This study aims to gain knowledge about the effect of parental support and self-confidence on the learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is qualitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used is SPSS 21. The total population in this study was 171 people, and the sample used was 120 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2).The results stated that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of parental support on student learning achievement is seen in the t test where the calculated value of parental support (2.225) > ttabell (1.6580). 2) There is a positive influence of self-confidence on student learning achievement, this result is seen in the t test where and the calculated value of student learning achievement (3.309) > ttable (1.6580) which means that the variable has an effect. 3) Parental support and self-confidence together affect student achievement, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcalculate value (18.444) > the Ftable value (2.6821). The R square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.240, which means that 24% of the variables of parental support and self-confidence affect student achievement at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. While 76% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.

This research aims to gain knowledge regarding the influence of learning interest and learning discipline on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects class VIII UPTD SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is qualitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used is SPSS 24. The population in this study was 171 people, and the sample used was 120 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research state that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of interest in learning on student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the t test where the t value of interest in learning (2.927) > t table value (1.658096). 2) There is a positive influence of learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated value of student learning outcomes is (2.520) > t table (1.658096) which means that this variable has an effect. 3) Interest in learning and learning discipline together influence student learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (6.219) > Ftable value (2.682132). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.098, which means 9.8% of the variables of learning interest and learning discipline on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects class VIII UPTD SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar. Meanwhile, 90.2% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

The researcher's aim was to find out whether there were differences in learning outcomes in social studies learning materials using the Talking Stick learning model for class VIII at SMP Negeri 8 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 8 Pematang Siantar with a total of 288 students. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely classes VIII-2 and VIII-3 with a total of 64 students out of a total of 288 students. Based on the results of descriptive data analysis, it shows that student learning outcomes in the experimental class (VIII-3) obtained an increase in learning outcomes of 27,5 with an average pretest score = 52,81 and an average posttest score = 80,31. Meanwhile, in the control class (VIII-2), an increase in learning outcomes was obtained by = 11,87 with an average pretest score = 40,94 and an average posttest score = 52.81. This means that there is a significant difference between the improvement in learning outcomes for class VIII-3 students using the Talking Stick learning model and class VIII-2 who learn using conventional learning media. The results of inferential statistics using SPSS version 25 obtained a significance level of 5% or = 0.05. The obtained tcount is 4.979. So it is known that thit>ttab (4.979 > 1.999), which means the alternative hypothesis is accepted It can be concluded that applying the Talking Stick learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 8 Pematang Siantar for the 2022 – 2023 Academic Year.

Marriage is a legal bond between a man and a woman that is recognized by law or certain social norms. Basically, marriage is a social institution that involves a relationship between two individuals with the intention of forming a family. Marriage also plays a crucial role in the social and cultural structure of society. However, the definition and form of marriage can vary across cultures and religions around the world. Some societies recognize marriage according to certain religious rules, while others may place more emphasis on legal or cultural aspects. Marriage regulations in Indonesia are regulated by various laws starting from the age limit and one of them is by recording at the KUA (Office of Religious Affairs). However, some Samin community marriages have their own procedures. Some Samin people with their unique beliefs and traditions carry out marriage procedures in accordance with the norms and customs they believe in, such as the maximum age limit and not recording at the KUA (Office of Religious Affairs). This administrative procedure is still needed as an integral part of Indonesia's national legal structure, this official recording has important significance in the administrative and legal realms and it should be remembered that within the Indonesian legal framework, the provisions regarding the age limit for marriage are still determined by the applicable law, and every community group, including indigenous peoples such as the Samin people, are required to fulfill these requirements.

