<![CDATA[Masalah korupsi yang dilakukan oleh para pemimpin di Indonesia masih menjadi masalah tua yang tidak pernah mati. Fenomena yang menyedihkan adalah banyak hamba Tuhan yang dinilai rohani namun justru tidak tahan terhadap godaan uang dan akhirnya terjerumus dalam dosa korupsi. Artikel ini memberikan suatu seruan dalam bentuk refleksi untuk menjawab persoalan bagaimana pemimpin dapat memiliki ketahanan dari tindakan korupsi? Refleksi teologis dari kisah Perjanjian Lama yakni konfrontasi nabi Amos terhadap imam Amazia menjadi suatu dasar pemikiran yang dapat digunakan untuk menjawab isu tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan memakai metode eksegesis dan pendekatan historis untuk memahami dan menemukan mentalitas pemimpin yang benar dengan membandingkan kedua tokoh tersebut. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ketahanan tersebut berasal dari mentalitas jujur, tidak serakah dan siap menanggung resiko.]]>

<![CDATA[Kisah sejarah yang diceritakan di dalam Alkitab tidak hanya mencerminkan kehidupan sosial dari peristiwa sejarah yang dituturkan di dalam teks, melainkan juga mencerminkan kehidupan sosial yang menjadi latar belakang konteks penulisan sebuah teks. Melalui analisa latar belakang sejarah Kej. 47:13-26 yang merupakan sebuah Etiologi, dapat dijelaskan bahwa peristiwa yang dituturkan di dalamnya mencerminkan kehidupan sosial para imam di Mesir kuno, sedangkan berdasarkan sejarah kepenulisan teks tersebut, tercermin kehidupan para imam di Israel pada periode Bait Suci Kedua (+ 512 SM – 70 M). Seperti para imam di Mesir yang mempunyai hak kepemilikan atas tanah dan menerima tunjangan hidup dari Firaun, pada periode Bait Suci Kedua, para imam Israel juga mempunyai hak kepemilikan atas tanah. Mereka mengelolanya untuk menjadi sumber penghasilan, di samping dukungan finansial dari perpuluhan dan persembahan yang diberikan oleh umat Israel, yang terus berlanjut sampai beberapa tahun setelah Bait Suci Kedua dihancurkan oleh Romawi. Model kehidupan sosial para imam pada periode Bait Suci Kedua mempunyai relevansi bagi pelayanan penggembalaan jemaat seorang pemimpin rohani yang menghadapi situasi-situasi tertentu, khususnya kesulitan ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh jemaat yang digembalakan. Pemimpin jemaat dalam konteks pelayanan yang demikian, dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai seorang pastorpreneur, yaitu seorang yang menjalankan tugas panggilan sebagai seorang pemimpin rohani namun sekaligus mempunyai kemampuan untuk mendapatkan sumber finansial untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya melalui kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan.]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan mengenai kepemimpinan pendeta di era krisis moral dalam perspektif kepemimpinan Habakuk di mana tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lahirnya berbagai permasalahan moral yang diakibatkan oleh kemajuan zaman. Menghadapi masalah tersebut maka pendeta sebagai pemimpin umat Allah harus memiliki kepekaan untuk menolong umat Allah keluar dari krisis moral tersebut. Tulisan ini dikaji memakai metode penelitian kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan hermeneutik secara khusus terhadap kitab Habakuk. Hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa pendeta sebagai pemimpin umat Allah seharusnya memiliki kepekaan terhadap permasalahan yang dialami oleh umat Allah layaknya nabi Habakuk yang memiliki kepekaan serta kepedulian terhadap masalah kemerosotan moral yang dialami oleh umat Yehuda sebagai akibat dari kepemimpinan Yoyakim. Oleh karena itu, pendeta dalam menghadapi krisis moral sebagai salah satu tantangan zaman yang ada pada saat ini seharusnya berpikir seperti Habakuk yang sadar akan tanggung jawab, sadar masalah serta sadar untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi sehingga umat Allah dapat terhindar serta bebas dari berbagai permasalahan krisis moral yang dihadapi umat Allah saat ini.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the leadership that has been used by Christianity which is often still not carried out effectively and even provides distance with the existence of a hierarchy. Joas Adiprasetya's Philiarchy leadership and the leadership of Monkey D. Luffy in the "Marineford" arc provide an offer that can be used in egalitarian church ministry and saves one another. Using qualitative research methods and a literature study approach, this paper finds that the results of the analysis of these two leadership concepts provide a more relevant leadership model in Christian life.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to construct an economic system and a Christian work ethic to overcome the problem of poverty due to economic recession. The author formulate the economic activity and a Christian work ethic by analyzing the text of Ephesians 4:28. The research method used is traditional criticism. The tradition chosen is the tradition of picking up the remaining harvest. The author finds that the transformation in economic activity can support poverty alleviation. This transformation refers to implementing the economic system which solidarity with the poor and several Christian work ethics, namely working hard, doing good and beneficial work, working to be self-sufficient, and working to share.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the existing condition of bank waste in Semarang City and the response of the surrounding community. This study uses a survey research method—data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, angles, and documentation. The samples used in this study were several Mulyo Sedoyo waste bank customers with the criteria of having lived in Semarang for at least five years and being at least 17 years old. This sample will be the respondents who will answer the questionnaire from the researcher. The number of samples of 171 respondents was determined by the accidental sampling method. Our research results show that using social media and online platforms as product marketing is proven to be effective and increases turnover compared to conventional methods. The Garbage Bank in Mulyo Sedoyo has several obstacles that cause the Garbage Bank to run less effectively. The main problem is the need for more public interest in participating in the Garbage Bank and becoming a Garbage Bank customer. More active and active efforts are needed from the government to provide building assistance or movements to educate the importance of waste banks for the environment in general and the community's economy in particular.]]>

