Abstract

Employee performance is an important element that influences the success and efficiency of the organization as a whole. Personality and good communication are very important to support employee performance. A good personality and strong communication skills can be trained and developed through proper training, experience and support. It is important for organizations to encourage and support personality development and positive communication to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the impact of personality and communication on employee performance. Determining the number of samples used in this study is done using the census method, where the total population of 37 employees is also used as a sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings prove that personality and communication have a significant positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Most of the provisions on Murabahah are contained in the fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI) as the National Sharia Council is an institution established to carry out the wishes of Muslims regarding the economy and promote the application of Islamic Sharia in the economic and financial fields. However, the provisions in MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV 2020 do not fully reflect the protection of customers. Therefore, researchers want to review MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV 2020 regarding murabahah transactions using the theory of kyiar rights. This type of research is library research. The results of the study suggest that the right of khiyar in the practice of murabahah contracts in Islamic banks should be applied in a maslahat manner for both parties, namely customers and Islamic banks so that transactions run well so that the value of the sharia value of Islamic banks is reflected in the willingness and pleasure of each party. In accordance with article 2 paragraphs 5 and 6 of DSN fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning murabahah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Japfa Comfeed. Variabel yang digunakan adalah lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pegawai PT. Japfa Comfeed”. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden dengan teknik slovin. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, ujimultikolinearitas, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, dan uji t. Keseluruhan metode analisis diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 26.0 Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh namun tidak secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan dan dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Japfa Comfeed .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the role of leadership and competence on the work ethic of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Gowa Regency. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests and coefficients of determination, t tests and f tests. The results of the study show that partially the role of leadership has a significant effect on work ethic. Because the tcount value is 3.286 > table 0.244, the hypothesis is accepted, partially the competency variable has a significant effect on work ethic. Because the tcount value is 4.788 > table 0.244, the hypothesis is accepted. While simultaneously the variables of the role of leadership and competence have a significant effect on work ethic. Because the Fcount value is 52.696 > Ftable 2.36, the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience and product perceptions on purchasing decisions with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with the additional method of using the SmartPLS 2023 application. The results of this study show that trust has a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Converse shoe products, so that it is in accordance with the first hypothesis. This also indicates that the existence of trust from consumers will be able to increase the purchasing decision of Converse shoe products, that convenience has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Converse shoes, so that it is in accordance with the second hypothesis. This also indicates that the easier it is to buy Converse shoe products, the higher the decision to buy Converse shoes and that the perceived price has a significant influence on the decision to buy Converse shoes, so that is in accordance with the third hypothesis. This also indicates that an affordable price will be able to increase the decision to buy Converse shoes. Keywords: Trust, Convenience and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of the locus of control factor on job satisfaction of Maros Regency Government Employees. This study examines the causal relationship between locus of control variables on employee job satisfaction, especially in work units within the Maros Regency Government. Withdrawal of research samples based on the proportion of each agency as many as 351 respondents. The research method is included in survey research, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results showed that locus of control had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethics directly on the performance of employees at the Maros Regency Cereals Research Center and to find out that work ethics indirectly influences work discipline on employee performance at the Maros Regency Cereals Research Institute. This study uses the Quantitative Method which aims to explain or measure the relationship or influence, prediction and control based on data obtained from available reports. In this study, the population consisted of all employees working at the Maros Regency Cereal Research Institute, totaling 129 people. The sample was part of the number and characteristics of that population. The sample in this study is all employees with the status of Civil Servants (PNS), namely: 129 people. The results of this study show that the work ethics variable (X) has a direct effect on employee performance variable (Z) of 0.258. While the indirect effect of work ethics (X) on employee performance (Z) through work discipline (Y) has a value of 0.621 x 0.422 = 0.262. From the calculation of the overall effect given by the work ethics variable (X) on employee performance (Z) is a direct effect plus an indirect effect, becoming 0.258 + 0.262 = 0.52.

Abstract

This research was conducted as decision-making by the Magelang City Vocational Training Center regarding the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in Magelang City, so that the Magelang City Vocational Training Center can identify entrepreneurial interests, develop open innovation and skill training for MSME business actors. This research is an empirical interpretative design with a quantitative approach. While testing the hypothesis, researchers used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and test the coefficient of determination. From the results of this study, it is known that interest in entrepreneurship, training skills, and open innovation influence the sustainability of MSMEs. This result of the analysis shows that to increase the sustainability of MSMEs, interest in entrepreneurship, skills training, and open innovation also needs to be increased

Abstract

Capital market as a means of business financing where companies obtain capital from investors. The main purpose of investors buying shares to obtain dividends from the difference between the selling price and the purchase price. The share price is the price per share of the company issued on the stock exchange. This study aims to examine the relationship between Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices conducted in all LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. This study is a quantitative study that was tested using multiple linear regression through SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a positive effect because the rate of return is greater so that investors are interested in buying shares which will affect stock prices, the ROE has a negative effect. The higher the value of Return On Equity owned by a company, the lower the company's stock price, DER has a positive effect because the higher the DER value, the lower the stock price

Abstract

Conducting a literature review study on the locus of control and entrepreneurial education effect on entrepreneurial intention was the objective of this study by using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as the research method. Documenting all articles related to this study was done to gather data. A total of 22 articles sourced from Sinta and Google Scholar was utilized in this study. From this study, it was found that entrepreneurial intention was significantly influenced by locus of control and entrepreneurial education. The skills, knowledge, and mental attitudes required in entrepreneurship were obtained through entrepreneurial education, while internal locus of control encouraged personal responsibility, independence, risk-taking, and the ability to overcome failure. The literature review results also found that the development of internal locus of control and entrepreneurial education could be implemented as strategies to enhance individual entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it was important for educational institutions and governments to enhance entrepreneurial education, develop mentorship programs, and create better entrepreneurial opportunities in facilitating the development of individual entrepreneurial intention.
