<![CDATA[Abstract. The rapid development of technology in education supports the use of advanced technology in learning, one of which is artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence is an artificial intelligence technology designed to work according to human wants and needs in a short time, one of which is Gamma.App and Google Assistant. The involvement of Artificial Intelligence certainly increases the transfer of knowledge for students in understanding Physics lessons in the classroom. Physics learning requires an understanding of basic theoretical knowledge which is later used to solve physics problems in mathematical equations. Physics learning in this case is limited to Straight Motion material. This research is designed as a literature study and observation research. The results of the analysis showed that the use of Artificial Intelligence found that: students' ability to understand physics with the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the high category, students' ability to understand physics without the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the medium category, students' ability to solve physics problems mathematically in accordance with the theory with the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the high category and students' ability to solve physics problems mathematically in accordance with the theory without the use of Artificial Intelligence is included in the medium category.]]>

<![CDATA[Early childhood is a period of development from 2-6 years of age. Children at this time like to explore and have an egocentric attitude where they always see everything from their own perspective. Early childhood is also called the aesthetic and sensory period, because this is the time when children's feelings of beauty and sensory development develop rapidly. The research uses the critical review method by reading various books, journals or other publications related to the research topic discussed. The journals chosen consist of national and international journals, as well as several official websites. Research using this method is carried out by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research source comes from articles obtained via the internet in the form of research articles discussing early childhood development. The research results are as follows; a) Personality development, Personality is a self-concept. <![CDATA[Findings from various sources are gathered in this article to highlight the important role of educators in developing curriculum. Teachers must successfully implement the curriculum in the classroom as part of their function as educators. They play an important role in the teaching process. Meanwhile, the curriculum functions as a framework for organizing and planning educational resources used in teaching and learning activities. The background to writing this article arises from the author's understanding of indications that the role of teachers is not optimal, especially in applying the concept of an independent curriculum. The purpose of this article is to dig deeper into the role of teachers in developing an independent curriculum. The research method used is library research or library research, involving various sources such as books, articles and related research. The authors' findings highlight how important it is for teachers to play a critical role in developing curriculum in educational institutions, focusing on their capacity to communicate knowledge effectively so that the curriculum can be implemented. The analysis and conclusions of the discussion chapter produce useful recommendations, such as how important it is for educators to understand technological advances, how to adapt to an ever-changing curriculum, and how to prioritize tasks so they can be completed efficiently.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model pembinaan warga gereja menurut kitab Galatia adalah pembinaan yang berpusat pada pengajaran tentang Kristus dan Alkitab sebagai dasar pengajarannya bahwa setiap orang yang meneliti dan mempelajari Alkitab akan senantiasa dipimpin dan dicerahkan oleh Roh Kudus. Hidup yang dengan dipimpin Roh Kudus sehingga menghasilkan buah Roh (Galatia 5:22-23) dengan menegaskan bahwa setiap orang Kristen harusnya meninggalkan perbuatan daging dan selanjutnya hidup menghasilkan buah-buah Roh dalam kehidupannya. Peran Roh Kudus dalam jemaat zaman sekarang hal yang penting dengan memberikan dorongan untuk kabar baik yaitu Injil keselamatan. Oleh karena itu dengan metode penelitian Analisa literatur dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembinaan warga gereja menurut kitab Galatia yaitu dengan konsep pengajaran Paulus dengan tanggung jawab melayani. Setiap pelayan Tuhan yang mengambil bagian dalam pelayanan terus mengalami pertumbuhan dalam pengenalan akan Allah dan memahami tanggung jawab seorang pelayan Tuhan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the legal protection against personal data breaches by data controllers and to conceptualize efforts to optimize such legal protection through a progressive legal approach. The method used is normative legal research, which involves literature study and analysis of legal behavior products, including laws and other legal documents relevant to personal data protection issues. This research examines the principles of law, legal doctrines, and legal developments related to personal data protection, as well as conducting comparative and historical analysis to understand the existing legal dynamics. The findings indicate that personal data breaches are a serious challenge in the digital era, and there are currently deficiencies in existing policies and regulations, especially regarding the responsibility of data controllers and victim protection. This research highlights the need for a more flexible and human rights-oriented progressive legal approach, as well as increasing public awareness of data privacy.