Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method to explore the urgency of fulfilling the rights to education and health as human rights for juvenile inmates. The study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the fulfillment of these rights based on prevailing legal norms. Data is obtained through literature review and in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings highlight the high urgency of meeting the rights to education and health for juvenile inmates within the framework of human rights. Despite legal regulations addressing these rights, their implementation faces challenges such as limited study time, insufficient nutrition, and irregular health check-ups. Utilizing qualitative methods, this research contributes to a profound understanding of these issues and connects them to legal norms. The research findings aim to provide a foundation for improving policies and implementing more effective juvenile correctional programs. Additionally, it seeks to promote the human rights of children within the context of the criminal justice system

Abstract

The main problem related to this research is the low concept understanding ability of students in economic subjects so that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using the ROAR (Read, Observe, Auditory, Review) learning model assisted by Baamboozle on students' concept understanding. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design, and data collection techniques through multiple choice tests. The population of this study was all XI social studies classes at SMAN 4 Tasikmalaya in the 2023/2024 school year totaling 186 with 76 samples of students, consisting of 36 experimental class students and 36 control class students with sampling techniques using probability sampling. Data analysis techniques using the help of the SPSS 25 program, namely paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. Based on the results of the study obtained a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that Ho is rejected so that it can be seen that there is an effect of the ROAR learning model assisted by Baamboozle media on increasing students' concept understanding in economic subjects

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze the influence of lifestyle, price and advertising on purchasing decisions on the Shoope Study Application for students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Uin Sts Jambi. In this study using quantitative methods. And the samples used in this study were 70 students. The results of this study indicate that partially, lifestyle and price have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, while advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously lifestyle, price, and advertising together influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the implementation of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model can improve students' mathematical collaboration abilities in class VII of Santa Lusia Sei Rotan Middle School. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research procedure is cyclical. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques through observation and tests. This data collection uses several instruments in the form of teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets. Meanwhile, to determine students' mathematical collaboration abilities, tests are used. The results of the research show that the use of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model can improve students' mathematical collaboration abilities in mathematics lessons on algebra material. From the average value of the prerequisite abilities, namely 46, the average value of the mathematical collaboration ability of students in cycle I is 71 and the average value of the mathematical collaboration ability of students in cycle II is 76 and the teacher and student activity scores in cycle I are 64% and 59%. , and cycle II, namely 83% and 84%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, namely BOPO, ROA, NOM on the rate of profit sharing for Mudharabah deposits at BSI, and to determine the effect of financial performance, namely BOPO, ROA, NOM simultaneously on the rate of profit sharing on Mudharabah deposits at BSI. The population in this study are all BSI Financial Statements that are still operating from 2015-2021. The method used in the sample selection is purposive sampling. Based on the data analysis which was carried out partially and simultaneously, there was a positive and significant effect on the BOPO, ROA, and NOM variables on the rate of profit sharing for Mudharabah deposits at BSI.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh label halal, citra merek, harga dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur). Skripsi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda secara parsial dan secara simultan dengan sampel 75 Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel label halal, citra merek, harga dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur). Sedangkan secara parsial label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sementara citra merek tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel harga, gaya hidup terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik yang tidak terdaftar BPOM (Studi kasus desa sungai itik kec.sadu kab. Tanjung jabung timur).

Abstract

This journal explores the fulfillment of children's and family rights in the context of handling cases of victims of pornography dissemination at the Department of Women and Child Protection (Dinas PPA) in Medan City. The evaluation is conducted through final mediation to understand the progress experienced by clients in dealing with their cases. The mediation results indicate that the case is in the final trial stage, with positive information that the victim, who is a minor, has returned to school. However, the psychological impact on the victim remains a concern. The processes and assistance provided by the Dinas PPA demonstrate a positive impact at the micro level, aiding individuals directly, as well as at the macro level by contributing to improved public policies related to child and women protection. This journal illustrates the crucial role of the Dinas PPA in creating a safer and more responsive environment for human rights.

Abstract

The installation service scheduling stage is the most important stage in ensuring the company's operational efficiency, especially in the service industry which involves the repair or installation of various products or services. In addition, scheduling installation services is a complex challenge, this is because it involves the allocation of resources, time and priorities to complete various installations and avoid conflicts. To overcome the complexity of scheduling problems, genetic algorithms have become an attractive and effective approach, because they can solve multi-criteria and multi-objective problems to solve problems that are modeled by biological and evolutionary processes. The genetic algorithm represents the candidate scheduling solution into a chromosome at random and will be evaluated using the fitness function, after which selection is carried out, then crossing over or mutation is carried out. Then in each generation the chromosomes are evaluated based on the value of the fitness function, so the genetic algorithm will produce the best chromosome or is an optimal solution approach. System implementation in this study uses web-based applications to make it easier to use because there is no installation process from the user's side, and the programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessing (PHP), and MySQL as a database that makes it easier to store data that is safe and easy to access.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the online web market on purchasing decisions at the sacred high market, Muara Bulian. The sample used was 96 customers who made repeated purchases through the application or website of the Muara Bulian sacred online market. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this study is a simple regression analysis method with the SPSS 16 application. The results of the research (t test) show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The test results for the Coefficient of Determination obtained RS quare of 0.379. This indicates that the dependent variable is customer satisfaction of 37.9%. influenced by the independent variable of service quality, while 42.1% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined in this study.

Abstract

The UP2K program is one of the efforts to improve family welfare and resilience, which is reflected in the increased ability of families to meet family needs. The hope is to improve health conditions, education and skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the income of the people who took part in the Family Income Increase Business Program (UP2K) in Sungai Bahar District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, in which the data collected is in the form of words or pictures. So don't press on the numbers. This research emphasizes more and focuses on process and meaning (the data behind the observed). And from the results of the research is that the condition of people's income before receiving community assistance experienced difficulties and the majority of income and the economy in the Sungai Bahar sub-district were classified as low. Meanwhile, the condition of people's income after receiving economic assistance and community income has improved and increased with the role of the PKK.
