Journal of Electrical Engineering, Energy, and Information Technology (J3EIT) (E-ISSN: 3026-1856) is the latest name for the JTE UNTAN, which underwent a name change. This journal has been in circulation within UNTAN since 2013 under its previous name. The name change reflects an evolution in the topics covered by the journal, encompassing the fields of electrical engineering, energy, and information technology. With the establishment of J3EIT, it is expected to become a significant resource for the academic and research community in this discipline, fostering the exchange of knowledge and innovation among professionals in the field of electrical engineering and related areas. Abstract

Relay TVRI station serves as repeater station TVRI consisting sub-system communication satellite used to transmit the signals of images and sound from central station in Jakarta to relay station in the region. Then a transmitter communication sends signals to the homes viewers who being in the coverage areas. Due to improving the need for information TVRI Pontianak as one of the relay station TVRI belonging to the Indonesian government which is located on Ahmad Yani Street in South Pontianak, West Kalimantan. Relay TVRI station is expected to meet the needs of the required information society. The Station TVRI Pontianak unknown the maximum transmit based  on quality of images (video) and sound (audio). The transmitter television station TVRI Pontianak put an antenna has reached 100 meters from the ground, operate on 32 UHF channel using 559,21 MHz frequency. The transmitter of TVRI Pontianak has 2,5 KW transmit power, using an antenna dipole with 32 panels above the towers with each direction consisting of 8 panels antenna where the heading due North 0°, West 90°, South 180° and East 270°. With the number of 32 panels can make a broadcast clearly both in terms of images and sound. Evaluation performance the measurement result of audio and video on broadcast station TVRI Pontianak that are based on the calculation of using formulas terrestrial obtained results at a distance 65,01 Km and condition without obstacles and the measurements of the signal audio and video to Northwest 35,72 Km, East 37,72 Km, Northeast 34,77 Km and West 18,57 Km. Abstract

Conveyor merupakan bagian umum yang terdapat pada peralatan penanganan material mekanis yang bergerak dari satu lokasi ke lokasi lain yang berfungsi sebagai pembawa suatu muatan. Conveyor banyak digunakan dengan bentuk dan jenis yang bervariasi dalam suatu industri. Conveyor digunakan sebagai alat transportasi pemindahan bahan atau material dalam jumlah besar dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain. Panjang conveyor sendiri tergantung dari keperluan yang dibutuhkan dan jenis aplikasi yang diinginkan. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroller berupa Arduino Uno untuk mengolah sinyal dari sensor load cell dan pengendali PLC dengan penambahan PWM Modul pada output untuk mengatur duty cycle. Berat beban divariasikan untuk pengaturan duty cycle. Pengaturan duty cycle sebesar 25% untuk berat 50-100 gram, duty cycle sebesar 50% untuk berat 101-150 gram, dan sebesar 100% untuk berat 151-200 gram.

Abstract

Abstract – The need for telecommunications is very important and makes the mobile operators including Telkomsel are trying ways to improvise their network system, by optimizing the BTSs one of way is to maintain and even increase the success call rate by optimizing the device by swapping Huawei BTS to Nokia Siemens Network (NSN) BTS. The results of the KPI comparison between the Huawei’s BTS with Nokia Siemens Network’s on the SDSR on Huawei BTS percentage of success rate is 99.59% raised calls is higher than the percentage of Nokia Siemens Network BTS by 98.49%, while the number of users who managed to raise the call on BTS Huawei is much less than of Nokia Siemens Networks BTS. As for Huawei BTS's HOSR successfull handover percentage rate of 98.91% is higher than the percentage of Nokia Siemens Networks BTS which is 94.95%, while the number of users who successfully handover on Huawei BTS is much less than the Nokia Siemens Networks BTS. TCH Blocking on Huawei BTS has a percentage rate of unsuccessful getting traffic channel of 1.09% higher than the percentage of Nokia Siemens Networks BTS by 0.01%, while the number of users who are not getting the traffic channel at Huawei BTS more than Nokia Siemens Networks BTS. In SD Blocking on Huawei BTS percentage rate unsuccessful getting SDCCH channel are the same as Nokia Siemens Networks BTS with the percentage of 0.00%, while the number of users who do not get on the SDCCH channel by Huawei BTS is much less than the Nokia Siemens Networks BTS. Drop Call on Huawei BTS has a highter percentage rate of unsuccessful calls to finish by 0.45% compared to the percentage of Nokia Siemens Networks BTS by 0,31%, while the number of users who fail to make a complete call on Huawei BTS is much less than the Nokia Siemens Network BTS.   Keywords: Huawei, Nokia Siemens Networks, SDSR, HOSR, TCH Blocking, SD Blocking, Call Drop

