Abstract

This study aims to synthesize and test empirically the effect of ownership structure on firm value and investment decisions as intervening variables. The population of this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period from 2016 to 2022. The data collection method used was purposive sampling and a sample of 122 companies was obtained. then testing of all hypotheses in this study is to use path analysis through the Amos 20.0 program package. The findings of this study indicate that the ownership structure can reduce the tendency of managers to behave opportunistically. The increase in ownership structure affects the increase in firm value. The findings of this study indicate that ownership structure influences investment decisions. Finally, the findings of this study show that investment decisions are a variable mediating the causal relationship between ownership structure and firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee productivity, the effect of human relations on employee productivity and the effect of incentives on employee productivity at Bank CIMB Niaga Makassar. This study uses a type of quantitative research. Quantitative research manages data in a statistical way by using actual data with a clear structure from the beginning to the creation of research methods. The population in this study is a generalization consisting of objects or subjects that have certain qualities determined by the researcher to be studied and then drawn conclusions. The population in this study were all employees at Bank CIMB Niaga Makassar, totaling 34 people. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, data quality test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and partial test. Data management in this study uses the SPSS program.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of public understanding, public perception and level of socialization about the operational system of Indonesian Islamic banks in South Sulawesi and to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of public understanding, public perception and level of socialization of the operational system of Indonesian Islamic banks in Makassar. and the variables that have the dominant influence of the three variables studied on Indonesian Sharia Banks in South Sulawesi Based on the results of the t test (partial test) it shows that Community Understanding, Community Perception and Socialization have a positive and significant effect on Indonesian Sharia Banks in South Sulawesi. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test (Test F), show Community Understanding, Community Perception and Socialization have a positive and significant effect on Indonesian Sharia Banks in South Sulawesi. The variable that has the dominant influence on Makassar Indonesian Sharia is the Community Understanding variable with a "Standardized Coefficients βeta" value of 3.178 with a significance level of 0.002.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the factors that influence the process of returning goods from the Transmart Buahbatu Bandung warehouse, in order to ensure smooth and efficient return processes. Therefore, this analysis can be used as an evaluation material during the return goods process. This study was conducted in the receiving division of Transmart Buahbatu Bandung, using a qualitative research approach, namely the fishbone analysis method, and employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study revealed that there are three factors that significantly affect the time it takes to process the return of goods from the warehouse, namely a shortage of human resources, disorganized storage, and inadequate facilities

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation and commitment to organizational progress through employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach with an inferential research type. The population was 11,143 and the sample technique using Slovin by determining a random sample of 5% was obtained by 386 respondents. Quantitative research approach with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection using direct observation instruments and questionnaire dissemination. Data analysis using inferential analysis with descriptive statistics and computer-assisted Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using AMOS 5.0 and SPSS version 20.0 program packages. The results of the study found that competence and commitment have a direct and indirect relationship and influence that has a positive and significant impact on organizational progress through employee performance. The role of competence and commitment contributes to realizing organizational progress through individual performance, both in quantity, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and loyalty. Through performance has a positive and significant influence on the progress of the organization according to work orientation, perspective, totality, integrity, innovation and transformation. While motivational variables either directly or indirectly influence the progress of the organization through performance. The novelty of this research finding is "competence and commitment contribute to improving organizational performance and progress, without neglecting the importance of increasing employee motivation

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in capacity building in supporting business innovation as well as the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing capacity building in supporting the business innovation of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were collected from 5 informants through a purposive sampling technique and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the training provided by the government is not evenly distributed. However, this is an ongoing program so it is possible to provide training to all craftsmen. Weaving is a basic craftsman skill. Talent and potential need to collaborate to create ideas for innovation. Competency development requires business management training and price agreements. In the formation of a Maroangin Indah certificate in Pangkep Regency, the role of the product development section was a solution in creating various innovations, providing capital assistance in equipment, participating in demonstration activities, craft exhibitions, and comparative studies. The government also plans to build a showroom as a center for rattan crafts to display artisans' handicraft products. Increased capacity building which is reflected in the development of abilities, skills, potential, talents, competency development and solutions in supporting the business innovations of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. The driving factors are training, customer requests and business competition while the inhibiting factors are capital, interest and age.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of TQM consisting of rewards and recognition, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, organizational trust in employee job satisfaction. This research is a descriptive quantitative with a total research sample of 95 employees at the University of Muhammadiyah Bulukumba. The results of this study show that the variables of reward and recognition, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, organizational trust have a significant effect on employee performance satisfaction. TQM affects simultaneously or together on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberhasilan usaha pedagang di Terminal Lawang Kuari Kabupaten Sekadau.  Adapun jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 30 pedagang yang berada di terminal tersebut, telah peneliti analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsialnya bahwa dengan adanya jiwa kewirausahaan tinggi yang dimiliki oleh pedagang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha para pedagang di Terminal Lawang Kuari Kabupaten Sekadau lebih sukses lagi kedepannya. Dari penjelasan di atas menujukan bahwa data yang diteliti tersebut valid maka hipotesa diterima.

Abstract

This article aims to investigate the valuation of the indigenous territory of Taman Sunsong in Sekadau Regency, with a focus on uncovering the cultural, economic, and environmental values inherent in the Taman Sunsong Indigenous Community. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Field surveys were conducted to gather data on the social, cultural, and economic profiles of the indigenous community. In-depth interviews were carried out with traditional leaders and community members to gain a comprehensive understanding. Economic data was collected through surveys, market price approaches, and benefit transfer methods. The findings reveal that the Taman Sunsong Indigenous Community possesses unique cultural traits and a way of life governed by customary values, rituals, and religious practices. Their social life is rooted in strong communal interactions, while a close relationship with the surrounding environment also plays a significant role. The significance of preserving nature and culture is evident in the high value placed on the indigenous forest. The forest holds cultural significance and profound knowledge about ecosystem balance and sustainable resource utilization. The economy of the Taman Sunsong indigenous region relies on fields, gardens, traditional craftsmanship, and the potential for ecotourism. To assess the economic value of the indigenous territory, market price approaches and benefit transfer methods are employed. Market prices are used to gauge the value of agricultural commodities and forest products. The benefit transfer method is utilized to estimate the value of environmental services such as oxygen production by the forest.
