Abstract

This bibliometric study delves into the extensive literature on risk and protective factors for mental health in the modern era, considering the complexities posed by technological advancements, socio-cultural shifts, and globalization. Utilizing bibliometric analysis, we identify clusters of literature, analyze trends over time, and explore potential research avenues. The network visualization reveals six distinct clusters, each representing thematic discussions related to mental health. Trend analysis highlights the evolution of research focus from early concerns to contemporary issues, with COVID-19 emerging as a prominent theme. Density analysis identifies research gaps and potential future topics. The collaboration network among authors suggests opportunities for interdisciplinary research. This analysis offers valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to inform evidence-based strategies for navigating the intricate landscape of mental health in the modern era.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis delves into the extensive literature exploring the intricate relationship between families, educational strategies, racism, and discrimination. Utilizing databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, the study systematically identifies 860 relevant papers published between 1976 and 2023. Through a structured search strategy and the application of bibliometric tools like VOSviewer, the analysis maps the intellectual structure, key themes, and research trends. The identified clusters, including themes like racial discrimination, socialization, and adolescent development, reveal the dynamic evolution of research in this field. High citation counts for influential literature, such as "American apartheid: segregation and the making of the underclass," and "Whose culture has capital? A critical race theory discussion of community cultural wealth," emphasize the lasting impact of seminal works. The study contributes to evidence-based policymaking, providing insights for addressing societal issues and guiding future research aimed at fostering a more inclusive and equitable society.

Abstract

This research delves into the dynamic interplay between demographic changes and public consumption patterns within the tourism industry of Denpasar City. A sample of 260 participants, strategically stratified across key demographic variables, provides a nuanced understanding of the city's evolving population dynamics and the spending behaviors of residents and tourists. The findings reveal a mean annual population growth rate of 2.5%, a notable shift towards a younger demographic, and a rich cultural diversity within the city. Tourist expenditure, with a mean spending of USD 80 per visitor, illustrates key allocation trends across accommodation, dining, and activities. Regression analysis demonstrates significant correlations between demographic variables (age, income, cultural background, and educational attainment) and spending patterns. The results underscore the importance of adaptive strategies for stakeholders to cater to diverse preferences and foster sustainable tourism development in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This research investigates the complex interplay of economic factors, health conditions, and access to education on social inequality and poverty in West Papua through a quantitative analysis. The study, conducted with a sample of 150 participants, employs correlation and regression analyses, supported by SPSS, to unveil significant relationships and dynamics within the socio-economic landscape of the region. Key findings reveal a strong negative correlation between income distribution and poverty rates, emphasizing the pivotal role of economic factors in poverty alleviation. Additionally, a positive correlation between disease prevalence and social inequality underscores the impact of health disparities on socio-economic outcomes. The study also highlights the transformative potential of education, with a robust positive correlation between school enrollment rates and economic well-being. These findings have direct implications for policy formulation, emphasizing the need for integrated approaches that address the synergies and trade-offs among economic, health, and education indicators. The study contributes substantively to the discourse on social inequality and poverty in West Papua, providing empirical evidence to guide evidence-based decision-making.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of Telaga Saat's promotional strategy. Telaga Saat is located in Tugu Utara, Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. This research focuses on the importance of the role of promotion in introducing the Telaga Saat destination to visitors, with an emphasis on the BAS method (Branding, Advertising, and Selling), in increasing the number of tourist visits to the Telaga Saat Puncak destination. The research involved analyzing the effectiveness of various promotional campaigns, including branding approaches to strengthen the destination image, advertising strategies to raise awareness and selling techniques to convert interest into actual visits. The research methods used included direct observation, social media monitoring, interviews with management, and document analysis. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to understand how the role of promotion has an impact as a whole to increase visits to a destination. Branding activities have not been realized because the manager focuses more on selling and advertising. In conducting publications using paid media techniques, owned media, social media, endorse (POSE) and succeeded in increasing the number of tourist visits. The results provide an in-depth insight into the positive impact of the BAS method in increasing tourist visits to Telaga Saat Puncak. The findings in this study can help tourism actors to improve promotional strategies especially in branding, advertising and also selling to increase awareness and encourage visits to this destination.

