Abstract

This study aims to implement a web-based product management system to optimize sales processes at Iwiim Hijab Store. The background of the research lies in the challenges faced by the store, such as manual inventory management and unintegrated marketing strategies, which often lead to data recording errors, delayed information, and decreased operational efficiency. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system provides features such as automated inventory management, real-time transaction monitoring, and in-depth sales data analysis. The results of the system implementation show improvements in operational efficiency, data accuracy, and the effectiveness of sales strategies. Therefore, this system successfully supports the competitiveness of Iwiim Hijab Store in the Muslim fashion industry in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Snowball Throwing learning model using flashcard media to improve students’ understanding of Islamic Religious Education in Grades VII and VIII at SMP Yapenas Gempol. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation, involving Islamic Religious Education teachers and students as subjects. The findings indicate that the learning model was implemented through structured stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation, with flashcards serving as a tool to present questions and reinforce students’ comprehension. The learning process was active, participatory, and enjoyable, making it easier for students to understand the material, boosting their confidence in answering questions, and improving their academic performance as seen in both classroom assessments and daily tests. Therefore, the implementation of the Snowball Throwing model supported by flashcards has proven effective in enhancing students’ understanding of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the leadership model implemented by the Head of Panjalu Village in integrating local wisdom into village development policies and programs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an approach of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the leadership of the Head of Panjalu Village is not optimal in applying local wisdom. This is evidenced by several indicators, such as the lack of community participation in village programs and the minimal innovation carried out by the Head of Village. The community tends to be less involved in the development process, leading to the erosion of local values that should serve as guidelines in daily life. Therefore, this research recommends the need for a more effective and inclusive leadership model that can enhance community involvement and preserve local values. It is expected that the Head of Village can play a more active role in motivating the community to participate in village development, so that local wisdom can be well integrated into every aspect of community life.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop an innovative gluten-free food product in the form of Cheese Cookie with palm sugar using mocaf flour and arrowroot starch as the main ingredients. The research was conducted through an experimental method with three different formulations, namely the ratio of mocaf flour and arrowroot starch of 50%:50%, 75%:25%, and 100%:0%, respectively. Organoleptic tests were carried out by 30 panelists, consisting of 25 semi-trained panelists and 5 trained panelists, who assessed the attributes of color, aroma, taste, texture, and level of preference. The test data were analyzed using a one-way ANOVA test and continued with a Duncan test to determine differences between treatments. The results of the analysis showed that there were no significant differences in sensory attributes between the three formulations. The best formulation was found to be the composition of 100% mocaf flour. These results indicate that Cheese Cookies dengan coating gula palm have the potential to be an alternative local gluten-free food product that is worthy of further development.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the best formulation with sensory quality results which include shape, color, aroma, texture, and taste as well as nutritional content from the results of proximate tests (protein, carbohydrates, fat, water and fiber) of shredded milkfish stuffed takoyaki with cassava flour substitution and the addition of tempeh flour. Sensory tests were conducted on 30 panelists to assess criteria for shape, color (outer and inside), aroma, texture, taste, and overall likability. The collected data was then tested using a single anova test and a duncan follow-up test. The results showed that takoyaki with a proportion of 90% wheat flour and 10% cassava flour was the best formula based on sensory quality test scores that produced takoyaki with a round shape, quite brown on the outside with a yellowish creamy inner color, very distinctive takoyaki flavor, soft texture, and quite savory taste. The results of the proximate test produced takoyaki with a protein content of 9.51%, carbohydrates 51.70%, fat 6.08%, water 29.80%, and fiber 2.01%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of chicken and catfish proportions, as well as the addition of clover leaves, on the sensory characteristics and preference level of gyoza products. The research method used was an experimental design with a factorial approach, and data were analyzed using ANOVA Two-way and Duncan's post hoc test. The results showed that there was a significant interaction effect between the proportion of chicken and catfish and the addition of clover leaves on the sensory attributes of gyoza, particularly in terms of aroma, taste, and overall preference. The best treatment combination was found at a 50% chicken and 50% catfish ratio with 20% clover leaf addition, which received the highest sensory scores. Individually, the chicken and catfish proportion influenced the balance of taste and aroma, with the 50:50 ratio being more preferred than the 60:40 and 70:30 combinations. The addition of 20% clover leaves had a positive contribution in enhancing the aroma and taste without compromising the texture of the product. Panelists' level of preference indicated that the ingredient combination in treatment proportion ayam 50%, patin 50%, dan semanggi 20% has a strong potential to be well received by consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse ‘the effect of Student Company and Entrepreneurial Interest on student learning outcomes in Professional and Entrepreneurship elements at SMKN 5 Surabaya.’ The method applied is quantitative through ex post facto design. The research sample was taken by Purposive Sampling which was composed of 30 class X students majoring in Sanitary Building Construction (KGS) who participated in the Student Company programme. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires to measure Student Company and Entrepreneurial Interest and documentation of Final Semester Examination (UAS) scores as indicators of Learning Outcomes. Then the data is analysed using Simple Regression and Multiple Regression. In the data analysis technique, the results obtained: (1) there is a significant and negative influence between Student Company on the learning outcomes of professional and entrepreneurial elements presented through sig value (0.019) < α (0.05) with a significance level of 5%; (2) there is a significant and negative influence between entrepreneurial interest with learning outcomes of professional and entrepreneurial elements as evidenced through sig value (0.013) < α (0.05) at a significance level of 5%; (3) there is a significant and negative influence between the student company and interest in entrepreneurship simultaneously on the learning outcomes of professional elements and entrepreneurship as evidenced by the sig value (0.043) < α (0.05) at the 5% significance level. The findings of this study indicate that the student company and entrepreneurial interest variables are strong enough to influence student learning outcomes measured by academic scores, so that learning outcome variables measured in the practical domain are needed to strengthen this negative influence theory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the ideas in the philosophy of education. The approach used is a literature review, in which information is collected from various sources, reviewed, and compiled. Using qualitative descriptive techniques, the findings of this study explain the ideas in the philosophy of education. The philosophy of Islamic education is described using descriptive techniques. Several scientific works used as primary references serve as data sources. The principles, ideas, and values that form the basis for planning and implementing education in an Islamic context are conceptually encompassed within the philosophy of education. Spiritual, moral, intellectual, and social elements are all integrated into the educational process from an Islamic perspective. Islamic philosophy of education encompasses a wide range of topics, including the educational environment and various educational issues. This technique considers spatial and geographical aspects, as well as the dimension of time. Therefore, the study of Islamic philosophy of education encompasses education at home, at school, and outside the classroom. The structure of educational institutions, educational management, and educational infrastructure are some of the themes that are the subject of this study. A deeper understanding of Islamic philosophy of education—which includes ontology, epistemology, and axioms—is expected to assist in building an educational system consistent with Islamic ideals.

