Abstract

Akreditasi sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan. karena, akreditasi sekolah membantu menetapkan standar kualitas pendidikan yang harus dipenuhi oleh lembaga Pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mendapatkan gambaran pentingnya akreditasi sekolah dasar; (2) mendapatkan gambaran pentingnya peningkatan mutu lulusan di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian kuantitatif deskreftip dengan jenis penelitian survey. Responden adalah guru sekolah dasar yang berjumlah 30 orang di Kabupaten Jeneponto Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitiannya mengambarkan akreditasi sekolah perlu dilakukan dengan kategori sangat penting; dan mutu lulusan perlu ditingkatkan dengan kategori sangat penting. Akreditasi memberikan kerangka hukum bagi lembaga pendidikan. Keberadaan badan akreditasi dapat membantu memastikan bahwa lembaga beroperasi sesuai dengan norma dan regulasi yang berlaku dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan identik dengan sebutan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah atau biasa disebut dengan UMKM. UMKM adalah usaha milik perorangan/pribadi dan badan usaha yang bukan anak cabang dari perusahaan lain dengan kriteria dan modal terntentu yang telah ditetapkan secara paten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Mahasiswa diberdayakan melalui UMKM dengan memberi mereka kesempatan dan keterampilan khusus yang dapat mereka kembangkan untuk membuka usaha sendiri dan menghasilkan pendapatan tetap. Jenis usaha yang dapat dijalankan ada bermacam-macam mulai dari tekstil, industri makanan ringan dan lain-lain. Kemendikbud mempunyai hasil dalam menyelenggarakan program pembinaan mahasiswa wirausaha dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan keterampilan wirausaha dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk memasuki dunia bisnis. Mahasiswa harus lebih didekatkan dengan potensi lain yang lebih menjanjikan ketimbang keinginan statis yang biasa ada dalam benak mahasiswa.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of an educational institution in achieving its intended goals will never be separated from the management system within it. Where educational management is the process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling personal educational efforts to utilize all resources in order to achieve educational goals. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze student management. The research method is literature study and observation. The results of the MTsN 1 Bukittinggi student management research, starting from analyzing the needs of students, have carried out their duties in holding meetings and determining the number of students, which have been carried out, the recruitment of students, head of student affairs and the head of the sub-division of committee participants have carried out their duties in admissions. new students have been implemented, then the placement of students has been carried out well, but there is one thing that has not been implemented because the head of student affairs and the principal do not allow students to choose their friends at will, and the coaching and development of students has been carried out but sometimes it has not been implemented because of the It's planned and sometimes it doesn't work out.

Abstract

The background of the research is that it shows the low learning outcomes of students, which can be seen from the average score of students' daily test results on the material Expressions of hope and prayer and greetings, namely 65. The average score is still below the KKM set by madrasas, namely 70. This shows student learning outcomes are still low. The research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of class IX 4 MTsN 3 Padang Pariaman, totaling 34 students. Data collection is qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data in the form of observation sheets on the implementation of the Power Of Two learning model and student motivation questionnaire sheets. Meanwhile, quantitative data consists of data obtained from 1) the percentage of implementation of the learning model obtained from the number of Yes and No answers on the observation sheet, 2) the percentage of student learning motivation and 3) the increase in learning outcomes obtained by using the Power Of Two learning model. The results obtained from this research include: 1) the implementation of the Power Of Two learning model is categorized as very good, 2) the learning outcomes for each cycle have increased above the KKM value of 70. Student learning outcomes in cycle I are 82.00. Student learning outcomes in cycle II it was 91.00. This shows an increase from cycles I and II in student learning motivation through the application of the Power of Two learning model with an average score of 86.5% in the very high category. Application of the Power of Two learning model. can increase students' activeness in learning, and can help students stay focused and alert in various learning situations that are occurring so that there is an increase in the completeness of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat ini memberikan dampak terhadap kehidupan masyarakat dalam mengekspresikan diri serta memberikan kita kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi satu sama lain tanpa adanya suatu batasan-batasan wilayah suatu negara, hal ini tidak terlepas dari lahirnya inovasi sosial media atau yang biasa disebut dengan medsos. Fenomena tersebut melahirkan suatu perbuatan hukum dikalangan masyarakat yaitu perkawinan lintas negara. Topik pembahasan ini patut dikaji lebih dalam lagi sehingga kita dapat mengetahui bagaimana peraturan-peraturan di Indonesia dalam menyikapi fenomena tersebut, terkait dengan bagaimana peran hukum perdata Internasional dalam menangani konflik pernikahan lintas negara yang muncul dalam permasalahan tentang bagaimana proses perkawinan campur di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis kualitatif yang berdasar pada studi literatur dan data sekunder yang ditempuh berdasarkan logika yuridis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran public relations dalam menghadapi kontroversi publik khususnya dalam membangun reputasi perusahaan di tengah krisis yang tengah melanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Burger King yang bisa mengembalikan reputasi baiknya dengan cara menjalankan manajemen komunikasi yang terbagi menjadi 3 bentuk yakni komunikasi informatif, komunikasi persuasif dan komunikasi koersif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan melihat kepada Pengelolaan RTQ dalam menumbuhkan minat menghafal Al-Qur’an. Dalam menumbuhkan minat menghafal Al-Qur’an tidak terlepas dari manajemen yang dilakukan Ketua oleh RTQ. Ketua RTQ telah berhasil menumbuhkan minat menghafal Al-Qur’an, Ketua RTQ Ahlul Qur’an telah melaksanakan program dengan baik dari semua aspek, mulai dari Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, dan pengawasan. Maka permasalahan yang penulis kemukakan dalam tesis ini adalah bagaimana Pengelolaan RTQ dalam menumbuhkan minat menghafal di RTQ Ahlul Qur’an Kubu Dalam Parak Karakah Kota Padang. Batasan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengelolaan RTQ dalam merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap program RTQ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengelolaan RTQ dalam menumbuhkan minat menghafal Al-Qur’an pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan dan pengawasan program RTQ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua RTQ, Ustadz/ah, serta santriwan/ti RTQ. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul penulis analisis melalui analisis kualitatif yaitu dengan urutan sebagai berikut : reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan (1) Pengelolaan RTQ pada aspek perencanaan adalah menetapkan tujuan, menetapkan program perencanaan, mengidentifikasi peluang dan hambatan, mengembangkan kegiatan dalam menetapkan tujuan, menetapkan sember daya yang ada di RTQ dan menetapkan pembiayaan terhadap program. (2) Pengelolaan RTQ pada aspek pengorganisasian adalah memberikan tugas dan kepercayaan kepada personil RTQ, mulai dari Ketua RTQ, Wakabidang RTQ, sekretaris RTQ, bendahara RTQ, serta ustadz/ah pengajar. (3) Pengelolaan RTQ pada aspek pelaksanaan adalah program dirancang tergambar dalam program tahunan, program semester, program bulanan, program mingguan, dan program harian. Pelaksanaan program tahunan, program semester, program bulanan, program mingguan, dan program harian.(4) Pengelolaan RTQ pada aspek evaluasi adalah melakukan rapat, supervisi, merangkum data dan meminta laporan program.

