Abstract

Abstrac: Indonesia's relationship with Arab countries has existed since long ago. The relationship is well established in the field of trade and religious matters. Through its relationship, many benefits have been obtained to both Indonesia and Arab countries. Moreover, in the current time the Islamic economy has grown in Indonesia. The Islamic economy is developed from the Islam believes. The Islamic believes are mostly used Arabic. That is why many terms in the Islamic economics is derived from Arabic. Those terms some of them are absorbed in the Indonesian language. Therefore, the absorption of Arabic into Indonesian language course can be enriched Indonesian vocabulary. Some terms in the Islamic economics among them are a contract (agreement), “murābahah” (buying and selling), “musyārakah” (trade unions), “istisnā’” (buying and selling but the goods did not exist). Besides ‘aqad” (contract), there is also a term “ijrah” which has the same meaning, namely agreements. Although it has the same meaning, both are used in a different context. The word “akad” (contract) is an agreement between two or more persons with “ijab kabul” (agreement) based on the “syarak” provisions impacting object. Meanwhile, word “ijarah” is an agreement in terms of the lease. Finding those terms, it can be said that the decision of absorbing the Islamic economics terms attempting to enrich the Indonesian vocabulary. Abstrak: Hubungan Indonesia dengan negara Arab telah terjalin sejak dahulu. Hubungan tersebut terjalin baik dalam bidang perdagangan maupun keagamaan. Hubungan tersebut memberikan  manfaat  yang diperoleh baik oleh Indonesia maupun negara Arab. Terlebih lagi pada saat ini telah berkembang perekonomian Islam di Indonesia. Perekonomian Islam berkembang dari ajaran agama Islam. Ajaran Islam banyak yang menggunakan bahasa Arab. Untuk itu, banyak istilah dalam ekonomi Islam yang berasal dari bahasa Arab. Istilah-istilah tersebut beberapa diantaranya diserap di dalam bahasa Indonesia. Dengan begitu, terjadi penyerapan dari bahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa Indonesia yang tentu saja dapat memperkaya khazanah kosa kata bahasa Indonesia. Beberapa istilah tersebut ialah akad (perjanjian), murābahah (jual beli), musyārakah (serikat dagang), istisna’ (jual beli tetapi barang belum ada). Selain kata akad, terdapat juga istilah ijrah yang memiliki makna yang sama, yakni perjanjian. Meskipun memiliki makna yang sama, keduanya digunakan dalam konteks yang berbeda. Kata akad adalah perjanjian antara dua orang atau lebih dengan ijab kabul berdasarkan ketentuan syarak yang berdampak pada obyeknya. Sementara itu, kata ijarah adalah perjanjian dalam hal sewa menyewa. Melihat istilah-istilah tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa langkah penyerapan dalam bidang ekonomi Islam merupakan sebuah upaya untuk memperkaya khazanah kosa kata bahasa Indonesia.   Permalink/DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15408/dialektika.v2i2.3625