<![CDATA[A “child friendly church” is a phrase that is often heard at this time. It is important to struggle and explore the meaning contained in it. Emphasizing the hope that churches convey a prophetic voice and become a blessing to the world. The church is a meeting room for the sacredness of the congregation with God. Those who are called out of darkness into the light of God. It is Christ who is the head of the church - its Savior of the world. The Church is open to all. A church that welcomes all members of the congregation including children, youth, adults, the elderly, and people with disabilities as citizens of God's kingdom. There is no reason to exclude or possibly exclude them from the community of believers. <![CDATA[Leadership, both in general and Christian, has many important aspects. Two of them are aspects of position and influence. Leadership positions are indeed important as long as they are achieved in the right way and at the right time and do not exercise leadership through arrogance or abuse of authority. However, position does not immediately give rise to the influence of an effective leader. Position only relates to power that is limited to that position. On the other hand, the influence of an effective leader can extend even if that person does not have any position in the institution or organization where he works or serves. The aim of this research is to try to see whether there is a relationship between the two aspects so that they can be placed in the correct proportion.]]>

<![CDATA[Moses is one of the leaders described in the Bible. In the chiastically arranged section of Exodus 18:13-27, Jethro provides an assessment of Moses' ineffective leadership methods. Jethro also suggested that Moses apply a tiered leadership model, in order to make his duties easier. Apart from that, Jethro also proposed four basic requirements for the leaders who would be appointed by Moses, namely: competent, fearing God, trustworthy, and hating the pursuit of bribes. From these two suggestions, Jethro also added that problems should be categorized by distinguishing between large and small matters. Even though Jethro's three suggestions come from a Bible story written thousands of years ago, they are still relevant in the current context, especially for carrying out effective spiritual leadership.]]>

<![CDATA[Kemajemukan dan keberagaman yang terdapat di Indonesia merupakan suatu kekayaan bangsa. Namun, kemajemukan dan keberagaman agama di Indonesia juga dapat menyulut letupan-letupan konflik antar umat beragama. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap agama memiliki klaim kebenarannya masing-masing dan adanya sekelompok orang yang memaksakan kehendaknya dan tidak ingin ada perbedaan. Gereja sebagai organisasi dan komunitas agama yang ada di Indonesia memiliki peran untuk menghadapi tantangan kerukunan umat beragama. Dalam upayanya menjaga kerukunan umat beragama, gereja dapat melibatkan generasi Z sebagai generasi yang berada di usia produktif. Generasi Z dapat dilibatkan untuk bergabung dalam kegiatan lintas agama sehingga melalui keterlibatan ini generasi Z dapat merasakan bahwa mereka memiliki tanggung jawab, dan kontribusi dalam menjaga kerukunan umat beragama. Generasi Z juga perlu diberi pemahaman politik kewargaan dan politik radikal. Generasi Z harus terlebih dahulu menyadari perannya sebagai warga negara dan mengetahui tentang nilai-nilai kristiani namun tetap relevan bagi orang sekitar, dan tidak menarik diri dari ruang publik, dari persoalan masyarakat, dan tidak memaksakan etika kekristenan kepada orang yang berbeda agama.]]>