Abstract

Student character is a guarantee for the future, the character formed during this period will bear fruit in the future, in other words, student character can be said to be a guarantee for the future. The character of students is very dependent on the teacher who teaches them, although in reality it is not only the world of education that influences character, such as the community environment and family environment. However, at this time, schools play a very important role in forming the character of students, more specifically, Christian Religious Education Teachers are very responsible for forming the character of students. Not only intelligent, polite, polite and so on, but Christian Education Teachers also direct students to have character based on faith, belief in God. This is what makes students act and behave in accordance with God's laws. This is one of the roles and responsibilities of Christian Religious Education Teachers. Equipped with personality competencies, Christian Religious Education Teachers will become the center of attention of students and even other teaching teachers. Therefore, Christian Religious Education Teachers must have good, steady, consistent, mature and authoritative personality competencies. This is what the participants will be taught and imitated and will be used as a benchmark for their own character.

Abstract

The ideal system built at PKH involves KPM and social assistants and involves the Government, from the ministry to the sub-district/village level. This system moves as a unit towards alleviating poverty. This research aims to determine the evaluation of PKH in Palu City in reducing poverty levels. This research was applied to a qualitative descriptive approach. The definition of the concept by applying the concept of policy evaluation theory by Dunn (2003) includes several criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and appropriateness. The research results show that the evaluation of Palu City's PKH policy has had a positive impact on poverty alleviation. This can be seen from the fact that all KPM in Palu City have received social assistance for adequate health and education services. Even though there are still several obstacles in it, it is hoped that Palu City PKH activities will be further maximized and also provide motivation for all Palu City KPM towards the spirit of the principle of independence. Abstract

Elections are important moments in the democratic life of a country, where the people have the opportunity to choose their leaders and representatives. In an increasingly advanced digital era, social media has become a significant platform for influencing public opinion and shaping public opinion. Therefore, we want to see the response from the community that we represent to students, because students understand more about science. This research is a manifestation of the university's concern in encouraging students to use social media wisely. So that students are able to manage healthy and rational information about the dangers of hoax news. The aim of this research is to find out how much students care about the 2024 election hoax news around them, especially on social media. This research method uses uses and gratification theory and agenda setting theory. This research was carried out by conducting interviews with IAIN Ponorogo students in each faculty, represented by 1 person. The results of this research are that there are still students who ignore the news about the 2024 election and there are students who cross-check the news they get about the 2024 election to find the truth of the news. The conclusion of this research is that there are still many students who are ignorant of the news of the 2024 election, even though they are students who are said to be agents of change who should have a sensitive, caring soul and an imagination for a better life. However, there are still students who care about the truth of the news, because according to them the news can be set by someone and the news can change someone's direction of thinking.
