Abstract

The purpose of this research is to map out what strategies are applied at SMK Salafiah Kejayan Pasuruan. This is very reasonable, because in fact SMK Salafiah Kejayan is a newly established institution, namely since 2015. However, every year this institution is able to get quite a lot of students. For example, in the 2020/2021 school year there are 172 registered students and in the 2021/2022 school year there are 207 with details of 125 male and 82 female students.The research method used is qualitative by using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews.The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by SMK Salafiah Kejayan Pasuruan in increasing the number of new students is to use a promotion mix consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing and word of mouth. For advertising, apply online advertising and offline advertising; personal selling is applied by assigning a board of teachers and students to participate in socialization activities at the targeted school; sales promotions by providing discounts for the first registrants and scholarships for outstanding students and poor families; public relations still found one research that discusses SMK Salafiah Kejayan, namely the use of the Form To method in PAI learning; direct marketing by scheduling direct meetings between the Salafiah Kejayan Vocational School and the target schools; and for word of mouth by establishing good communication and friendly behavior to the general public and routinely conducting social activities aimed at the surrounding community

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen yang efektif dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggulan. Dari beberapa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam terbentuknya sebuah sekolah unggulan. Strategi dan Manajemen pendidikan yang efektif secara langsung akan mempengaruhi dan menentukan efektif atau tidaknya kurikulum pendidikan, sarana prasarana pendidikan, sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan pembiayaan dan manajemen humas. Dengan demikian, upaya menjadikan sekolah unggulan akan dapat terealisasi sesuai yang di harapkan dan dicita-citakan.

Abstract

The results of supervision need to be followed up in order to have a real impact on improving the professionalism of teachers. The follow-up was in the form of reinforcement and appreciation; reprimands of an educational nature; and the opportunity to attend further training or upgrades. Abstract

As a institution of non-formal education, the Al-Qur'an Education Park has its own challenges in attracting the interest of the student guardians. One step in attracting the interest of the student guardians is to provide satisfaction. The satisfaction of the student guardians is related to the educational services provided. TPQ An-Nur is one of the Islamic educational institutions that participate in the process of providing education services. This study aims to: (1) to determine the level of satisfaction of student guardians with educational services at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) An-Nur Sungai Topo Sungaiteluk Village. (2) to identify the educational services at the Al-Qur'na Education Park (TPQ) An-Nur Sungai Topo Sungaiteluk Village. The research method used in this study is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design, while the data collection techniques used are questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. For quantitative research, data analysis techniques used are data normality test, Pearson product moment test, t-test, and regression test with using SPSS 23, while in qualitative research uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study 1) The level of satisfaction of student guardians with educational services at TPQ An-Nur is strong, this can be seen from the correlation coefficient value (rxy = 0.744) with a significance level of a = 5 based on the interpretation guidelines, which are between 0,60 – 7.99 it shows that the level of satisfaction of the student guardians with educational services at TPQ An-Nur is strong. 2) Education services implemented at TPQ An-Nur contain 8 educational service standards, there is graduation service standards, content service, process service, educators and education personnel service, infrastructure service, management service, financing service, and assessment service.

Abstract

In accordance with the vision and mission that has been set. The aims of this study were 1) to know the role of the principal in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo. 2) Knowing the principal's efforts in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo. 3) Knowing the obstacles of the principal in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection methods using interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study are 1) Implementation of the Management of the Nurul Mustofa Islamic Boarding School in Kutai Regency. The role of the principal in SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo Regency is that the principal acts as a leader, as a manager, as a supervisor, and the principal acts as a motivator. 2) The efforts of the school principal in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo Regency, namely by involving teachers in the MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultation), workshops, training (training), as well as providing rewards and punishment. 3) Obstacles to school principals in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo Regency include 1) facilities that are less supportive for teachers, 2) lack of community participation for school progress, 3) lack of learning resources for students making it difficult to students understand the lessons conveyed.

Abstract

MTs Al-Islam Joresan applies a strong commitment to improving student character through a discipline that is implemented in various forms of programs and activities both inside and outside the classroom. This study aims to determine the efforts made by educational institutions and teachers at MTs Al-Islam Joresan in guiding student discipline and how it impacts the formation of student character. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis will be used to answer the problems raised in the research. The results of the study show that the implementation of discipline carried out at MTs Al-Islam Joresan can be divided into two categories, namely discipline in the classroom and discipline outside the classroom. In addition to supporting the character development of its students, MTs Al-Islam Joresan also organizes outreach programs in the form of class and non-class programs, organizes various extracurricular programs that can support student character development, and encourages students to actively participate in religious and social activities both at school as well as in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the role of teachers in education administration and management using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a library research approach. The focus of the study includes the role of teachers in time management, conflict management, communication with students, parents, and colleagues, and relationships with the community. Data were obtained through analysis of relevant literature. The results show that teachers have important roles in education administration and management, including time management, conflict resolution, effective communication and good relationships with all related parties. Effective implementation of these roles will contribute to the creation of a conducive learning environment, harmonious relationships between all parties involved and the successful operation of the education system.

Abstract

Studi ini akan mendeskripsikan implementasi managemen segresi gender di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam khusunya di Madrasah Diniyah al Ma’ruf Kediri. Segresi gender dalam banyak kasus menuai pro dan kontra. Disinilah peneliti menemukan fakta bahwa segresi gender membawa nilai positif selama dilaksanan dengan manajemen yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Penelitian ini berksimpulan bahwa implementasi manajemen segersi gender di Madrasah Diniyah al Maruf dilakukan dengan dua cara, pertama, dengan memisahkan kelas santri laki-laki dan santri perempuan secara mutlak dan kedua, dengan memisahkan kelas santri laki-laki dan santri perempuan dengan media “satir”.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas manajemen perpustakaan di pondok pesantren. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian library research (kepustaan) yaitu peneliti melakukan telaah pustaka: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data-data diperoleh dari buku dan jurnal yang tersedia di Open Journal System. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa manajemen perpustakaan pesantren berarti proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasa, pengarahan terkait dengan koleksi karya tulis, karya cetak, dan/atau karya rekam secara profesional dengan sistem yang baku guna memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan, penelitian, pelestarian, informasi, dan rekreasi para pemustaka yang ada di pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The idea The figure of the kiai is a central figure in Islamic boarding schools where the kyai has its own characteristics of leadership compared to other educational figures. In developing Islamic boarding schools, of course, the kiai have roles and strategies that are adapted to the conditions of the boarding schools being managed, such as development, strategies for increasing human resources, strategies for selecting organizational members and so on. The main role of the kyai in an Islamic boarding school is to direct and guide his students so that they become pious people with good morals who are useful for the nation, state and religion. In practice, the kyai assigns a special organization whose job is to take care of all matters relating to the santri.
