikasi email, FAQ, serta komunikasi antara Admin dan User melalui fitur chat. Penerapan metode FCFS mampu mengurutkan proses penanganan tiket secara sistematis sehin gga memudahkan pemantauan status dan meningkatkan efisiensi penanganan laporan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas layanan IT Support dalam mengelola laporan gangguan, meskipun masih diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk mendukung kebutuhan yang lebih kompleks

Abstract

Frozen shrimp is one of the fisheries commodities that is vulnerable to potential Frozen shrimp is one of the fishery commodities that is susceptible to biological, chemical, and physical hazards during processing. The implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system is essential to ensure food safety, particularly in frozen shrimp processed using the Contact Plate Freezer (CPF) method. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of HACCP and formulate strategies for controlling potential hazards in frozen shrimp processed using the Contact Plate Freezer (CPF) method. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed based on the seven principles of HACCP and a SWOT analysis. The results indicated that the major potential hazards included microbiological contamination, antibiotic residues, and physical contaminants such as metal fragments and other foreign materials. The Critical Control Points (CCPs) were identified at the raw material receiving stage and the metal detector process. Critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification activities, and record-keeping were implemented consistently and systematically, ensuring the safety of frozen shrimp processed using the Contact Plate Freezer (CPF) method. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis generated appropriate strategic recommendations to strengthen hazard control and improve the effectiveness and sustainability of HACCP implementation in frozen shrimp processing.

Abstract

Buah pakoba merah (Syzygium sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis buah lokal yang tumbuh di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, namun potensinya sebagai sumber bahan alam belum banyak diungkap secara ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan skrining fitokimia dan mengidentifikasi golongan metabolit sekunder yang terkandung dalam ekstrak buah pakoba merah, khususnya alkaloid, tanin, dan saponin. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut yang sesuai dengan prinsip like dissolves like. Skrining fitokimia terhadap golongan alkaloid dilakukan menggunakan pereaksi Mayer, Dragendorff, dan Wagner, sedangkan uji tanin dan saponin dilakukan dengan pereaksi warna dan uji busa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak buah pakoba merah memberikan hasil positif pada uji alkaloid, ditandai dengan terbentuknya endapan putih pada pereaksi Mayer, endapan merah pada pereaksi Dragendorff, dan endapan coklat pada pereaksi Wagner. Uji tanin menunjukkan hasil positif dengan terbentuknya warna hijau setelah penambahan asam asetat yang mengindikasikan adanya tanin terkondensasi. Uji saponin juga menunjukkan hasil positif dengan terbentuknya buih stabil setelah penambahan air panas dan HCl. Ketiga golongan senyawa tersebut diketahui memiliki potensi aktivitas biologis, seperti antioksidan, antimikroba, dan antiinflamasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi ilmiah awal mengenai kandungan metabolit sekunder buah pakoba merah sebagai dasar pengembangan penelitian lanjutan mengenai potensi aktivitas farmakologisnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the design of a cloud-based multimedia database, focusing on access latency and cost efficiency in multimedia data management. With the increasing use of digital data particularly images, audio, and video there is a need for a storage system capable of providing large capacity, fast access, and more efficient operational costs. Cloud computing technology has become a widely adopted alternative because it offers flexibility, scalability, and ease of data management. This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods through a literature review. Data were obtained from various scientific journals, books, conference proceedings, and other references discussing multimedia databases, cloud computing, network latency, and the cost efficiency of cloud services. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of cloud-based multimedia databases can enhance storage flexibility, accelerate data access processes, and reduce operational costs compared to conventional storage systems. On the other hand, the implementation of this technology still faces several challenges, such as high latency under certain network conditions, data security, and dependence on cloud service providers. Overall, the design of a cloud-based multimedia database is an effective solution for supporting faster, more efficient digital data management that meets the needs of today’s evolving information technology landscape.