This research aims to determine the influence of the school environment and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in class VIII social studies at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. The variables in this research are the school environment and learning motivation as the independent variable and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach, with a research population of all class VIII IPS students at SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar and a research sample of students from class VIII IPS at SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar consisting of 187 students selected using simple random sampling. (Slovin's formula). Data collection techniques used instruments: (1) school environment questionnaire, (2) learning motivation questionnaire, and (3) learning outcomes in the form of mid-semester test scores. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of the school environment on learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of the school environment (6.11) > t table value (1.660) which means that this variable is significant. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of learning motivation (7.65) > t table value (1.660) which means that this variable is significant. (3) the school environment and learning motivation jointly influence learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (6.85) > compared to the Ftable value (1.660). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.2809, which means that 28.9% of school environment variables and learning motivation influence student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar and the remaining 71.1% is the influence of other variables not examined in the research. As is known, nowadays, along with the development and progress of technology, all human activities often come into contact with things that are instantaneous. Like trading via e-commerce which is currently popular on various social media and other platforms. This research aims to determine the analysis of licensing agreements in protecting intellectual property rights in e-commerce trading. This research uses normative law using a statutory and conceptual approach. The research results show that the existence of a licensing agreement indirectly represents the granting of rights to the licensing party to use and obtain protection in exercising their economic rights. If there is a process of selling and distributing goods through certain accounts on e-commerce sites by parties who are not authorized to own the license using a certain brand, this action is considered a form of brand infringement. Parties who feel disadvantaged by these actions, as copyright holders of their trademarks, can file a lawsuit for trademark infringement and copyright infringement.

This research departs from two legal issues, namely: 1) the regulation of legal entities regarding registration of legal entities via cyber notary, and 2) the strength of proof of publicity deeds on registration of legal entities via cyber notary. This research method uses an empirical juridical approach. Data was collected through interviews and literature study. Interviews were conducted with notaries who practice cyber notary, while literature studies were carried out by reviewing legal materials, namely UUJN, ITE Law, Limited Liability Company Law. and Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights which regulates the Procedures for Submitting Applications for Legalization of Legal Entities and Approval of Amendments to the Articles of Association as well as other related laws and regulations. The results show: First, the statutory regulations regarding registration of legal entities via cyber notary are based on UUJN article 15 paragraph (3) which states that Notaries can be given other powers according to statutory regulations. The Law on Limited Liability Companies mandates the registration of legal entities through an electronic system by appointing implementing regulations under it, namely PP and Ministerial Regulations. In the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights which provides limited legality for cyber notaries only in the case of applications for the use of the name of a legal entity, applications for ratification of a legal entity, and requests for the announcement of a legal entity as well as ratification of changes to the articles of association of a Limited Liability Company. Second, the publicity deed for registering a legal entity via a cyber notary has strong and perfect evidentiary power as seen from UUJN Article 15 paragraph (3) and Permenkumham No. 2 of 2016 which regulates registration through the Legal Entity Administration System, hereinafter abbreviated as SABH as the agency administration service system. law electronically.

At this time, with the existence of the internet, developments in the times have become more advanced with the emergence of various social media that exist today. Instagram is an application where users can upload photos or videos with captions or short descriptions. Everyone definitely wants to do their best to show themselves in order to get recognition from other people. Dramaturgical theory is an approach used to understand impression management in social life. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. In using Instagram, students manage the impression they want to show to other people through uploads on their Instagram social media account. Female students only display positive impressions as students to build a good image of themselves to others.

This research aims to gain knowledge regarding the influence of independent learning and the peer environment on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar in the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is qualitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach with the testing media used is SPSS 24. The total population in this study was 171 people, and the sample used was 120 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research state that: 1) There is a positive but not significant influence of learning independence on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the significant value is 0.429 > 0.05 and the calculated t value of learning independence (0.794) < t table value (1.66159) which means this variable is not significant. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the peer environment on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value from the peer environment (11.836) > t table (1.66159) which means that this variable is significant. 3) Learning independence and the peer environment together influence learning achievement. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (3.723) > Ftable value (3.07). The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.857, which means that 85.7% of the variables of learning independence and peer environment influence student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 6 Pematang Siantar and the remaining 14.3% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

This study aims to obtain knowledge about the influence of learning interests and peers on the learning achievement of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 12 Pematang Siantar for the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is quantitative with an ex-post facto approach with the testing media used is SPSS 22. The total population in this study was 286 people, and the sample used was 170 people. The sample collection technique used is the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). The results stated that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of learning interest on learning achievement, this result was seen in the t test where the t value calculated from learning interest (5,710) > the t value of thetable (1.6, 540) which means that the variable is significant. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of peers on student learning achievement, this result is seen in the t test where and thecalculated t value of peers (3.020) > ttable (1.6540) which means that the variable is significant. 3) Learning interests and peers (together affect student achievement this result can be seen in the F test wherethe calculated F value (34.117) >the table F value (3.0501). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.291, which means 29.1% of learning interest and peer variables on the learning achievement of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 12 Pematang Siantar. While 70.9% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.,