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the reduplication of open and closed word classes in Indonesian language morphology in a systemic pragmatic perspective was carried out in order to respond to this reality. The research problem is formulated as follows, (1) What are the manifestations of open word class reduplication in Indonesian morphological procedures from a systemic pragmatic perspective; (b) What is the most dominant class of word reduplication in Indonesian morphological procedures? The data of this study were collected by listening and competent methods. The listening method used is applied by note taking and recording techniques. As for the proficient methods used, the proficiency techniques are proficient and the techniques of proficiency are not upfront. The proficient methods and techniques are supplemented by note taking and recording techniques. The data that has been presented well, has been classified and properly typified, then analyzed using the distribution analysis method and the method of matching analysis. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Reduplication of adverb word classes occurs with a very dominant use of informal Indonesian in electronic mass media such as those contained in television. (2) Reduplication both in the word classes of adverbs, verbs, adjectives, nouns, and numerals found in this study partly changes the word class and meaning, changes the word class but does not change the meaning. (3) The systemic pragmatic perspective can be used to interpret the reduplication more precisely because in this perspective the internal aspects of the language as well as the external aspects of the language are equally considered.Abstrak: Penelitian reduplikasi kelas kata terbuka dan tertutup dalam prosede morfologi bahasa Indonesia dalam perspektif pragmatik sistemik ini dilakukan dalam rangka merespons kenyataan ini. Masalah penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut, (1) Apa sajakah manifestasi reduplikasi kelas kata terbuka dalam prosede morfologis bahasa Indonesia ditinjau dari perspektif pragmatik sistemik; (b) Reduplikasi kelas kata apakah yang paling dominan terjadi dalam prosede morfologis bahasa Indonesia? Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode simak dan metode cakap. Metode simak yang digunakan diterapkan dengan teknik catat dan teknik rekam. Adapun metode cakap yang digunakan adalah teknik cakap semuka dan teknik cakap yang tidak semuka. Metode dan teknik cakap itu dilengkapi dengan teknik catat dan teknik rekam. Data yang telah tersaji dengan baik, telah diklasifikasi dan ditipifikasi dengan baik, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis distribusional dan metode analisis padan. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah, (1) Reduplikasi kelas kata adverbia terjadi dengan sangat dominan dalam pemakaian bahasa Indonesia informal di media massa elektronik seperti yang terdapat dalam televisi. (2) Reduplikasi baik dalam kelas kata adverbia, verba, adjektiva, nomina, maupun numeralia yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini sebagian mengubah kelas kata dan makna, mengubah kelas kata tetapi tidak mengubah makna. (3) Perspektif pragmatik sistemik dapat digunakan untuk memaknai reduplikasi tersebut secara lebih tepat karena dalam perspektif ini aspek internal kebahasaan maupun aspek eksternal kebahasaan sama-sama dipertimbangkan.

Abstract

Fiksi transkultural muncul di Indonesia sejak masa kolonial Belanda melalui para pengarang keturunan Tionghoa generasi kedua maupun berikutnya. Tema transkultur lahir sebagai bentuk ekspresi dari kegelisahan mereka sebagai diasporan Cina di wilayah ini. Negosiasi dan resistensi terhadap budaya leluhur yang terjadi dalam proses pembentukan identitas mereka dimanifestasikan dalam bentuk karya sastra yang menampilkan pergulatan para tokoh protagonisnya dalam menyikapi permasalahan kehidupan mereka. Dalam Bunga Roos dari Tjikembang karya Kwee Tek Hoay pergulatan itu muncul pada tokoh Bian Koen, Marsiti, dan Gwat Nio dan upaya penciptaan third space tampil secara simbolik pada tokoh Gwat Nio. Sedangkan dalam Dimsum Terakhir karya Clara Ng pergulatan tersebut muncul pada tokoh ayah—Nung Atasana, dan keempat perempuan anak kembarnya (Siska, Indah, Rosi, Novera) dengan upaya penciptaan third space yang intensif pada keempat protagonis perempuan. Hasil analisis ini menguatkan argumen bahwa identitas merupakan proses yang senantiasa dalam pergulatan (in the making) sebagaimana terlihat dalam kedua karya berbeda jaman ini. Dengan demikian, identitas ke-Cina-an bagi diasporan Tionghoa di Indonesia senantiasa cair, tidak kaku, dan selalu menghadapi dinamika renegosiasi dari jaman ke jaman.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to profoundly examine about: (1) Sundanese speaking teaching materials for non-Sundanese speakers in accordance with the needs of teachers and learners of Sundanese, at Seventh grade of Junior High School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama, SMP) in SMP Negeri 1 Depok, West Java, Indonesia; (2) the design of Sundanese language teaching materials that suit to the needs of teachers and learners by adapting the A1 level of European Common Reference Framework. The result of this paper is the design model of teaching material that reflecting the needs of teachers and learners, including the topic needed in each chapter.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang: (1) materi ajar Berbicara Bahasa Sunda bagi penutur non-Sunda yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengajar dan pemelajar Bahasa Sunda di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Depok dan (2) rancangan materi ajar Berbicara Bahasa Sunda yang sesuai kebutuhan pengajar dan pemelajar dengan mengadaptasi Kerangka Umum Acuan Eropa level A1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komunikatif dengan metode penelitian pengembangan. Abstract

The problem in this study is to determine the level of honesty and students' trust scores. This can be known by implementing the Autoproctor page. Of course, with interesting features on the page, be it the camera, audio, and tab switches, it will show concretely the extent to which the level of honesty and trust scores of students takes tests that have been designed by an educator beforehand. The research and development method for this page is a mix method, which emphasizes the integration of quantitative data with descriptions of each data presented. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of the Autoproctor page in representing the trust score and actual scores in the PJJ system is concretely credible and effective. This can be seen from each percentage of the trust score of students who commit acts of fraud. (3) the protection system from Autoproctor shows the score difference between the (temporary) exam result scores and the actual result scores (final grades). Therefore, the presence of the Autoproctor page through its various features, namely camera, audio, and tab switches, can provide answers to the concerns of educators and students, especially regarding the giving of "actual scores that have been avoided from various deviant actions" of students, especially when evaluating online learning is carried out.