Abstract

Bintang laut biru (Linckia laevigata) merupakan salah satu biota laut yang berpotensi sebagai sumber senyawa bioaktif, khususnya glikosida steroid dan metabolit sekunder lainnya. Namun, kajian kimia terhadap L. laevigata asal perairan Indonesia masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui golongan senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terkandung dalam ekstrak etanol bintang laut biru (L. laevigata) melalui uji skrining fitokimia secara kualitatif. Sampel bintang laut dikumpulkan, dibersihkan, dikeringkan, kemudian diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Ekstrak yang diperoleh selanjutnya diuji menggunakan reaksi warna dan pengendapan untuk mendeteksi golongan alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, fenolik, serta steroid/triterpenoid. Hasil skrining fitokimia dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan masing-masing golongan metabolit sekunder dalam ekstrak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi dasar mengenai profil kimia L. laevigata dari lokasi penelitian serta mendukung penelitian lanjutan mengenai isolasi, elusidasi struktur, dan pengujian bioaktivitas senyawa metabolit sekundernya sebagai kandidat agen antibakteri dan antioksidan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Islamic religious education at Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School based on the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC). The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the head of the boarding school, administrators, teachers, and students, as well as documentation of institutional records. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the management of Islamic religious education has implemented the POAC functions in an integrated manner. Planning is carried out through the development of educational programs that integrate formal education, Islamic studies, and Qur'an memorization. Organizing is reflected in the clear distribution of responsibilities among school leaders, administrators, and teachers. The implementation of education emphasizes both religious knowledge and character development, while supervision is conducted through academic assessments, Qur'an memorization evaluations, and discipline monitoring. Supporting factors include strong leadership commitment and a well-established religious culture, whereas the main challenges involve limited human resources, curriculum integration, and the optimization of technology utilization. This study recommends strengthening teacher competencies, improving the integrated curriculum, and implementing technology-based educational management systems to enhance the quality of Islamic religious education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The issues raised in this study are (1) what is the psychological condition of the main character, and (2) what are the psychological values found in the novel "Aku Tak Membenci Hujan" by Sry Puji Hartini. The aim of this study is to describe the psychological condition of the main character in the novel "Aku Tak Membenci Hujan" by Sry Puji Hartini, and to describe the psychological values of the main character in the novel. The benefits of this research are (1) to contribute to the development of literary studies, particularly in the field of literary psychology, (2) to serve as a reference or comparative material for future researchers who wish to examine the novel, (3) to help readers understand the emotional and mental aspects of the main character, (4) to enhance appreciation for the work of local authors, and to highlight the messages for researchers. The theory adopted in this study is psychological theory. The data analysis method used by the author as the basis of the research analysis is the qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis technique in this study is based on the psychological dimension perspective that underlies the life of the main character. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that in the novel "Aku Tak Membenci Hujan" by Sry Puji Hartini, the main character Karang Samudra exhibits psychological symptoms including trauma, dissociative amnesia, fear, and dissociative fugue. The psychological values of the main character include self-confidence, steadfastness, motivation, and empathy.

Abstract

This study examined the significant effect of Zep Quiz learning media integrated with Problem Based Learning on Grade X students’ understanding of law-abiding culture material at SMA Pasundan 8 Bandung. A quantitative quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was employed. The sample consisted of 58 students: 29 students in class X.4 as the experimental group and 29 students in class X.5 as the control group. Data were collected using a conceptual-understanding test and analyzed with descriptive statistics, a homogeneity test, and an independent-samples t-test using IBM SPSS 25. The experimental group’s mean score increased from 78.45 to 88.79, while the control group’s mean score increased from 76.90 to 87.41. The homogeneity test yielded a significance value of 0.203, and the hypothesis test reported a two-tailed significance value of 0.047. Therefore, the study concluded that Zep Quiz-based Problem Based Learning had a significant effect on students’ understanding of law-abiding culture material.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi hoaks melalui media digital semakin meningkat dan berpotensi menimbulkan keresahan di masyarakat. Proses pelaporan hoaks yang belum terintegrasi menyebabkan pengelolaan dan verifikasi informasi menjadi kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Hoaks (SIPHOAKS) berbasis web yang dapat memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam melaporkan dugaan hoaks, mendukung proses verifikasi oleh admin, serta menyediakan media edukasi berupa artikel literasi digital. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, basis data MySQL, dan framework antarmuka Bootstrap. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIPHOAKS berhasil diimplementasikan dengan fitur pelaporan hoaks, verifikasi laporan, pengelolaan artikel edukasi, pencarian dan penyaringan data, serta ekspor laporan dalam format PDF. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur utama sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, SIPHOAKS dapat membantu masyarakat dalam melaporkan dugaan hoaks serta mendukung admin dalam mengelola dan memverifikasi laporan secara lebih efektif, terstruktur, dan terdokumentasi.

Abstract

Nickel ore is a Group A solid bulk cargo that can undergo liquefaction if the actual moisture content (MC) exceeds the transportable moisture limit (TML). Such conditions can trigger cargo shift, free surface effect, reduction in metacentric height, and loss of ship stability. This study aims to analyze the implementation of nickel ore cargo testing based on the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes (IMSBC) Code aboard MV. RIZABEY, identify operational constraints, and evaluate the effectiveness of its implementation in preventing liquefaction. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through observations during sea practice from 30 October 2023 to 5 May 2024, interviews with the Master, Chief Officer, and surveyor, as well as document examination and documentation of loading activities. The results show that risk control is carried out through verification of cargo declaration, MC certificate, TML and flow moisture point (FMP), visual inspection, sampling, can test on each barge, weather monitoring, suspension of loading during rain, and monitoring of cargo condition in cargo holds. This implementation has provided important preventive layers, but has not been fully ideal because the vessel does not have quantitative testing equipment to verify MC and FMP, there is potential discrepancy between the shipper's documents and the actual cargo condition, weather changes can increase moisture content after testing, and operational pressure may influence loading decisions. The effectiveness of prevention depends on the validity of certificates, sample representativeness, the Master's firmness, and continuous monitoring. The study recommends independent laboratory verification, documented cargo refusal procedures, and strengthening coordination between the vessel, shipper, surveyor, and terminal.