Abstract

Diskomifo Kota Sanggau merupakan lembaga yang bertugas dalam melaksanakan urusan pemerintan di bidang konunikasi dan informatika yang mana salah satu tugas dari Diskominfo adalah memberi rasa aman kepada masyarakat. Memberi rasa aman pada masyarakat salah satunya adalah dengan pengawasan di titik yang rawan kecelakaan dan tindakan kriminal lainnya, untuk melakukan pengawasan yang standby setiap saat maka Dikominfo Kota Sanggau menggunakan kemajuan teknologi untuk melakukan hal ini yaitu dengan memanfaatkan CCTV nirkabel antena LiteBeam M5 dan antena NanoStation M5 yang di pasang di setaip titik yang rawan kecelakaan dan diperempatan lampu merah, tentunya diharuskan menjaga kualitas jaringan internetnya dengan melihat parameter yaitu daya terima antena dan kualitas jaringan. Dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisa beberapa faktor yang mempengarui kualitas daya pancar antena dan kualitas jaringan pada antena LiteBeam M5 dan NanoStation M5. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan 4 client, yang mana keempat client ini dalam kondisi LOS dan NLOS dan memiliki jarak yang berbeda beda kepada antena pemancar. Pada penenelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian dalam dua kondisi yang pertama dalam keadaan cuaca cerah, dan yang kedua dalam keadaan cuaca hujan dan berangin kuat

Abstract

In this study aims to conduct the study of 3 phase short circuit interference on 20 kVA distribution transformer, distribution transformer used as material of this research include: 160 kVA and 200 kVA transformer. Where this research activity is implemented in PT.PLN (Persero) Area Pontianak City. The results of the study show that: three phase short circuit that occurs at Distribution Depot KT 0234 located at Jalan Letjen Sutoyo (Pertamina Office) is 0,0371 pu or 5,354,9237 Ampere, three phase short circuit that occurs at Substation Distribution KT 0383 located at Jalan Sei. Raya Dalam (Raya Sei Lestari Complex) of0.0467 pu or 6,740,5644 Ampere and three phase short circuit that occurred at Distribution Depot KT 0907 located at Jalan M. Yamin (Office of Komplek Ari Karya Indah) of 0.0444 pu or 6,408,5880 Ampere.Of the three distribution substations, the maximum three phase short circuit current occurs at DistributorshipKT 0383 of 6,740,5644 Ampere, this is due to the small impedance or short repeater connecting the GI. Abstract

Electricity is one of the most important aspects of human life. It is required in various sectors. To maintain stability, electricity providers need to accurately forecast the demand for electricity. This research utilizes the Simple Linear Regression method with the assistance of Excel simulation. Based on the calculations, the analysis reveals the estimated power requirement for industrial load at Pelabuhan Kijing, particularly for the next 10 years, with a minimum of 4,053,685 Watts (4.053685 MVA) based on the predicted power consumption for each year, which experiences an average annual increase of 11.28%. The projected load for the year 2033 is estimated to be 5.802129 MVA. This study employs the one-way ANOVA analysis method to examine the data on the increase in the number of connected power loads in the industrial sector at Pelabuhan Kijing. The data collected from 2023 to 2033 indicates that there is no significant difference between the groups based on the ANOVA analysis. This conclusion is drawn from the ANOVA calculations, where the p-value is greater than the predetermined significance level. Thus, the predicted total load increase for the next 10 years suggests that there is no need to add transformer capacity since the existing capacity is sufficient. This research provides a better understanding of the growth trends in connected power loads and transformer capacity requirements at Pelabuhan Kijing within the specified time frame.