Abstract

Social support is crucial for the development of children with disabilities. Children with disabilities often face challenges such as negative stigma, social interaction difficulties, and self-care challenges. This study aims to analyze the forms of social support and its impact on the development of children with disabilities through a literature review. The method used is a descriptive literature review, searching Google Scholar for the keywords "social support for children with disabilities" published between 2015-2025. A total of 15 relevant articles were analyzed to provide a comprehensive overview of the topic. The results show four main forms of social support from families: emotional, instrumental, informational, and esteem. This support can enhance social functioning, self-confidence, and independence, as well as motivate them to achieve. Although the family is the primary source, the role of teachers is also significant in a school context. The implication is the need for family capacity-building programs and collaboration among families, schools, and communities to build a comprehensive support ecosystem for children with disabilities.

Abstract

The reporting process for agricultural machinery (Alsintan) by farmer groups (Poktan) and farmer group associations (Gapoktan) in Jombang Regency is still centralized at the district level, resulting in slow evaluations and suboptimal supervision. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system that enables sub-district-level monitoring of Alsintan reporting. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Key features include report submission by Poktan/Gapoktan and a monitoring dashboard for sub-district officers. The system was tested using the Blackbox Testing method to ensure that all functions operated properly. The results show that the system is effective in facilitating Alsintan reporting and monitoring at the sub-district level. It not only accelerates the reporting and data recapitulation process but also enhances accountability and decision-making efficiency by the Department of Agriculture through real-time, data-driven insights.
