Abstract

Digital transformation in the agricultural sector has become a strategic necessity to improve the efficiency and accuracy of managing agricultural machinery and equipment (alsintan). Jombang Regency, as an agrarian region, has implemented a web-based reporting system (SIMANTAN), yet still faces challenges such as limited accessibility, low digital literacy, and slow reporting processes. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based alsintan usage reporting information system to enable farmer groups to submit reports more easily, quickly, and accurately. The development method uses the Waterfall approach, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The resulting application allows real-time reporting and the uploading of photographic evidence of equipment usage. Testing results indicate that the system operates according to user requirements, enhancing effectiveness and transparency in the use of alsintan at the farmer group level. This system is expected to serve as a digital solution contributing to the equitable distribution and fulfillment of alsintan needs in Jombang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model assisted by crossword puzzle media in improving the learning outcomes of tenth-grade students in economics subjects. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 44 students, with 21 in the experimental class and 23 in the control class. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental class with an average N-Gain of 0.84 and a posttest score of 91.47. The significance value (2-tailed) was 0.020 < 0.05, indicating that the model is effective in enhancing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Technological advancements have influenced every aspect of human existence, bringing both conveniences and challenges. Overall, innovations in the internet, smartphones, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things have improved communication, work, education, and entertainment. Although the implementation of automation and AI in professional environments can boost productivity, it may also alter certain job roles and require new adaptive skills. From a social perspective, communication technologies facilitate global connectivity, yet they diminish the closeness typically experienced in face-to-face interactions. Moreover, growing reliance on technology can undermine cognitive abilities such as critical thinking, memory, and analytical skills due to the ease of access to information. Conversely, when managed prudently, emerging technologies can offer opportunities for learning and creativity. Effectively harnessing technology highlights the importance of balancing control with the emotional, cognitive, and social dimensions of life. Preserving human values alongside technological advancement underscores the necessity for digital literacy and responsible use of technology.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the Pragmatic Speech Acts of Violence in the Novel Yang Sudah Lama Pergi by Tere Liye, this study aims to describe the Pragmatic Speech Acts of Violence in the Novel. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative where the author will describe the data found in such a way as to obtain a complete picture of the research object. The type of research used to analyze this novel is library research. Data collection techniques used in this study are reading and note-taking techniques. The quotes found by the researcher are divided into four parts: Indirect Speech Acts of Violence, Direct Speech Acts of Violence, Repressive Speech Acts of Violence, and Alienative Speech Acts of Violence.

Abstract

The tradition of kawin lari (merariq) continues to be practiced and preserved in Apitaik Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency, along with the accompanying processions and ritual stages observed within the Sasak community. This study adopts a normative legal research method, drawing on secondary legal materials and employing document-based data collection techniques (library research). The findings indicate that the persistence of the merariq tradition in Apitaik Village is shaped by multiple interrelated factors. These include its recognition as an inherent component of customary law, the intention to safeguard and perpetuate ancestral cultural heritage, the absence of parental consent for marriage, its role in affirming a man’s social standing, and economic considerations.Within the Sasak community, the merariq process unfolds through a sequence of distinct stages: Beleqet (courtship or approach), Selabar (eloping with the woman), Nyeserang (negotiations between the families), Sorong Serah (formal handover ceremony), Ijab Kabul (marriage contract), Nyongkolan (wedding procession), and, finally, Reception and Thanksgiving (a celebratory event marking the conclusion of the marriage rites). By examining both the legal and cultural dimensions of merariq, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the interplay between customary traditions and contemporary societal values within the Sasak community of East Lombok.

Abstract

Gross motor skills are important for children's growth and development, these motor skills are individual activities related to performance to achieve various skills learned from childhood to elementary school. This study aims to determine the level of motor quality of students aged 7-9 years in A-accredited public elementary schools in Sumberpucung District, Malang Regency. This research uses a quantitative type of research, this is because the data obtained will be processed in the form of numbers, and this research uses a descriptive approach model which aims to explain a phenomenon that occurs. Apart from that, in this research a survey method was used to calculate the values ​​of existing variables. In this research, a survey method was carried out in the form of examining the basic motor movements of elementary school students with an average age of 7 to 9 years. This research used a sample of 272 students using the TGMD-2 which was considered to have a high level of validity. This research obtained the average score for the low class student category with a score of 38.59926471, and a standard deviation value of 4.585924178.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has facilitated easier access to fast food through online food delivery services. This phenomenon influences students’ eating patterns, which tend to favor convenient but less healthy meals. This study aims to analyze the impact of fast food consumption on students’ metabolic health, including body weight, blood glucose levels, and lipid profiles. A quantitative survey method was employed using purposive sampling of 120 students from various faculties at University X. Data were collected through a fast food consumption frequency questionnaire, interviews, and simple health examinations. The results indicate that high fast food consumption frequency is associated with increased body weight, elevated cholesterol, and above-normal blood glucose levels. In conclusion, excessive fast food consumption in the era of online food delivery has the potential to trigger metabolic disorders among students.

Abstract

This study explores the evolution of Islamic educational thought from the classical to the modern era, examining the changing concepts and insights derived from the Qur'an and Hadith as well as the impact of Greek philosophy as incorporated by figures such as Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, and Ibn Sina. The core of this study is how Islamic educational philosophy evolved from a classical perspective that emphasized the formation of faithful and knowledgeable individuals, to modern thought that embraces contemporary knowledge as well as Islamic values. This article also explores the role of Islamic educational philosophy in addressing current educational challenges with a holistic approach, integrating the spiritual, intellectual, and social dimensions in the learning process. This article highlights the characteristics of Islamic learning in two eras, ancient and modern, and examines key shifts in this history. At that time, Islamic studies were based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith as their primary roots. However, today, there are adjustments to accommodate the complex and dynamic needs of the public. By examining the characteristics of Islamic learning from a historical perspective, this paper hopes to help people understand how Islamic studies have changed over time, and how they have influenced the minds and souls of Muslims.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) 'Cijeungjing Berdikari' as a driver of the economy of Cijeungjing Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study focuses on the implementation of management functions according to George R. Terry which include planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The results of the study indicate that BUMDes "Cijeungjing Berdikari" has a fairly good institutional basis, but its implementation still encounters obstacles such as minimal human resources, the absence of SOPs and written job descriptions and a lack of business development innovation. To realize BUMDes as an optimal driver of the village economy, it is necessary to increase human resource capacity, strengthen supervision, and adequate capital support.

Abstract

Diploma archive management in many schools is still done manually, often leading to challenges such as lengthy search processes, the risk of document damage, and delays in administrative services. This study aims to design and implement a web-based diploma archiving application to improve the efficiency, security, and accuracy of educational administration services. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method at SMK Asy Syifa 02 Parigi. The Waterfall software development model encompasses the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using PHP and MySQL, with key features including integrated recording, searching, grouping, and reporting of diploma archives. Functional testing using the Black Box method demonstrated that all features functioned as designed. Feasibility assessments from users and software experts confirmed the system's feasibility. Implementation of this application is expected to minimize the risk of document loss or damage, accelerate the search process, and support digital transformation in educational administration.