Abstract

Optical fiber media have more reliability for optical fiber capable of delivering the data with a large capacity. Besides speed fiber optic data transfer media may reach 200.000 Mbps (200 Gbs), optical fiber communication systems inseparable from the influence of losses that affect the performance of optical fiber. Losses basically can be affect the Performance of an optical fiber communication system, but the size of the influence losses can be seen by conducting measurements performed that using Yokogawa OTDR AQ 7275 and compared with the results of standardized calculation using the power link budget calculation method. Based on the results of the comparison between the results of measurements and calculations it can be seen the performance of optical fibers. It can be done by performing measurements and calculations in the Pontianak-Sungai Raya link and link-GI GCC. Thus obtained cores with a value of large losses on the link GCC-GI located in the core 9 which has the value 31.261 dB losses which are at a distance 6.4957 km. Losses occurred due to losses macrobending so necessary improvement measures to establish the connection (splicing). Loss of value of measurement results and calculations of optical fiber communication systems from Pontianak-Sungai Raya link and link-GI GCC in PT.Telkom still in good shape and had a good Performance of the average, based on the measurement values are still below the value calculation. Abstract

Teknologi yang digunakan serat optik saat ini pada umumnya adalah FTTx, dimana x merupakan titik pengguna jaringan serat optik. Pada penelitian ini FTTx diimplementasikan pada CCTV yang disebut sebagai Fiber To The Access Point dimana CCTV bertindak sebagai access point. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui performa dari jaringan FTTAP yang digunakan oleh CCTV lalu lintas Kota Singkawang. Data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai pihak akan diolah untuk mendapatkan nilai link power budget dan rise time budget untuk menganalisis kelayakan sistem serta BER (Bit error rate) untuk mengetahui performansi sistem yang digunakan melalui aplikasi optisystem. Optisystem merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan simulasi serat optik dari central office hingga ke end-user. Dari hasil analisis 5 dari 6 CCTV yang dianalisis berdasarkan link power budget mempunyai kategori layak sementara 1 CCTV memiliki nilai loss 11,8004 dBm, yang berada sedikit diatas standar yang dimiliki oleh ICON+ yaitu 10 dBm sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya gangguan pada jaringan. Hasil analisis rise time budget seluruh CCTV dapat dikatakan layak karena keseluruhan nilai rise time budget yang didapat berada dalam standar nilai rise time budget yaitu tidak lebih dari 0,56 ns. Pada simulasi perangkat yang dilakukan dengan jarak terjauh dari OLT ke pengguna yaitu sejauh 17,001 Km dikatakan memiliki performa yang baik karena memiliki nilai BER sebesar 8,54375  dan nilai Q factor sebesar 11,4776.

Abstract

Penggunaan telepon seluler sangat bermanfaat namun pada kondisi dan situasi tertentu menjadi sangat mengganggu bagi khalayak umum seperti ruang ujian, ruang rapat, tempat ibadah, dan tempat - tempat  lain  yang  mengharuskan  tidak  ada  penggunaan  telepon  seluler .Pada  penelitian  ini  dibahas pen yelesaian masalah tersebut dengan menonaktifkan sinyal telepon seluler secara langsung pada lingkup jarak  tertentu pada area tidak diperkenankan ada penggunaan telepon seluler. Untuk itu, penulis merancang jammer yang dapat memancarkan frekuensi pada rentang frekuensi GSM 900/1800/1900 Mhz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jammer dapat memblocking sinyal GSM 900/1800/1900 Mhz. Alat pemblocking sinyal (jammer) mampu bekerja diradius cakupan  mencapai 10 meter. Kata kunci  : jammer:seluler;GSM;multimedia;technology.

Abstract

Analysis of the performance of NEC's PASOLINK system radio receivers at the grand crown pontianak used to compare the results of the power received on a radio device with power received in the calculation results. To compare the results of the received power at a radio device with the calculation results of received power required calculation parameters are: Feeder Loss, Loss Rain, Free Space Loss, Gain Antenna, EIRP, and Accept Input Power Receiver. Based benchmarks used for acceptance refers to the standards of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely Pr -50 dBm then proceeds received power on the device is very good radio. From the calculation of the received power obtained without the K factor is -53.454 dBm. Whereas the results of power received by the K factor is -54.784 dBm. Based benchmarks used for acceptance refers to the standards of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely Pr = < -50 s / d -88 dBm then the power received on the calculation HSIL good enough. Walaupaun data retrieval is done with the conditions and at different times, the results gained acceptance fairly stable. Measurement used to power the results received signal referring to the standards of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely Pr> - 50 dBm, then it is very good, Pr = < -50 s / d - 88 dBm, then it is good enough, Pr < - 88 dBm, bad. Preventive maintenance on radio equipment NEC PASOLINK should run well because it aims to prevent equipment damage during surgery. Preventive maintenance is done on a scheduled basis according to the estimated life of the equipment. Results received power at a radio device in the grand crown of october until november is very good because the received power is greater than -50 dBm.