Abstract

The researcher chose the title The Role of Ciliwung River School Management in Tourism Sustainability because he wanted to see the role of MAT PECI in the accessibility management system to create sustainable tourism at the Ciliwung River School. The obstacle is the infrastructure of the Ciliwung River School, namely accessibility to the Ciliwung River School, so researchers want to know the sustainability of tourism which will impact the environment and local communities. Ciliwung River School is located on Jalan. Current No. 99 Ex. Srengseng Sawah District. Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with SWOC analysis. The research results show that well-planned and implemented management for the community plays a vital role in the Ciliwung River School which can increase awareness of the surrounding community and the sustainability of tourism. Based on the results of this research, the management of the Ciliwung River School applies the concepts of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling to increase location accessibility and ensure a positive visitor experience. This research aims to analyze the role of management at the Ciliwung River School for tourism sustainability.

Abstract

Community participation is an indicator of success in community-based tourism. A tourism destination must include local communities to create mutually beneficial cooperation and synergy. Kometa Archery is one of the destinations in the Condet tourist village, because of its uniqueness, namely as an archery tourist attraction located on the edge of the river so the atmosphere is very cool and shady. Kometa Archery implements community participation, so that it has a positive impact on improving the economy of the surrounding community. This research aims to analyze the management system and community participation at Kometa Archery Condet. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method to get a complete picture of the Kometa Archery management system, so in this research the researcher uses primary data and secondary data obtained from field observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. Then analyze the data results using the SWOC analysis method. The research results show that Kometa archery has a good management system and involves community participation in developing the destination.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know and understand the implementation of Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning immigration against the abuse of visit visa on arrival at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Denpasar, from the initial problem, namely the existence of foreigners who come to Indonesia, especially Bali, because Bali is a province that one of them is in demand by foreigners, so there are not a few foreigners who come to Bali. However, with this, it does not rule out the possibility of abuse committed by foreigners, one of which is to abuse a visit visa on arrival. The informant in this research is one of the officers from the Immigration Intelligence and Enforcement Section (Inteldakim). This type of research uses qualitative with the type of case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the findings of this study, it shows that the maximum has been achieved which can be seen from the aspects of communication indicators, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure that have been carried out appropriately and well.

Abstract

The IDE PUNAPI innovation is a service innovation provided to applicants who are ill to the extent that they cannot walk or are unable to come to the Immigration Office. This innovation aims to provide services to the prioritized foreign applicants who are unable to attend scheduled biometric data collection and interviews and to deliver completed foreign passports with the Residence Permit to the applicants. The purpose of this research is to explore the innovation of Pelayanan Unggulan Pemohon Asing Prioritas (IDE PUNAPI) in Improving Public Services at Immigration Office Class I TPI Denpasar. This study employs a qualitative research method with data analysis techniques, including descriptive analysis and data analysis methods such as data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings conclude that the IDE PUNAPI public service innovation at Immigration Office Class I TPI Denpasar has been well-implemented. This is evident in the relative advantages demonstrated through the significant advantages of the IDE PUNAPI service innovation received by the public. The update in this research compared to previous studies lies in the research location and the research object, focusing on the service innovation.

Abstract

Leadership not only focuses on directing people to achieve desired results, but also involves understanding work motivation, establishing a positive organizational culture, and improving the performance of organizational members. Effective leadership can improve the motivation and performance of organizational members while establishing a positive work culture. Conversely, leadership that lacks support can lead to a lack of morale and ineffective organizational behavior. The implications are critical to the success and continuity of an organization. The case study method was used in this research to investigate in depth how specific leadership styles influence work culture, motivation, collaboration and performance at Kemberin . This approach provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing and interpreting the data obtained. The purpose of this research is to understand how leadership impacts work culture, motivation, collaboration and performance at Kemberin. It is expected that the results of the study can provide a deep understanding of the importance of the role of leadership in shaping effective patterns of behavior in the organizational environment. The strategic implications of the research findings are expected to help improve organizational performance and efficiency in the Ministry of Industry as well as make a positive contribution to the understanding of leadership concepts globally.