Abstract

This paper describes feminism in the novel Geni Jora by Abidah El Khalieqy and its implications toward learning of literature in schools. The data which were analyzed in this paper are the novel Geni Jora by Abidah El Khalieqy and books that are related to the object of research, such as the study of feminism. The values of feminism contained in this novel include: female characters are 1) daring to disagree, 2) having aspirations and ambitions, 3) having a desired social status, 4) daring to compete, 5) able to attempt providing insight, 6) ending the relationship with strategy, 7) rejecting the restriction of education for women, 8) rejecting the restriction of freedom for women outside the home, 9) rejecting polygamy. Those values can be applied in the learning of Indonesian language and literature at the 11th grade of high school in the aspect of reading with the Standards of Competence of understanding various tales, Indonesian novels/translated novels and Basic Competence of analyzing the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of Indonesian or translated novels with learning indicators that students are able to find the intrinsic elements (plot, theme, characterization, perspective, background and mandate) and extrinsic elements (cultural values, social values, and the value of education) in Indonesian/translated novels. ai lebih dari satu bahasa. This research uses the descriptive method. The population in this research is the whole Islamic Banking Majors semester IV amounted to 125. This research sample taken using proportional random sampling. Based on the model of random sample research, determined that Islamic Banking Majors semester IV class B and D of 59 people.  The results showed that in general a student majoring in Islamic Banking Semester IV is quite skilled in the critical reading of a text. It is reflected in the statistical data indicating that the average value of the total of the skills of critical reading of a text on Islamic Banking majors semester IV is at number 77,35 and is skilled enough to qualify. Specifically, the percentage of the skill level of every aspect of critical reading on Islamic Banking Majors Semester IV can be outlined as follows, (1) aspects of skills to determine the facts in the text represents 22.5% of the total critical reading skills, (2) aspects of skills to determine the opinion in the text represents 22.2% of the total critical reading skills, (3) aspects of skills conclude text content representing 20.3% of the total critical reading skills, (4) aspects of skills analyze the use of the language within the text represent 15.7% of the total critical reading skills, (5) aspects of skills opined against text content represent 19,3% of the total critical reading skills.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of language use in Islamic magazine. The characteristics are seen through the use of code switching and code mixing in the magazine. Islamic magazine was chosen because currently the development of religiosity in society tends to increase. This increase was also accompanied by an increase in reading options with Islamic content and nuances. The Islamic magazine chosen in this study is Hidayah Magazine. The theory used to dissect this research is the theory about the characteristics of the language presented by Jendra. The method used to retrieve data is the observation and note method. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that in Hidayah magazines there are many events of code switching and code mixing. There is code switching in the form of clauses and sentences. In addition, code mixing is found in the form of words, compound words, and phrases. In terms of the type of code switching, it was found that metaphorical code switching was found. The events of code switching and code mixing in Hidayah magazines were found in various contexts, namely the ease of conveying information, feeling more “Islamic”, and adjusting to market segmentation.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeksripsikan karakteristik penggunaan bahasa dalam majalah Islam. Karakteristik dilihat melalui penggunaan alih kode dan campur kode dalam majalah tersebut. Majalah Islam dipilih karena saat ini perkembangan religiositas dalam masyarakat cenderung meningkat. Peningkatan tersebut juga dibarengi dengan peningkatan pilihan bacaan dengan muatan dan nuansa Islam. Majalah Islam yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah Majalah Hidayah. Teori yang digunakan untuk membedah penelitian ini adalah teori mengenai karakteristik bahasa yang disampaikan oleh Jendra. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil data adalah metode simak dan catat. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam majalah Hidayah banyak peristiwa alih kode dan campur kode. Terdapat alih kode dalam bentuk klausa dan kalimat. Selain itu, campur kode ditemukan dalam bentuk kata, kata majemuk, dan frasa. Dari sisi tipe alih kode ditemukan alih kode metaforis. Peristiwa alih kode dan campur kode dalam majalah Hidayah ditemukan dalam berbagai konteks, yakni kemudahan penyampaikan informasi, lebih merasakan “keislaman”, dan menyesuaikan dengan segmentasi pasar.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is tangent to the variety of social media.  Social Media is a social media services on the internet that are very popular today in the world, including in Indonesia. The aims this study to describe how the vocabulary in a variety of social media came at once and agreed on by social media users. Vocabulary that affect the development of the Indonesian in the spoken language, especially obtained glossary of terms that developed in social media. This research method uses qualitative research methods as a scientific research. The goal is to understand a phenomenon in the social context naturally with the advanced process of interaction between researchers in-depth communication with the phenomenon under study. The results of this study is the vocabulary used in social media there are based on its creativity without any previous origins. However, there are also derived from foreign languages ​​(English, Korean, Japanese), Indonesian, local language, vocabulary inverted structure, vocabulary already in the dictionary slang and slang that already exists.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bersinggungan dengan ragam media sosial. Media sosial merupakan layanan media sosial di internet yang sangat populer saat ini di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. The Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kosakata dalam ragam media sosial muncul seketika dan disepakati bersama oleh pengguna media sosial. Kosakata itu berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan bahasa Indonesia dalam ragam lisan, khususnya glosarium yang diperoleh dari istilah-istilah yang berkembang di media sosial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif sebagai suatu penelitian ilmiah.Tujuannya adalah untuk memahami suatu fenomena dalam konteks sosial secara alamiah dengan mengedepankan proses interaksi komunikasi yang mendalam antara peneliti dengan fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kosakata yang digunakan dalam media sosial ada yang berdasarkan kreativitas penggunanya tanpa ada asal-usul sebelumnya. Abstract

