As a nation undergoing rapid urbanization, understanding the trajectory of scholarly contributions addressing environmental issues becomes imperative. The study employs comprehensive data metrics, including publication trends, influential works, and potential research gaps, to offer a panoramic view of the field. Through clustering and overlay visualization, research trends are identified, and the top-cited documents shed light on influential works. The analysis also reveals less-explored areas, guiding future research directions. The comparison with previous studies enriches our understanding of the field's evolution. The implications extend beyond academia, providing practical guidance for policymakers and practitioners involved in shaping Indonesia's built environment sustainably.

Abstract

Poverty is a major issue faced by many local governments, including Gianyar District. To empower people experiencing poverty, the Gianyar district government has implemented multiple policies, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. These policies provide business loans for those affected by poverty, aiming to help them get back on their feet. This study focuses on analyzing the business credit policies for people experiencing poverty in Gianyar Regency, using qualitative methods of a descriptive approach. One of the significant findings of this study is that the current policy alternative (status quo) is still relevant for the distribution of people's business credit. This is because its technical feasibility criteria meets the desired outcomes as stated in the regional regulations. However, the policy may not be effective in the long run as it depends on provincial revenues. Therefore, it is recommended to have policy synergy with national banks and Village-Owned Enterprises to provide credit to people experiencing poverty with low interest.

Abstract

Running a business in the modern era is different from business in the past. Business today is greatly influenced by technological advances, for those who master the touch of technology in marketing, they are the ones who can market products, especially in the current digital era. This research aims to gain an understanding of marketing strategies in the digital era. For this reason, we reviewed several studies that we obtained with evidence that we examined from various sources, including scientific papers, especially marketing strategies. Based on the analyzed data and discussion, it can be concluded that online marketing is successful by following the right steps for digital media, mapping marketing, choosing appropriate digital media, and implementing all internet-based marketing activities. Consumers are adopting an increasingly active role in co-creating marketing with their respective companies and brands. In turn, companies and organizations are looking to online social marketing programs and campaigns in an effort to reach consumers where they 'live' online. However, the challenge many companies face is that although they recognize the need to be active on social media, they do not really understand how to do it effectively, what performance indicators they should measure, and how they should measure it. Furthermore, as companies develop social media strategies, platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter are too often treated as stand-alone elements rather than as part of an integrated system. This article offers a systematic way to understand and conceptualize online social media, as an ecosystem of related elements involving digital and traditional media. We highlight best practice case studies from organizations' successful efforts to leverage social media to reach important young consumer audiences. Then, we conclude with some insights and lessons related to the strategic integration of social media into a company's marketing communications strategy. The internet has brought disruptive changes to the business landscape through the creation of a number of digital marketing tactics. However, with these new tactical options, marketing managers need to (1) prioritize what they want to achieve and (2) determine which digital marketing tactics to invest in. In this article, we consider these issues from the perspective of four business strategies: explorer, analyzer, low-cost defender, and differentiated defender. In this article, we provide marketing managers with insight into how businesses pursuing various strategies approach these digital marketing issues, with the ultimate goal of assisting managers in the efficient and effective implementation of their corporate strategies.

Abstract

The issue of high divorce rates in Indonesia has become a serious concern. To address this, efforts are needed to strengthen family relationships. This research aims to describe that the enduring cultural and religious values play a significant role in fostering family harmony. The study focuses on families in Negeri Hukurila, Ambon City, an area renowned for its deep respect for cultural traditions and social ties. For this purpose, the research employs a qualitative research method using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that families in Negeri Hukurila play a pivotal role in preserving cultural values and fostering community solidarity. These traditional cultural values serve as a strong foundation for family harmony, such as the concepts of sarikat and badraheng. Sarikat is a cultural concept emphasizing cooperation and mutual assistance among clans within a community to address tasks or issues. Meanwhile, badraheng underscores the importance of solidarity, mutual support, and collaboration among extended family members of a clan to face potential challenges and conflicts. Additionally, religious values and activities also contribute to strengthening family bonds. Programs like pre-marital counseling and religious education have aided in shaping positive attitudes and behaviors within families. For the people of Negeri Hukurila, the noble culture and religion are inseparable. They liken religion and culture to three foundational pillars (tiga batutungku). Therefore, integrating cultural and religious values becomes essential in enhancing family relationships.

Abstract

This study explores the complex dynamics of sustainable marketing within Bali's tourism sector, emphasizing the influence of consumer awareness, product innovation, and environmental policy. The study uses Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to quantitatively analyze data from 245 varied participants in order to investigate the links between the major constructs. Psychometric qualities, demographic information, and descriptive statistics all support the measuring model's validity and dependability. The structural model coefficients show statistically significant positive correlations between Consumer Awareness, Environmental Policy, Product Innovation, and Sustainable Marketing. Discriminant validity analysis validates the distinctiveness of the components. The model has a significant explanatory power, as indicated by the R-Square values. In order to promote sustainability in Bali's tourism sector, firms, politicians, and researchers can benefit from the results' strategic insights.

Abstract

The innovation developed by Islamic financial institutions through Micro Waqf Bank has caused a new problem instead of overcoming the existing one. The problem is in relation to the institutional form which aims to be free from interest and riba. This study employed literature review method with supporting secondary data taken from trusted state institutions. The results indicated that the innovation carried out through the concept of Micro Waqf Bank is free from interest and riba not only because of the deposit regulation pertaining to Islamic banking institutions. Even the deposit yield under the name of profit sharing is considered riba as well. The result of the innovation is not economically profitable for the bank. On the contrary, it suffers a significant loss because it cannot invest its large assets. Moreover, the invested funds can trigger inflation of currency exchange rate as a result of the time frame of debts. In fact, deposits that are channeled into profitable business units will likely strengthen Micro Waqf Bank which is free from interest and riba. Moreover, if the deposits are managed properly, Micro Waqf Bank can obtain funds greater than the stipulated interest rate.