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to explore the role played by the implementation of the principle of good faith in contract law, focusing on its impact on the judiciary, the effectiveness of agreements and dispute resolution. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. The result of the research is that the role of the implementation of the principle of good faith in treaty law shows the importance of ethical values and justice in forming, executing, and resolving agreements. The principle of good faith is not only the basis for maintaining the integrity and sustainability of the contract, but also serves as a counterweight to the interests of the parties, encouraging a balanced distribution of benefits and creating a stable business environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Shopee online shop sales and purchase agreements made by minors are still a phenomenon that is not yet understood from a legal aspect. To analyze the validity of the sale and purchase agreement, this research uses sociological juridical methods to question and collect data exploratively. This method was chosen with the aim of describing in depth various legal regulations and the factual basis of the problem being studied. This research also tests two hypotheses, namely, that the legal stipulation of every Shopee online buying and selling transaction by minors will not be recognized by law, but minors are experienced enough to have the right to carry out such transactions recognized. The results of this research found that according to the formal legal model, various applicable regulations determine that Shopee online buying and selling transactions by minors cannot be legally recognized. However, in validating the second hypothesis, through descriptive analysis of the words of the various actors who participated in this research, it shows that minors who repeatedly make Shopee online buying and selling agreements show various legal awareness and awareness of their rights which shows an effort to respect their rights. deal with adults in accordance with legal requirements. Competence is one of the conditions for the validity of an agreement. In contract law, one of the elements of competency is to look at a person's age. <![CDATA[The problem of legal planning in the sale of farmland is often disregarded. Generally speaking, the legal planning problem arising in the lease agreement for lease of agricultural land without the basis is the legal force of the agreement. Therefore, the role of legal engineering becomes essential in identifying the weaknesses and challenges of legal planning that may arise from lease agreements lease without the basis of a written agreement. The purpose of this study is to clarify and analyse the rights and obligations of the parties involved in a lease contract without the basis of a written agreement to see how the legal force of such an agreement. Qualitative descriptive methods are used to gather information from primary and secondary sources about the legal nature of a lease contract without the basis of a written agreement. These findings suggest that the legal force of a lease agreement leases without the basis of a written agreement depends on the relevant legal aspects. Thus, it has been known that a lease agreement leases without the basis of a written agreement has a fairly strict legal force in Indonesian law. The purpose of this research is to know the legal force of the lease agreement for lease of agricultural land without the basis of a written agreement and the implementation of the rental agreement to lease agricultural lands according to the Code of Civil Procedure Law.]]>

<![CDATA[Ketidakpastian hukum dalam perjanjian merupakan tantangan yang dapat berdampak serius pada pelaku bisnis. Artikel ini menggambarkan strategi mitigasi risiko yang dapat diadopsi untuk menghadapi ketidakpastian tersebut. Pertama, pemahaman mendalam terhadap hukum yang berlaku adalah kunci utama. Pihak yang terlibat perlu secara cermat menganalisis regulasi dan kebijakan yang relevan untuk memastikan kepatuhan dan mengidentifikasi potensi ketidakpastian. Selanjutnya, penyusunan perjanjian dengan bahasa yang jelas dan tegas juga dapat menjadi langkah efektif dalam mengurangi risiko hukum. Hal ini melibatkan definisi yang jelas terkait hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak serta mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat diandalkan. Selain itu, pihak yang terlibat dalam perjanjian dapat mempertimbangkan penambahan klausa-klausa protektif yang merinci skenario ketidakpastian hukum dan langkah-langkah konkret yang akan diambil. Pendekatan ini dapat membantu melindungi kepentingan dan hak-hak pihak terkait dalam menghadapi perubahan aturan atau interpretasi hukum yang tidak pasti.