In literary works, how immigrants build a sense of home and culture can be seen in the novel titled Tanah Seberang (2018) by Kurnia Gusti Sawiji. This research using qualitative-descriptive method aims to show how the process of feeling at home and cultural belonging is built by immigrant characters in the novel Tanah Seberang (2018). This study will use the concept of narratology proposed by Gérard Genette (1983) and the theory of Home and Belonging and “in-between” Identity proposed by John McLeod (2000). The results showed (1) one novel contains variable focalization that represents the children's point of view, (2) in the process of the characters in building a sense of home and cultural belonging, there is contestation between Malaysia, other countries, and Indonesia, other countries. origin of the immigrants. The contestation of the country of origin, namely Indonesia, and the migrant country, namely Malaysia, shows that Malaysia can provide a good life from a financial perspective, however, the cultural belonging and sense of home of the migrant population in the novel are still embedded in their country of origin, Indonesia.

Cultural language insists on diversity for grace, while thrusting religious language universality which became the foundation for the various culture.Indonesian Language will be the bridge for the universality and diversity over the faculty  of  language  and  literature  education.  It  requires  the  completion  of  Indonesian Grammatical Structure to be more compatible with the universality of religion language including the adjustment of personal pronouns as numbered one, two, and at least three persons.In Arabic Grammatical Structure, Nahwu and Shorof, person pronoun consists of single, twin, and plural. While in Indonesian Grammatical Structure only recognize personal pronoun as singular and plural. In this study of grammatical structures are using a  qualitative  approach  refers  to  the  Hahslm  method  based  on  methodology  of Sinlammim. This methodology is based on the Islam which is the foundation of Al-Quran highlights  Sura  Ali  Imran  [3]:  19  and  Al -Hijr  [15]:  87.  Required  a  nonlinear thinking  to  combine  the comparative  analysis, analogy,  and  notification  in  religion  and diversity of knowledge.Personal  pronoun  of  the  2nd  and  3rd  need  to  be  inserted  in  the  form  of  a personal pronoun which amounts of two so that the pronoun which amounts of many as a personal pronoun at least three people. With inserted pronouns 2nd person namely Kada or  You  Both  and  pronouns  3rd  person  namely  Dida  or  He/She  Both,  then  the Indonesian  have  found  a  more  universal  grammar  and  reflect  diversity.  Thus  meaning 'many' in religion can be agreed upon as 'something that amounts to at least three', It will be contributing a new grammar in search of knowledge core and cultural diversity.
